...@OP, "age appropriate", not "underage".

Taekwondo is barefoot also. (except maybe there is a special kind of sock). The only problem i see in the picture is concrete floor.

In Lagos State, and some other states, it is common to see Karate Academies where underage children train virtually on a daily basis. It is really necessary? What are the children using expertise in karate for? Is it to have sense of superiority over other children? What these children need is sound formative education. The money used in enrolling them in such academies can hire good private teachers. Folks, what do you think?
http://www.tectono-business.com/2016/11/why-do-children-learn-karate-thesedays.html

I am in my mid 30s, and I did Taekwondo in primary school twice a week. So its not a new thing.

Karate is like any sport it builds discipline, self esteem and enhances kids physical and mental development.

9. A close knit family can save cost during this period. This is because items (clothes, shoes, wrist watches bags etc) used can be passed from a member to another toms shoe can be worn by Jerry if it is still in good shape. This will save you from buying an additional shoe on the short run. Also you may patronise not too expensive designers during this period eg Michael Kors, Zara etc

Laughing at your not expensive list.

Op they are not defaulting in any way.. Everything in life is manner of approach.
What the tenant should do is this. Wait till when uv gotten the job and other comfortable flat. Calculate how many months uv stayed in this self cobtain, even if its one month.. Take one month rent, buy a carton of wine and half bag of rice .. Meet with the landlord, first present the gifts first and thank him so much for his kindness , then u and yur husband shud explain to him that your husband has been transfered to another state with the same company and u were given company quaters to stay in.. Exactly like the one u are also living in his compound.. And how you and yur husband wish, they had not transffered him.. If not u, both of u are loving this place already due to the friendly nature of the tenants.
By dear, with this reason, he will accept the one month u will.pay him and he will even pray for both of you sef with joy and gratitude in his heart.
Everything is manner of approach and everybody involved is happy.
Simple.

That is deceitful.

She signed a contract and there are consequences to that. I advice she gets someone else to rent the place, or pay the landlord the rent until he gets a new tenant.

I feel Rhema is connected to Janet (Jessica's friend) somehow. Remember when Janet said something about her new fine neighbor (I just think there is reason for that statement) I maybe wrong though....
Anyway Audrey is the author

Hello, great people. I'm sorry there will be no update today. Till on Saturday. Writer's block o. I stopped following the outline i drafted since last year naim cause am o. Might have to go back to it since i don over twist the story. Looking for a way to untwist it now. grin My major bone of contention now is Ivie and Rhema. Ivie's coming back was already in the outline so don't blame me for that but i never knew i'd get to like and feel sorry for Rhema (i'm divulging stuff abi? I just feel like it grin) Let's make this thread exciting till Saturday. Who should Felix choose? And give reasons for your answer. 20 marks. grin I still have the final say sha. tongue
See you all on Saturday. I love you all. Thanking you. kiss

I am team Ivie, because I don't think Rhema is who she claim she is......
