All these to defend a shiitthole country who dont give a single Bleep if you exist in their country long as you continue to slave yourself for peanuts. The American dream is the greatest lie ever, in most cases the United States is not different from Sudan

Like I said before..
1. Im not a 'US' fan either but a BIG fan of their neighbor (Canada) they can't be compared grin
2. And am not defending nobody, i just pointed out your exaggerations, it's obviously false loool Times Square

So because someone is stating the obvious you accuse them of being anti-american? The article on market watch, was that also written by a Nigerian?

Look, even Americans know america has problems and acknowledge that. Then comes you a Nigerian who now wants to defend America more than the indigenous Americans themselves. When last did you defend your country Nigeria?

We live in an age of technology. Nothing is hidden under the sun. In America, without credit cards, most Americans will be living a hellish life. Debt is the way of life in America. I lived in the US for so many years so I know.

No country is perfect and only ignorant people will believe you Nigerians who try to paint a false picture of America. I wonder what you stand to gain doing that. Maybe so that your citizens back in Nigeria will worship the ground you walk on when you come home to visit once a year for Christmas.

Ahhh! More of them shocked
I'm not an American(US) person either,
But which "Nigeria" re you from?

You are still living in the lies of the American dream. over 62% of Americans are one paycheck away from living on the street. If Americans wages are delayed for just a week more than 62% of her citizens will be lying on every street corner. In a country where over 70% of her citizens can't boast of $500 in an emergency and over 50% will die in debt, we need to start telling ourselves the truth

https://www.marketwatch.com/story/most-americans-are-one-paycheck-away-from-the-street-2015-01-07

Lol. You're obviously anti-American(your posts says it all) did you join NL just to preach hate? tell me something why do you waste so much time & hate? Obviously no one I mean no BODY listens to you STOP killing people's vibes man! You've got deep deep depression man you may want to check on that before you go bomb the US grin

Good day,
I am a new follower on this thread. I got admission to study MA Development Economics at UNBC for September 2017 but I had to defer it to January 2018. Now I applied for study permit October 1st, 2017 online route and did my biometrics 5th October. No upfront medical.
Till now there has been no update on my application and i am really worried but praying seeing the fast rate at which TRVs are issued this period.
1) Please is there anyone going to UNBC in January?
2) Please Gurus in the house do you advise I mail the VOffice for an update or should I just wait(for how long)?
Please I need your urgent advice. I am so worried

Chill bro you'd probably get it before next year, It's still early you know, you applied just last month, take me for example I applied since July.

please i need urgent reply, am about to apply to UPEI, and admission is still open for January session. i want to know if i can meet up with Immigration(visa)to resume school in January if i start processing now. please people with experience i need help.

I also applied for Holland college (same province and it's pretty close to UPEI) May/April. And then I applied for a study permit for almost 4 months now and the last I did was send my medical reports last month, till date no info about the visa, so you see what I mean here? Lol it's too late for January. But best of luck tho.

Hi Jonaslokk,

I understand how difficult it could be for people waiting on visas to improve the quality of their life. It could be frustrating. However, i think you need to get you mind off it for sometime and focus on other options however weak they are to you right now. You also don't have to hang yourself. Talk to people more often about it. it helps to get things off your mind. I wish you the best

grin I was just playing I meant that hanging thing as an act of frustration also metaphorically smiley
Thanks i really appreciate, those people can kill..

Nobody seems to talk about other provinces like Newfoundland, PEI, Yukon, New Brunswick. Is it that there are no Nigerians living there or migrating there?

Told by who and through what medium? You might have an update, perhaps a medical or biometric call or both. Perhaps even a decision on your case to respond to a finding of fact. Log online and check on the status of your application and also see if you have a mail.

Yeah I saw the message when I tracked it
The last mail was " mail sent for interim pick up " which was the medical request in it, I have done it for more than 2weeks so I thought I was supposed to have been granted by now (by God's grace) I have done everything just waiting for the visa (by God's grace) that I need this month if not a semester will be burnt

Nobody knows how long its gonna take. Just pray and be anxious of nothing, but with prayer and supplication make your request. Go about your life doing the things you enjoy the most and be productive. Defer your admission to January. They will call you when they will. Don't forget to check your CIC email box weekly. Best of luck!

Thanks. God bless
But I still have to wait for months after medical? Everybody told me within a month even a friend over there that applied last year, well I guess things change. Ill keep praying thank u.
