It's been difficult in the construction field. Building material prices are being affected by hyper inflation going on currently in Nigeria. I was supposed to begin the finishing of my house on September 3rd but the rise in exchange rate has dented my plan. The finishing I was hoping to do with 8-9 million naira is now being touted to me at 12-15 million naira despite the fact that I already bought and shipped tiles, sinks and most of the finishing materials from the U.S to Lagos.

The naira is just not strong enough to buy quality materials. I'm the type that doesn't believe in quantity. It is quality materials with quality work or else the completion just have to wait.

Clients are putting a pause on constructions at the moment. A friend told me Lekki construction has reduced by at least 70% in the last 6 months.

unfortunately Recession period is a painful time. According to history Countries and Nations always suffer in recession times. Construction pro jects are expensive, materials are so damn expensive and only the very rich (who also suffer) who have lots of spare change can carry on. We will continue to see fewer projects but guess what, we have old projects to fall back on for lessons and ideas. Now the section has been infested with lekki sandy advert lol

You have a very good result with almost undetected DNA viral load but your Alt is high maybe due to fatty liver or are you on any treatment drug? Also you need to do HBsAg quantification so to know the level of the virus in your liver. Above these you have a good result and with this you certainly don't need treatment because you DNA quantification is low and also your liver too is in good shape with low F value. My advice is to see a a specialist not just any doctor but a gastroenterologist or hepatology for further and proper follow up. You have to see a doctor to ascertain the cause or reason for high liver function value like I suggest it could be fatty liver or due to a drug but above all try to live a good lifestyle and eat very healthy
