Kei144: I can only present my answer to the question of this thread from the viewpoint of the Christian Bible.
Job 1:6 One day the angels [Hebrew the sons of God] came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan [Satan means accuser.] also came with them. Job 1:7 The LORD said to Satan, “Where have you come from?” Satan answered the LORD, “From roaming through the earth and going to and fro in it.” Job 1:8 Then the LORD said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no-one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.”
God created so many (almost infinite) things in the universe. But there are some things that God made in His image; those things are called sons of God. Sons of God are autonomous beings, just like God. The relationship between them and God is not different from the relationship between human parent and the offspring. We may not fully understand the relationship between human parent and the offspring because the usual thing is that the parent dies along the way, living the offspring to be in total control. If not for the fall of man, the human offspring would grow and become exactly like the parent, with neither of them ever going to die. In such a situation, can you imagine the relationship between parent and offspring when both of them are a few thousands of years old?
Well, Lucifer got to a point in time where he knew virtually everything that God knew and possessed quite some tremendous powers. The same applied to other angels. Due to some reasons, Lucifer decided to rebel against God, his father; and some other angels who shared his conviction joined him.
Should we blame God for creating beings that are like Him? If we do, then we are also blaming God for creating man, because man is also a son of God.
One thing I definitely know is that God is in control. Even though Lucifer and some angels rebelled against God, and man eventually joined them, the system that God created is still good. The fact that human beings suffer in the flesh in the world today is not as bad as people think. Human beings are actually eternal beings. the few years that they spend in the flesh are merely school days. The experience of the school days will become very useful in eternity. As for all the hype about heaven and hell, this is what I can say:
1Co. 13:9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 1Co. 13:10 but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears.
1Jn. 4:16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him.
When perfection comes, in Eternity, we will all realize the meaning of "God is love." Wow! Nice story storey Where can I shave please? |

Rhymeyjohn: 24 years?!, so obviously, you are above 30, i thought older people should act/talk wiser. If you know my age, you'd know you are insulting your years. Rather than being directionless about life, why not answer the simple questions. Were you ever a christian? (not how many times you read the bible through, ok?) Any concrete relationship with God ever (answer straight, please dont blab) Whats life's purpose without God? Am waiting for your diginified (i hope you are a dignified person) response. thanks What exact point is this foól trying to prove |

ayoku777: Its right what they say that we see others or see things as we are. We are so fond of jugding God's character by our own definition of love.
Let me ask; what would your own definition of a loving God look like:
1: A God who creates loving obedient beings unable to sin or unable to disobey, meaning their obedience is not a function of their choice but a function of the creators pre-programming.
2: A God who creates beings with right of will to choose between obedience or disobedience; but He doesn't let their choice of obedience or disobedience have any consequence.
3: A God who creates beings with the right of choice to obey or disobey. Let's their choices have consequences. But at the same time teach them His ways and gives them the grace to labour to obey Him; and will eventually judge all for what they choose.
Which of these fits your definition of a loving God?
We are always talking about "All-knowing God" and "All-loving God" when we want to rationalize questioning His character, as if those are all His character. What of All-just God? What of All-gracious God? You have to see the big picture of His character to rightly define His person and decode His purpose.
But to help you further let me understand you by asking. Are you now an unbeliever trying to rationalize why you no longer believe in God to appease your conscience? Or you are still a born-again christian, trying to make sense of all that is going on in your life and in the world around you? Rubbish! By the fact that God is all-knowing, EVERYTHING HAPPENING IS PRE-PROGRAMMED. |

Romance › Re: 5 Ways To Take Off The Bra By Joseph Edgar by jonadaft: 6:58pm On Jul 26, 2015 |
MojiDelano: Have you noticed how our women allow the men folk perform the onerous task of taking off the bra. This from my investigations enables them gauge the level of experience of their male partners. The dexterity or otherwise of the guy in taking off this all important garment will determine the longevity or otherwise of the relationship and in most cases also determine if one will get a second opportunity. So my Brothers, from my own personal experience, these are five sure fire tactics to cross the boundary the Bra puts up.
1. Use a razor blade. Instead of wasting your time trying to hold the woman with one hand, while trying to unfasten like four clips with just one hand, you just get a razor blade and cut off the offending straps. It's faster and very convenient.
2. A pair of scissors should be the final accessory as you prepare for this date. It's safer, faster than the razor. All you need is a nip and off comes the offending attire.
3. Your teeth. Some guys have been known to chew off the straps of the Bra. They stylishly bite off the straps without inconveniencing the owners while freeing the objects of desire.
4. A drop of acid. Get this in a tiny bottle and when the time is right, use a dispensing droplet and take aim very surreptitiously dropping just one drop each on the two holding straps and watch it melt away. This is recommended for only Airforce tacticians and Airfirce personnel.
5. Where all these fails, just beg.

