~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [02-09-2023] Focus: Do Not Lose Hope WORD FOR TODAY Confidence in what the Lord has said is the hallmark of all men who truly have faith and trust in God. You are likely to lose, each time you place much more focus on what is happening to you than the promises of God over your life! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "And the LORD, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed." (Deuteronomy 31:8 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If there is anything the devil desires for your life, it is that you should lose hope and give up on God's promises for your life. The essence of the challenges you are having is to prompt you not to believe what God wants to make out of your life. You are not defeated until you accept defeat and give up on what God has said concerning you. As you proceed in destiny, you must not stop believing in God and what you are trusting Him to make out of your life no matter how terrible the situation may appear to be. Wait for His help and salvation no matter how it tarries in every situation of life. Hold your head high at all times to fulfill your mandate in the land of the living. Are you losing hope? Lord! I believe in what you have said concerning my life, arise and show your salvation in my life in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: Losing hope is the beginning of misfortune and failure in destiny Have a Delightful Weekend! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [31-08-2018] Focus: The Words of Men WORD FOR TODAY Men will continue to be ignorant about the perspective of your destiny and what God is trying to work out in your life. Don't be moved by the words of men; those who proclaimed your misery will also proclaim your victory! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "Come therefore, let us now kill him and cast him into some pit; and we shall say, "Some wild beast has devoured him.' We shall see what will become of his dreams!" (Genesis 37:20 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is no doubt in the fact that people will not but always talk about the happenings in your life. They are keeping track of your progress in destiny, therefore, they will always have something to say. Irrespective of what they say about you, don't allow it to affect you but keep moving on in destiny with patience trusting only in the Lord to be what He wants you to be. Even if your lot in life is bad and people are talking about it, don't allow it to bother you, when your situation turns around they will also talk about it. When Joseph was sold, his brothers bragged by saying they would see what becomes of his dreams; they announced his death to their father. Later when they discovered that He was the Prime Minister of Egypt the same set of people carried the news to their father. Don't allow people who know nothing about the precious plan of God for your life to hinder you from being fulfilled in every facet of life. Be mindful of the fact that if the Lord is with you, His everlasting love will see you through various hurdles of life. Of what benefit is what people are saying to your life? Lord! I receive the grace to be what you want me to be above every thinking and the words of men in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: Do not be ruled by the words of men but by the word of God! Have a Graceful Thursday! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [26-08-2023] Focus: The Seed of Slavery The word for today Whatever you do to other people, including your own brothers, plants a seed for your children's future. Do not be deceived: Evil breeds evil, whereas good seed breeds goodwill, prosperity, and blessings! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap." (Galatians 6.7 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A man who killed another, whether physically, logically, or spiritually, sowed the seed of death in his own ancestors. The seed of what Joseph's brothers did to him is what makes them slaves in Egypt. Initially, they were not slaves, but their fathers' actions subjected them to servitude and oppression. In multiple ways, God made them feel what Joseph felt as a slave and prisoner. When you do evil, keep in mind that God will raise someone to carry out the evil you did multiple times. You must resolve to do God's will and to do good to men. Jonathan sows love at a time when he should despise David as a natural human who should succeed his father, but he only shows love. He even shielded David from the evil schemes of his father, King Saul. As a result, when the house of Saul was judged, King David exempted Jonathan's lineage and showed kindness to Mephibosheth. Your actions today establish the foundation for your experiences tomorrow. As you move forward in your destiny, fear God and sow righteous seed. + What type of seed are you sowing? Lord! I receive the grace to please you at all times and sow righteous seeds all the days of my life in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: A man is living in deception if he thinks the consequence of his evil deeds will elude him! Have a Wonderful Weekend! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [21-08-2023] Focus: Cups of Cold Water The word for today Irrespective of your position and status in life; the fact remains that you are created to be a blessing to your world. The Lord has placed at your disposal what you need, to be an extension of His hand to men in the land of the living! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones because he is my disciple, I tell you the truth, he will certainly not lose his reward"." (Matthew 10:42). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is a reward for every man who submits himself to be used by God to meet the needs of men. Every cup of cold water given in Jesus' name is never given in vain. Someday, we will surely meet our Lord in heaven where each deed of kindness will bring a rich reward. Do not hesitate to help widows, orphans, and people with their needs. Heal the sick ones and bind the heart that bleeds. Don't forget that feeding the hungry is an ultimate concern for the Lord; this is how we should serve Him and demonstrate His love. Preach the Gospel to sinners who have gone astray; hold up the Gospel light so that they can find a way. Lifting the falling, this we must surely do if we must fulfill our callings as true Christians. Do you live to meet the needs of the Lord in the lives of men? Lord! Make me an extension of your hands reaching to men in their needs in Jesus' Name. Amen! Emphasis: Cups of cold water given in Jesus' name are never given in vain! Have a Wonderful Week Ahead! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [20-08-2023] Focus: Seek the Lord The word for today There is no man created by God that will be in charge of his destiny forever. When things are still under your control seek the Lord to work out his good pleasure! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "Seek the LORD while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near." (Isaiah 55:6 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Life is a gift. Everything given to you by God does not come to you because it is your right but because He chooses to show you mercy. Your life summarizes that you are a product of grace and privilege. Hence, don't take it for granted; guard the gift of God in your life with ultimate care. If by God's grace, the word of God is coming to you and it demands from you a definite response, do not hesitate to respond in absolute obedience. A man can hear the word of God a bit too late. There are times when repentance and restitution will be almost impossible. Now that various spiritual issues in your life are still within your control; respond to God accordingly. If there be a virtue, habit, and character that you must imbibe; give yourself to it while grace is available. If there are issues that must be settled in your academics, marriage, career, and ministry; settle it now that things have not gotten out of hand. If there be a child to train in the way of the Lord do not hesitate to do so before the time of influence elapses. If there is a faulty foundation in any aspect of life, settle it before it is too late to correct it. Is there an opportunity that lasts forever? Lord! I receive the grace to make the best use of every opportunity that comes my way in Jesus' name. Amen!!! Emphasis Life will not but give a man a temporary grace and opportunity to define his destiny! Have a Gracious Worship Experience! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [18-08-2023] Focus: There is someone better than You The word for today No matter how wonderful you appear to be and the level of influence and greatness you exhibited so far in life; you must be ever mindful of the fact that there is someone better than you. It is only the grace of God that is special in the life of a man! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "If it pleases the king, let a royal decree go out from him, and let it be recorded in the laws of the Persians and the Medes, so that it will not be altered, that Vashti shall come no more before King Ahasuerus; and let the king give her royal position to another who is better than she." (Esther 1:19 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The greatest mistake a man can make in his destiny walk is for him to think of himself more highly than he ought to. It is God who crowns men with honour and glory. When it appears as if your life is beautiful, it is God at work. While Vashti was Queen she forgot that she wasn't the best but a woman who received Grace. She refused to honour the invitation of the King. She forgot that she was a Queen because the King chooses her. Hence, a replacement was sought. Don't take the grace of God in your life for granted as a wife/husband, Father/Mother, Boss, Pastor, Overseer, Principal, or leader in any capacity. There are people better than you. Be mindful of the fact that God did not create any man who is so special that cannot be replaced. As you increase, continue to humble yourself. There will always be an Esther prepared to take your place if you take the grace of God in your life for granted! In what way are you taking the grace of God for granted? Lord! I receive the grace to humble myself always and never take the grace made available to me for granted in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: There is someone better than you! Have a Graceful Friday! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [15-08-2023] Focus: There is a future hope for you The word for today When life gives you no option and you don't know what to do; always remember that there is a God who gives hope to the hopeless. Only in Him lies a future hope! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off." (Proverbs 23:18 NIV). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ No matter what experiences you go through in life, always remember that God is deeply concerned about giving you a hopeful future. Life is full of challenges that might seem hopeless at times. During these moments, it's crucial to open yourself to God's assistance. This help becomes accessible when you approach Him and lay your concerns before Him. Strengthen your spirit by finding solace in the Lord and show your reverence by following His guidance. There are situations that can make a person feel helpless, and they arise to remind us that we're not meant to live disconnected from our creator. It's not a cruel action by God, but rather a way of teaching us through firsthand experience that ultimate salvation lies with Him. Therefore, regardless of the difficulties you're facing, always keep in mind that God's intentions for you are positive and not harmful. His plans are for your benefit. Have you realized that your ultimate source of future hope lies solely in the Lord? Lord! I receive the grace to always know and remember that there is a future hope for me in You in Jesus' Name. Amen! Emphasis: If you will come to God and walk in His ways you will never have an hopeless situation because in God there is always a future hope for you! Have a Miraculous Tuesday! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [13-08-2023] Focus: Divine Watchfulness The word for today Amidst all your endeavors, keep in mind that your every step is under the watchful gaze of the Lord. Recognize that your actions, past and present, remain in His sight, beyond concealment! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "For My eyes are on all their ways; they are not hidden from My face, nor is their iniquity hidden from My eyes. (Jeremiah 16:17 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At times, individuals may engage in wrongful deeds, assuming that their actions go unnoticed by the divine. Such deception may arise when immediate consequences seem absent. Nevertheless, rest assured that the Lord's vigilant eye observes each path we tread, leaving no sin hidden. This truth echoes through the ages. Reuben's transgression, a hidden affair with his father's wife, came to light when his destiny's verdict was pronounced. Gehazi's unwitting acceptance of gifts from Naaman belied his ignorance of God's watchful presence. Moses, too, believed his act of defending an Israelite by slaying an Egyptian remained undisclosed. Yet, their assumptions of secrecy were all laid bare. Likewise, many have harbored actions shrouded in secrecy. Understand that, whether, inaction or inactivity, the Lord's unwavering eyes remain upon you. He cannot be deceived or mocked. Ultimately, every seed sown shall yield its harvest, as divine justice prevails. Hence, be mindful and deliberate in your choices. Live not in the shadow of deceit but in the light of truth. Recognize that divine sight is upon you. Let your actions align with the values of righteousness and honour, for in the intricate tapestry of life, every thread of intention is seen and accounted for by the Creator. Are you mindful of the fact that God is placing a watch over every step you take? Lord! I receive grace to align my actions with the values of righteousness and honour in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: The eyes of the Lord are on all your ways, and all you have done or doing is not hidden from Him! Have a Delightful Worship Experience! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [06-08-2023] Focus: Do not lose your confidence The word for today Maintaining unwavering confidence is paramount for achieving success in life. Without confidence, the path to success becomes elusive, leading to failure! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward." (Hebrews 10:35 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Confidence is the foundation of triumph in any endeavor. To win battles, one must believe in their ability to succeed and muster the courage to fight until victory is achieved. True victory originates from within, and battles are won or lost in the heart. The devil's first tactic is to undermine your confidence, as he knows that without it, success becomes uncertain. This is evident in the story of Goliath, who instilled fear in the Israelites, including King Saul until they lacked the courage to confront him. David's victory over Goliath stemmed from his unwavering confidence in what God had done for him. This confidence allowed him to see the supremacy of the supernatural compared to the might of a mere mortal like Goliath. It was this unshakeable belief that turned the tide in David's favour. In life, events may take unexpected turns, but holding onto confidence is vital. You are not defeated or considered unfortunate until you lose your confidence. Your confidence in God is the assurance that you will overcome and experience victory, joy, and peace in every aspect of life. The key to conquering life's challenges lies in maintaining your unwavering confidence. When you are confident in God's promises and His faithfulness, you tap into a wellspring of strength and hope. This confidence brings a great reward—it leads you to remarkable victories over the hurdles that come your way. With confidence in God, you are equipped to face any trial with courage and determination. Do you have confidence in the Lord? Lord! Grant me unwavering confidence in Your promises and Your faithfulness in Jesus' name. Amen. Emphasis: With confidence in God, you can overcome any obstacle and attain remarkable success. Keep your faith intact, and you will experience the great rewards that come from trusting in the Lord! Have a Joyful Worship Experience! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [04-08-2023] Focus: When Challenges Come The word for today When challenges come, it separates those who truly have a desire and passion from those who merely have wishes. It comes to bring the best out of our lives! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small" (Proverb 24:10 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sometimes, the best of a person does not come until we are in trouble. No man in this life succeeds in anything without overcoming challenges. You only have breakthroughs when you can pass through various hurdles to achieve your goals. Life's challenges are an essential part of our lives and are meant to make us a better person. The challenges in your life are not different from the one common to all men, it only has different dimensions and fields. Every marriage that works, worked not because they didn't face challenges but because the people involved passionately and diligently made it work with the wisdom of God. This is also applicable to people in ministry, business, academics, and careers. Nothing works naturally, things are made to work by confronting the challenges against them. Life will not but always present various issues to prompt you to give up; always find strength in God to stand in all challenging situations of life. How strong are you and on what basis will you be victorious in various issues of life? Lord! Empower me to overcome every challenge that comes my way in Jesus' name. Amen!!! Emphasis: When challenges come it comes to make you a better person! Have a Breathtaking Friday! