Kingy10:Seems u're one of the profesor Doin dis Rubbish.. #Lmao# |
Parents in California, are angry
after they learned that a
professor required female
students to perform in the
unclad before passing their final
exam. However, officials from UC
San Diego, defended the art
teacher who told his students to
do their final exam in the unclad.
The mother of one student said
that professor Ricardo
Dominguez forced her daughter
to UnCloth or she risk failing the
class. Read the rest of the story
as reported by
WorldWideWeirdNews
The mother also said that a
general requirement for students
to be unclad to pass the class
made her sick to her
stomach. Officials denied that
indecency is a requirement to
pass the class, saying that
students can perform the unclad
gestures without removing their
clothes.
Some students also defended the
practice, saying that everyone
was unclad and there was
nothing s*xual about the
performance. Dominguez said
that the students are offered the
option of being figurative or
emotionally unclad.
Students are aware of the
requirement from the first day of
school and he has never received
a complaint before, the professor
said.
The students UnCloth in a dark
room filled with burning candles,
and students who are
uncomfortable with the revealing
nature of the course, should not
enroll in the class, the professor
said.

The word “sexy” in modern-day society has become synonymous with the matched drum-beats and stiletto steps made famous by Victoria’s Secret advertisements. While that is sexy, it is a very “high level” approach to what the word really means. Meaning, we see it from afar, but don’t get into the details of it. Many of you may have clicked on this article expecting to see a list consisting of amazing legs, a great smile, chiseled abs, and a tan… But what society tells you is sexy on the surface is often a small piece of the whole puzzle, if it’s a piece of it at all. The first thing we need to do is get rid of this damaging perception that only women who look like airbrushed magazine advertisements are sexy. There is so much more to it than that. So, for those of us who live in the real world, what makes a woman sexy? 1. Confidence. Confidence is key. Being “perfect” is not. A strong, purposeful walk, head held high, eye contact, and a wide, welcoming smile go a long way. Confidence breeds more than just a strong presence or attraction — it’s the foundation for a strong life. Success, whatever that means to you. The ability to go after what you want, which is also sexy. In other words… 2. Ambition. Ambition gives someone a purpose, a drive, a direction in life. Ambition is sexy because it lets a man who has his own goals see his mate as a partner, a teammate, someone he can take on the world with — and that’s how a relationship should be. 3. Passion. Passion for life. Passion for another person. Passion for an interest, a hobby, art, music, anything that drives you. To see a woman in her element and truly loving what she is doing is sexy. 4. Kindness. Kindness toward others is a disappointingly rare quality in modern society. Taking a few moments to go out of your way to talk to someone, showing compassion to another member of the human race, regardless of who they are or where they’re from, shows heart, and a level of depth that could never be made up for by a beautiful exterior. 5. Honesty. When a woman is genuinely herself and doesn’t change for anyone, it shows many of the above qualities all together. It also shows that she has enough respect for you to be up-front with you and not hide anything. How long will you stay in a committed relationship with a beautiful or handsome liar? If you cannot trust your partner or believe what they say, how can you construct a solid, lasting foundation with them? You can’t. 6. Class. I’ve said it before, and I will say it again. Class has nothing to do with the price tag on your outfit. Class is about the dignity you carry yourself with and the level of respect you show to those around you. It doesn’t matter what kind of car someone is driving, what part of town they live in, or what brand of clothing they’re wearing. If they have an ugly attitude and embarrass others in public, none of it matters. 7. Intelligence. There is no denying that someone’s looks are what initially draws us to them. It’s difficult to spot a great personality from across the room. Many a fling was built on physical attraction alone, but how long can it last? When conversations lack depth or intrigue, we often fill our time with physical activity together, but it is impossible to build a real connection or lasting relationship with someone on that alone. Being intellectually challenging and having the ability to hold real discussions about meaningful topics will always trump shallow beauty in the long run. There is nothing wrong with putting value on your appearance and that of your partner — we all do it. I know I do. Physical attraction is the fundamental starting point of essentially any relationship. But if that is the only glue bonding the two of you together, your connection will quickly weaken and break apart. The flame may burn strongly — but briefly. You don’t have to win the lottery in the gene pool to be sexy. We may not be able to decide the cards that are dealt to us, but we can decide how we play our hand. Choose wisely.[center]The word “sexy” in modern-day society has become synonymous with the matched drum-beats and stiletto steps made famous by Victoria’s Secret advertisements. Robbers enter a house, asks for
all the
money and valuables. After they
collect what
they can, they give the man of
the house a
gun with instructions to shoot
his wife or else
he shot himself. The man gets
the gun, points
it at his wife and hesitates...He is
thinking of what he has gone
through in life with his
wife and how she has suffered
and sacrificed
for him and the kinda love he
have for her...
He hands back the gun and says,
"I am sorry
I can't do this..."The boss of the
robbers
silently grabs the gun from him
and passes it on to the wife with
the

