2Co_12:9  And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.

Paul was talking of the preaching of the sacrifice of Jesus as the atonement for sin.

and what has that to do with "the power of God" being "the Holy Spirit of God", verse 24 and other

Steep: When Paul said christ is the power of God he meant christ is the means through which God saves people.

Rom_8:11  But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

the Holy Spirit that raised Jesus, above verse, is the Word of God, verse below:

Joh 2:19  Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up." 
Joh 2:20  The Jews then said, "It took forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?" 
Joh 2:21  But He was speaking of the temple of His body.

^^ the Holy Spirit of God/the Word of God, raised the body of Jesus, just like Jesus said: "I will raise it up"



1Jn_5:6  This is the One who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and with the blood. It is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.