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ Happy New Month ________________________________ [01-08-2023] Focus: A worthy High Priest The word for today God, in His wisdom, allows various life situations to touch us, so we may empathize with and understand the struggles of others. Our own ordeals serve as profound teachers, granting us experiential knowledge of God's ways and qualifying us to stand on behalf of those facing similar challenges! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin." (Hebrew 4:15 KJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The global aim of your journey in destiny is to provide you with a profound understanding of unique experiences. Every person who becomes a valuable instrument in the hand of God goes through specific challenges that serve as foundational building blocks for their life's purpose. This is evident in the lives of Joseph, Daniel, David, and our Lord Jesus Christ. These experiences of God's deliverance and salvation fortify them to stand strong in life's battles. Moreover, God's wisdom dictates that no one should exist solely for themselves; they should also be a blessing and extend a helping hand to others. Just as Jesus became our worthy High Priest by taking our place and suffering on the cross, our own encounters with hunger, sickness, disappointment, loss, failure, and other adversities are expected to deepen our empathy for others facing similar trials. These experiences are not merely about having emotions; they are meant to propel us to act in ways that uplift and support those who are going through what we once endured. As we journey through life's challenges, we discover our unique purpose and the opportunity to become vessels of compassion, understanding, and strength for others. Are you a worthy high priest? Lord! Make me a worthy high priest in Jesus' name. Amen. Emphasis: Whatever touches you in various aspects of life prepares you to be a worthy high priest and an extension of God's hand reaching out to men! Have a Pleasant Tuesday! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [30-07-2023] Focus: Spiritual Head The word for today There is no other spiritual head other than Christ Jesus. You must never place your life under any spiritual leadership that does not resemble Christ! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is destruction, whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame--who set their mind on earthly things." (Philippians 3:18-19 NKJV). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Even though we cannot but be under certain leadership for guidance, inspiration, correction, edification, and tutelage; the fact remains that you must never take the risk of submitting your life under a leadership that does not go in line with the life of Christ. This is because the leadership under whom you submit your life can influence your destiny. The Lord took great risks to commit His purpose on earth into the hands of men. Though, there are men who are good shepherds and at the same time there are several men who are wolves in shepherd clothing. Whatever the case may be, we must live our entire life being conscious of what the Lord said about this end time. He said there will be greedy men who will always pursue their agenda at the expense of God's will. They will present themselves to men rather than God. They will speak more of what the devil can do to kill the faith you have in what God can do and make you live in fear to be at their mercy in various situations of life. Also, they exploit people for their money, and belongings using fake promises of what God will do and terrifying prophecies of doom. Is Christ your spiritual Head? Lord! Let our spiritual leaders resemble you in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: Christ's life is the only mark of a true spiritual head! Have a Glorious Worship Experience! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [23-07-2023] Focus: Will You Also Go Away? The word for today The essence of the investment of God over His children is to ensure they are with Him and fulfill the divine mandate. However, God is not interested in men who are not loyal to Him and those who only want to use Him to fulfill their selfish desire! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "Then Jesus said to the twelve, "Do you also want to go away?" (John 6:67 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When people began to leave Jesus as a result of the truth He revealed to them, he did not assume that the twelve disciples who were with Him will not also go. He asked: "Do you also want to go away?" The Lord will not force Himself or His will on anyone but He is only interested in men who are willing and loyal. There are several men on whom the Lord invested so much, in a bid to prepare them to fulfill divine mandate and purpose but later went away to be an instrument in the hands of the devil. Like the prodigal son, many of these people went their own way and squandered the grace of God in their lives. The snare of worldliness and desire for riches didn't allow most of these people to do the will of God and fulfill their mandate. Even though the Lord has done so much for you; His desire is for you to be loyal to Him and fulfill divine purpose. Don't use the investment of God over your life to fulfill selfish desires. Whatever the case may be with you, be mindful of the fact that only those who are loyal to Him will have a space in what He is doing and His eternal presence. Have you gone away? Are you going away? Will you also go away? Can the Lord count on you? Lord! Help me to be loyal to you and fulfill the divine mandate in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: The Lord is only interested in disciples who are loyal and resolute in their decision to fulfill divine mandates! Have a Gracious Worship Experience! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [22-07-2023] Focus: The vital signs of a healthy relationship The word for today The fruits of the spirit are the most important vital sign to look for if you must go into any relationship whatsoever with any man. Fruits of the spirit are the quintessential benchmarks of a thriving and God-honoring relationship! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law." (Galatians 5:22 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Love, the cornerstone of all virtues, manifests as a selfless and unconditional affection that transcends mere emotions. It binds hearts together, fostering an environment of trust, empathy, and acceptance. Joy, the resplendent radiance of the soul, illuminates the darkest corners of life, infusing every moment with gratitude and delight. Peace, the soothing balm that calms turbulent waters, nurtures harmony and tranquility within the relationship, paving the way for open communication and reconciliation. Long Suffering, a testament to endurance and patience, fortifies the relationship against the trials of life, allowing grace to flourish even in times of difficulty. Kindness, the gentle touch of compassion, softens hearts and fosters a culture of consideration and thoughtfulness. Goodness, the virtuous inclination toward righteousness, inspires acts of generosity and benevolence, uplifting both the giver and receiver. Faithfulness, the steadfast commitment to honour and loyalty, instills trust and security, creating a solid foundation for growth and intimacy. Gentleness, the tender care that nurtures vulnerability, fosters an atmosphere of emotional safety and understanding. Self-control, the mastery of one's impulses and emotions, fosters mature and measured responses, mitigating conflicts and promoting emotional intelligence. In the presence of these fruits, relationships thrive and flourish, bearing the seeds of transformation and spiritual growth. They become sanctuaries where hearts are nourished and souls find solace. However, the absence of these fruits raises red flags, signaling potential challenges and pitfalls. As we assess relationships, let us be discerning and wise, looking not only to the surface but delving deep into the character and spiritual essence of the connection. What do you consider before every relationship? Selfish gain or fruit of the spirit? Lord! Help us to make love our compass, joy our song, and peace our anchor as we navigate the wondrous realm of relationships in Jesus. Amen! Emphasis: When the fruits of the Spirit are evident, the relationship becomes an expression of divine love, a living testimony to the goodness and grace of God! Have a Lovely Weekend! |
Zupay:A very brilliant submission. It is quite unfortunate that our leaders are illiterate and selfish people! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [02-07-2023] Focus: Knowing Him to find who you are The word for today You will only know who you are in God's purpose when you find God and know Him by experience. Life begins when you avail yourself to know God! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent." (John 17:3 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Our creation and existence were not our ideas; we were created to fulfill God's purpose. Every man is expected to know God to understand the essence of his creation. There is no life outside of God because there is no one other than Him. The more you know Him, the more you will discover who you should be on your journey of destiny. Zacchaeus had no idea who he was or what God could do through him until he met and knew Christ. David had the confidence to defeat Goliath because he knew what God could do. When Jacob encountered God, he sealed God's covenant over his life. When Apostle Paul met God, the purpose of God became clear to him. When Moses met and knew God, he realized the meaning of his existence. God told Jeremiah that his destiny was to be a prophet of nations from the time he was conceived. He would not have known this if he had not sought to know God. Several people lived but were unable to fulfill God's plan for their lives. You have not found yourself until you find and know God. Knowing God is the first step toward eternal life. + Do you know God? Have you discovered who you should be in destiny? Lord! Let me know you more and more to discover who I should be in destiny in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: To know who you were created to be, you must first know God! Have a Superb Worship Experience! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [25-06-2023] Focus: Beware of Opportunities The word for today Not all opportunities can help your life; every opportunity that causes you to sin against God will be detrimental to your destiny! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "But Gehazi, the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, "Look, my master has spared Naaman this Syrian, while not receiving from his hands what he brought; but as the LORD lives, I will run after him and take something from him." (2 Kings 5:20 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Every man desires to have a promising opportunity in every facet of life. However, not every opportunity that looks promising is beneficial to human life. In every quest to achieve something for yourself, try as much as possible to ensure that you are obeying the Lord by not derailing His perfect plan for your life. Gehazi saw the gift Naaman brought in appreciation of the goodness of God in his life as an opportunity to get something for himself but got leprosy. Jacob exploited the hunger of Esau to rob him of his birthright but lost his peace and stayed away from the inheritance of the Lord for years; this wasted most of his prime years. There are many things people call opportunities today which led many to untimely death and others away from the perfect plan of God for their lives. Whatever forces your life to do contrary to the perfect plan of God for your life is not an opportunity but a trap to your destiny. What do you call opportunity? Lord! My destiny will not fail, I will not sin against you and my glory will not turn to shame in Jesus' name. Amen!!! Emphasis: Not every so-called opportunity is beneficial to your destiny! Have a Wonderful Worship Experience! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [24-06-2023] Focus: God is a God of Process The word for today One thing you must be mindful of as you proceed in destiny is that God is a God of process and not a magician. The best way to be who God wants you to be in any facet of life is to submit yourself to the laid-down process required by God for your life! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "On the seventh day, having finished his task, God rested from all his work. (Genesis 2:2 NLT) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In the beginning, when God created the earth, it took Him seven days to bring it to perfection. It is not the case that He cannot command and bring everything to reality in just a day but He did not, just to let us know that everything in life requires process. When the Lord made it clear that He had rejected King Saul and prompted Samuel to anoint David; one would think that He would ascend the throne immediately but it took several years for that to come to pass. God can make King Saul die but He didn't. When the time became ripe and David had successfully undergone the process required for him to ascend the throne under God he became King. When the promise of God comes to you, it sets you on a mountain called revelation. It will require time and walking in the premises of God's promises to get to the mountain of the fulfillment of His promises. The word "automatic" does not apply to any issue that has to do with purpose and mandate. You don't need to struggle or engage in a frantic race to become anything in life but submit yourself to the process required. Do you submit yourself to every process designed for you by God? Lord! Help me to submit to every process designed for my life for growth and fulfillment in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: The fact is that every growth requires process and time establishes the fact that God is not a magician but a God of Process! Have a Gracious Weekend! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [22-06-2023] Focus: Isolation from the Father The word for today The greatest opportunity the devil seeks in the life of a man is isolation from God. Each time a man makes a decision that isolates him from God and His people; he prepares and presents himself for destruction! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "A few days later this younger son packed all his belongings and took a trip to a distant land, and there he wasted all his money on wild living. (Luke 15:13 NLT) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The primary and the most critical assignment the devil wants to achieve is to ensure our isolation from God the Father. The ordeal of the prodigal son began when he accepted to go away from his father. Gehazi kept the thought of going after Naaman to get something away from Elisha and took his journey. Most of what led people into trouble were those things they kept away from their guardians (God's word and people of God) It is an outright deception from the pit of hell for a man to think his life will be better off, going away from his creator or isolating himself from God's people. The devil couldn't achieve his aim with Eve until he succeeded in taking her away from the truth. Whatever takes you away from the truth, prayer, God's word, your consecration and the people of God tends to isolate you for slaughter. Find grace under God never to yield to the temptation of isolating yourself from God; it is very costly. + Are you thinking of going away from the father? Lord! I receive the grace to abide in your will all the days of my life in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: The victory of the evil one over a man's life begins with isolation from God the Father and His will for his life! Have a remarkable Thursday! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [18-06-2023] Focus: What a Father should be The word for today A father is expected to embody truth, strength, and righteousness, serving as a beacon of Christ's character within the home. He is called to be a provider and protector, relying on the help and guidance of God! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "A man will be as a hiding place from the wind, And a cover from the tempest, As rivers of water in a dry place, As the shadow of a great rock in a weary land. (Isaiah 32:2 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Isaiah 32:2 illustrates the qualities of a true father. He becomes a shelter from life's storms, a refuge from the wind, a source of nourishment in a parched land, and a comforting shadow in a weary world. Just as a great rock provides stability and relief, so does a father provide stability and support for his family. It is not merely the act of biological procreation that defines a man as a father, but rather his fulfillment of the responsibilities and duties associated with fatherhood. A true father leaves an indelible mark on those he cares for, instilling in them a sense of indebtedness and gratitude. Fatherhood is a divine blessing, as it brings God's presence closer to humanity within the intimate setting of the family. A father is a tangible representation of God the Father, exhibiting His love, guidance, and provision. He plays a vital role in shaping the lives of his children, imparting wisdom, discipline, and spiritual guidance. Through his presence, a father cultivates a deep sense of security, belonging, and faith within the family. + Do you honour and appreciate the significant roles of fathers in your lives? Lord! ~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [17-06-2023] Focus: God give us Christian homes The word for today A Christian home is a home where the Bible is loved and taught, Homes where the Master’s will is sought and homes crowned with beauty God's love has wrought! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly" (Acts 10:2 NIV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A Christian home is a home where the father is true and strong, a home that is free from the blight of wrong, and a home that is joyous with love and song. A home founded on the solid rock of God's word. It is a home where the mother, in a caring quest, strives to show others the way of the Lord is best; Homes where the Lord is an honored guest. Homes where the children are led to know Christ in His beauty who loves them so. A Home where the altar fires burn and glow. It is a home that will fulfill the purpose of God on earth and establish His counsel. Your home is far from what God wants it to be until it becomes a Christian home. + Is your home a typical example of a Christian home? Lord! Make our home a Christian home in Jesus' name. Amen! ~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [15-06-2023] Focus: The Mercy that is Early Enough The word for today There is a mercy peculiar to every time in the life of a man. Things will only fall in place at a particular point in time when the mercy of the Lord is right on time! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days." (Psalms 90:14 KJV). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As you proceed on the pathway of destiny you need God's mercy for your desires to be achieved in every facet of life. Many men appear to be unfortunate in various domains of life because grace through God's mercy is not made available to them. There is a limit to which your strength can carry you in the land of the living. A delay in the mercy of God in the life of a man irrespective of the resources at his disposal will cause him a lot of grief. This is why the psalmist cried unto God to make His mercy available early enough even as he learns to number his days. Therefore, you must also trust God and look unto Him to make grace available to you through His mercy in every aspect of your life. You will only be glad and find real fulfillment in this life when His mercy over your life is early enough. Do you desire His mercy? Lord! Satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: The fact that our lives on earth are fleeting makes getting His mercy early enough in every situation very much paramount for us! Have a Blissful Thursday! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [13-06-2023] Focus: Your thoughts and God's thoughts The word for today The mercy of God is identified in our lives in that He does not allow all our thoughts to come to pass. You must in every situation of life remind yourself that His thoughts over you are of peace and not of evil! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." (Jeremiah 29:11NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ God has been so wonderful from generation to generation. He has not stopped showing His mercy despite our limitations as men. If God would have allowed all our thoughts to come to pass what would have become of us? He has proven Himself as the Almighty who purifies every thought in all situations of life. We have been sick and thought we would die from the sickness; wrote the exam and thought we would fail, embark on a journey and thought we would never return or have an accident on the way, engage in a business and thought we would suffer loss, have a bill or fee to settle and thought we would be put to shame, seek for an appointment and thought we would be disappointed, set a stage for presentation and thought we would fumble. Most of these evil thought patterns are born out of our past experiences and what we see happening to people. But God in His mercy will not allow them to come to pass. He also hinders the fulfillment of some of our so-called good thoughts just to bring us into the center of His will for us. You must keep thanking God for your life because His thoughts over you are for peace aimed at ensuring you have an expected end! Where would you have been if all your thoughts came to pass? Lord! I thank You for my life; Your plans and purpose will be fulfilled in my life in Jesus' name. Amen. Emphasis: Your thought will always depict your limitations as human but God's thoughts will always execute His plans and purpose for your life! Have a Refreshed Tuesday! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [12-06-2023] Focus: What you are passing through The word for today In the journey of life, it is crucial not to personalize the trials and challenges you face. Remember that everything you are passing through is intended to become a part of your past once you have successfully overcome it! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD. (Deuteronomy 8:3 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Your current struggles serve as a prototype for the experiences that all individuals encounter in their destinies. They are not meant to define or confine you but to provide valuable lessons. Through these ordeals, you gain a deeper understanding of the nature of life, recognize the necessity for divine intervention, and personally witness the power of God. Reflecting on the wisdom found in Deuteronomy 8:3, we are reminded of how God humbled the Israelites, allowing them to experience hunger and providing them with manna, a miraculous sustenance they had never known before. This was intended to teach them that true life is not merely sustained by physical bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord. These experiences were part of their journey toward the promised land, serving as crucial lessons in their faith and dependence on God. Just like the Israelites, you may encounter various trials and obstacles along your pathway. From the parting of