The wife gets the gun and
without any single
hesitation points to her
husband's head and
pulls the trigger...But the gun had

President Muhammadu Buhari’s appointment of Babatunde Raji Fashola as a full fledged minister on Wednesday, November 11 is believed to be a blessing to Nigeria. This is because the country is facing a serious housing deficit. There are certain things Fashola should do to tackle this house problem headlong. The president stated clearly during the inauguration of his ministers that they were round pegs in round holes. This statement therefore justifies the inclusion of the former governor of Lagos state among the new ministers. Likewise, his zeal to perform at the end of the day. There are some things Fashola should do to assuage the sufferings of Nigerians as far as housing is concerned. 1. Federal mortgage banks should be strengthened The present working conditions of the federal mortgage bank is nothing to write home about. It is very difficult to go to a mortgage bank and seek application to get a housing mortgage. Some Nigerians do not even know where the offices of the federal mortgage bank are situated in the country. This is one of the things Fashola should address quickly. 2. Building more affordable and inhabitable government estates The present estates built by the government is out of the reach of the common man. A situation whereby a government-built 3 bedroom flat sells for 18 million naira is not fair at all to the average Nigerians. Likewise, these estates are only made available to the cronies of the government. At the end of the day, nothing gets to the poor masses. 3. Removing bottle necks and bureaucracy One of the major problems of having anything to do with the government is bottle neck. “Nothing goes for nothing” is a common term used when trying to secure something by a Nigerian in government parastatals and agencies. The new minister of housing should ensure that civil servants involved in collecting bribes before they assist Nigerians who apply for housing facilities should be dealt with the appropriate punishment. 4. Making government lands affordable to acquire The cost of acquiring a land is too expensive in Nigeria, especially if it is within metropolitan areas like Victoria Island, Warri and Port Harcourt. Government should map out lands in which the citizens can buy at subsidised amount. READ ALSO: 5 Reasons Buhari Chose Fashola As Minister Of PWH Babatunde Raji Fashola, minister of power, works and housing 5. Solving the problem of land grabbers/speculators This is a major problem in South West Nigeria. Street urchins and area boys have groups whose basic work is to go to lands where houses are being built demanding for huge sum of money. In some cases, the owner of the land could cough out as much as Naira 500,000 depending on the location of the land. At times, the owner of the land may lose the land because the land might have been sold to more than 3 individuals. In addition, he may desert his land due to fear of being lynched by the land grabbers. 6. Creating healthy competition The minister of housing should create a level playing ground for investors to put their money to build estates that are affordable to the average Nigerians. This will force some landlords to bring down the money they charge for house rent. In turn, it will be easier to rent houses without paying from someone’s entire savings. 7. The problem of traditional rulers usurping people’s land In some communities in Nigeria, some traditional rulers are the problem. They hinder people from acquiring lands to build their houses. They usurp people’s land if they fail to pay them money they unjustly charge them. 8. Uncompleted/Abandoned buildings There are so many abandoned and uncompleted buildings in Nigeria. The government should find a way of taking over these buildings if their owners fail to show up within certain period of time. 9. Decongesting major cities Fashola should constitute a think-tank team of men and women who are professionals in housing policies. Cities like Lagos, Port Harcourt and Enugu should be made less attractive by developing cities like Ibadan where house rent is cheaper. 10. Sponsoring and passing a new housing bill Fashola should sponsor a new bill that will enforce and ensure that houses are easily affordable and accessible to the average Nigerians no matter where they want to live in the country.[center]President Muhammadu Buhari’s appointment of Babatunde Raji Fashola as a full fledged minister on Wednesday, November 11 is believed to be a blessing to Nigeria. 10. Sponsoring and passing a new housing bill Fashola should sponsor a new bill that will enforce and ensure that houses are easily affordable and accessible to the average Nigerians no matter where they want to live in the country.

