1st degree and Masters are both important in Naija's labour market. Most employers ask for masters degree to disqualify thousands of unwanted applications. Also, in a working environment where the competition is really tight, master degree is used for promoting staff unless the organization based its staff promotion on pratical appraisal. So Dear, if you have the opportunity of going for your master, do not hesitate to do so, except you're self employed. Conclusively, foreign master's degree is considered better of. Lol! |