[s] olad99: Hello, am writing this with a saddened heart, am a young guy at the early stage of my life and a student to be precise. am faced with a social death disease(halitosis) I have been battling this for about 6 years now but all to no avail.
here are some of my ordeals; just about 4years ago(just finish my secondary education then), i met a dentist, was advised on washing, in which i did it but seems the condition remain the same. i was advised on regular wash every 6 month but couldn't met the condition due to cost #5000/wash. Little did i know that this is just the beginning of my social arrest.
in about two years ago 2014, i visited one of the government dental hospital @ Ibadan(Oyo state), was placed on dental routine, tongue scrapping mouthwash, sugarless gum Among many option. I tried all this round but seems none work for me. A year ago visited another private hospital @ Ibadan was asked to pay for #3,000.00 card fee, what a gorgeous amount in the mind of low income student but i manage to pay it (borrowed) for the sake of my social freedom. to my great surprise they only recommend most of mouthwash and mouth spray i have once used before. what a disappointment, it seems they let me down even with their huge card fee.
I have no option other than to take to online solution to my problem it's then that i now discover that my problems lies on group of bacteria that reside @ the back of the tongue that produce bad smelling chemicals (sulphide) through online consultation from THERABREATH.COM . a renowned US based dental organisation. I was recommended their product (therabreath mouthwash) and their toothpaste which is fluoride free. Now the problem lies in getting the mouthwash which is (#42,000) equivalent in naira with shipping cost. No doubt it would work for me due to a lot of people's testimonies. Right now am on hydrogen peroxide, which do not only suppress for FEW hours(2) but with a known side effect( corrotion and lung irritation). as i write now i don't even know what next as a solution to my problem.
i'm excluded from social gathering, don't have money to do the necessary, in fact this has become an every seconds of my thinking.
IF YOU ARE A DENTIST READING THIS SAVE SOMEONE SOUL, I DON'T MIND BEEN OFFERED A FREE SERVICE/ SERVICE @ GREAT DISCOUNT. OR IF YOU ARE A PHILANTHROPIST SAVE MY SOUL, CASH OR DRUG DONATION WOULD BE WELCOME.
I pray Almighty Gods makes you not witness this social killing disease. Amen ADVISE IS WELCOMED and my number is 09031821353. God bless you as you. [/s] Guy go and rinsing your mouth with hypo Thank me later. |
Politics › Re: Governors Can’t Pay Salaries Because Of Corruption – Saraki by jonadaft: 5:12am On Jul 07, 2015 |
[s] nesta007: Senate President Bukola Saraki on Monday attributed the inability of some state governors to meet their obligations to their workers and the entire citizens to the issue of corruption which, he said, had assumed a worrisome development in the country.
Saraki stated this when the Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission, Mr.Ekpo Nta, led top officials of his agency to pay him a courtesy visit.
The senate president lamented that the embarrassing level of corruption in the country had taken a dangerous dimension to the extent that the three tiers of government were finding it difficult to pay salaries and provide basic social infrastructure.
He said, “The 8th Senate has a position on zero tolerance for corruption. We want to make it a priority. For us, we have realised that it is truly endangering the entire system. It is affecting our national development.
“The cost of corruption on our national life is beyond financial cost. You see in some states now that they are not paying salaries, it had led to poor funding of the education and health sectors and it’s affecting cost of governance and failure of public institutions and infrastructure.”
“For the eight senate, making the fight against corruption a priority is a must and we are committed to that. Our goal is to work with you to reduce significantly, the level of corruption in this country.”
He pledged that the eight senate would work closely with the ICPC and other anti graft agencies to fight the scourge.
He said, “There are things we ought to do that would help prevention especially among the professionals. Bankers who notice that the account of an Assistant Directors is running into billions of Naira should have a way of blowing the whistle. We have to be creative to bring everybody along.”
The ICPC boss said the Act that established the agency, which was enacted in year 2000, was the first Act of parliament that addressed corruption directly and that the United Nations convention against corruption came four years later in 2004.
He noted that the issue of corruption in the country has always been there, not that it was impressed upon the country by the International Community.

What happened then? Funny enough, many saTANist will praise him. How pathetic! THIS IS A COUNTRY WHERE EVERY BASTĄRD OLD ACTING AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT IS SEEN AS A SAINT. OLORIBURUKU |