No b small fight for my area
today ooooh . A
nursery 1 pupil in a Danfo bus
from school
was reciting d day's lesson at
school: . "If
my dad is a cock & my mum is a
hen, I'll b a
chick! . ""If my dad is a lion & my
mum a
lioness, I'll b a cub! . ""If my dad
is a king &
my mum a queen, I'll be a
prince! . "The
danfo driver was irritated by the
noise and
told the boy to stop but he
didn't.......Th en
the driver shouted, "What if ur
mum na
prostitute & ur dad na armed
robber?"....... . .
D boy replied, "I'll be a danfo
driver!........ ...
and that was how the fight
started! Who first

1. Not everyone will understand
your
journey.
That's okay. You're here to live
your life,
not
to make everyone understand.
2. The biggest mistake one can
make is
losing
yourself in the process of valuing
someone too
much and forgetting that you are
special too.
3. It's your journey and yours
alone.
Others
may walk it with you, but no one
can walk
it
for you. 4. Cheating on a good
person is like
throwing
away a diamond and picking up
a rock.
5. Your hard times always reveal
your
true
friends. 6. You will win, maybe
not immediately
but
definitely.
7. Happiness is not getting what
you
want,
it's appreciating what you have.
8. Rumours are carried by haters,
spread
by
fools, and accepted by idiots.
9. My father use to tell me; "Don't
raise
your
voice, improve your argument."
10. Never listen to haters. Haters
will see
you
walk on water and say it's
because you
can't
swim.
11. The best feeling in the world
is knowing
that your parents are happy
because of
you.
12. All failed relationships hurt,
but losing
someone who doesn't
appreciate you is
actually a gain, not a loss.
13. Apologize for mistakes and
apologize
for
unintentionally hurting
someone.
14. What hurts you today, makes
you
stronger tomorrow.
15. God will give you peace to
help you
through your storm |
You're lucky she still even cares.
Most girls would have been like
"Bleep this, I don't deserve this, I
could do so much better, I don't
have time
for this, I'm done, I need to
move on" and left you a long
time ago. But nope, not her.
Why?
Because she's able to look past
all of your flaws and faults and
see the good in you. Because
she's able to forgive you, drop
everything, and move forward.
Because she's able to not let the
bad outweigh the good and
remain positive for the
relationship. You have no idea
how much strength it takes for a
girl to do those things for a guy,
but you would be surprised.how
many times a girl would have to
put her own pride aside just so
she can let things go. You would
be surprised how many times a
girl would have to bite her
tongue just so she say
something that would hurt your
feelings. You would be surprised
how many times her heart
would be broken and yet, she
still finds it in herself to look you
in the eye and say "I love you,
babe."
Ladies,are my speaking your
minds?
True or false ? |
ADVICE TO LADIES!!!
Really got me thinking too ....so
true!!!
and if any married man is Bold
enough let
him
comment and deny these facts
,or
Forever hold your Peace and let
the Ladies be.
If they can never be in your
future plan
don't
bother starting a relationship
dat you
can't
sustain. The moment you agree
to date a married
man,
you
agree to be a second class
woman, and
every
second class person is classified
as aperson of lower values.
Now look
at it this way... If he is
with you and his wife calls, he
lies that he
is
still in the office or on an official
assignment. You dare not
interrupt his
conversation or query him.
But you can't call him when he is
at home
......My sister, you be toy? He
sneaks you from his car into his
hotel room but
gives his wife his entire
home. ...... My sister grow up,
please! He
visits
you at home and you
introduce him to friends and
neighbors as your
boyfriend thereby
blocking your chances of getting
a
genuine
suitor, yet you don't even