the Red Sea to the bitterness of the water at Marah, from the daily provision of manna to the awe-inspiring encounter at Mount Sinai, each experience is purposeful. They are designed to shape your character, deepen your faith, and refine your understanding of God's power and provision. Even the story of Joseph reminds us that he endured the hardship of being a slave and a prisoner, but he did not remain confined by those circumstances. Instead, he passed through them, eventually fulfilling his destiny as a significant leader in Egypt. Therefore, regardless of the situations you may have encountered, even if they appear to be recurrent, it is vital not to personalize them. They are meant to come and go, leaving valuable lessons and growth in their wake. Instead, hold onto the hand of God, seeking His intervention and guidance. Trust in His faithfulness and rely on His wisdom to navigate through the trials. Remember that your current struggles are temporary, and they will pave the way for a brighter future. Seek God's presence, lean on His promises, and let His loving guidance lead you through every season of life. What issue in your life are you personalizing? Lord, we position ourselves to overcome every issue of life and have the life you want to give us in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: Your present ordeal is not yours but what you must pass through in every quest to fulfill destiny! Have an Outstanding Week Ahead! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [11-06-2023] Focus: The Peace that God Gives The word for today God's peace surpasses worldly peace, transcending circumstances, and standing firm in trials. It is granted through God speaking His word into our lives. While worldly peace is temporary, God's peace is everlasting! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."(John.14:27 NKJV). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To experience the lasting peace that comes from God, one must seek His word and obediently follow it. The world constantly pressures individuals to chase after unnecessary possessions, but God's word teaches contentment and reliance on Him for all needs. When it comes to choosing a life partner, the world focuses on outward appearance and qualifications, but God looks at the heart and considers future outcomes. While the world promotes divorce and separation, the Lord offers the virtues of the Holy Spirit, forgiveness, and perseverance. In matters of health, the world may offer drugs and temporary relief, but when God intervenes, perfect health and freedom from sickness can be experienced. The world advises relentless pursuit of money, but the Lord grants the greatest gain of all—contentment. Money may bring temporary happiness, but true joy is a fruit of the Spirit. When the peace of the Lord reigns in one's heart, worry dissipates. In every crisis and challenge of life, seeking God's peace becomes paramount. Therefore, let us prioritize seeking the peace that comes from God, for it surpasses the temporary and shallow peace that the world can offer. When we align ourselves with His word and rely on His guidance, we can experience His everlasting peace that transcends circumstances and fills our hearts with true contentment and joy. Do you enjoy the peace of God? Lord, we position ourselves to enjoy the peace you give in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: The peace that God gives surpasses any peace the world can offer. It is not temporary or fleeting, but everlasting and deeply rooted in His presence! Have a Gracious Worship Experience! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [08-06-2023] Focus: The Only Wise God The word for today In the vast tapestry of existence, there is a singular source of true wisdom—the only wise God. He stands above all, possessing unmatched wisdom, power, and greatness. To embark on the path of wisdom, we must first recognize that true wisdom resides solely in God! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen." ( Jude.1.25 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Throughout the ages, the lives of those who have walked in alignment with God's ways have exemplified the epitome of wisdom. It is through acknowledging and embracing the life that God has ordained for us that we begin to acquire wisdom. The foundation of wisdom lies in our reverence for God and our obedience to His word. God's wisdom is unveiled to us through His divine revelation—the scriptures. In His instructions, we find the path to righteousness, guidance for righteous living, and insights into the mysteries of life. His commandments serve as a compass, directing us away from the destructive path of sin and leading us toward abundant life. When God warns us to flee from sin, His intention is not to deprive us but to shield us from the consequences of spiritual death. When He exhorts us to trust in Him and not fear, He seeks to infuse us with unwavering faith to navigate the challenges that beset us. Indeed, a life yielded to God's principles is a life enriched by wisdom. Instead of questioning the nature of our experiences, we should humbly submit to God's wisdom, knowing that He orchestrates every aspect of our existence. Our journey in the realm of the living serves as a testament to the profound wisdom of God. Therefore, let us embrace the wisdom that emanates from the only wise God. May we wholeheartedly obey His precepts and walk in His ways, for in doing so, we will discover the true essence of wisdom. As we align our lives with His wisdom, we can navigate the complexities of life with confidence, knowing that His divine guidance will lead us to fulfillment and purpose. Do you subscribe to God's wisdom by yielding to His words? Bless the Lord oh my Soul; your ways are wisdom and you will make everything beautiful in its time in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: The wisdom of the Lord, no one can fathom; it is exceptional from generation to generation! Have an Exceptional Thursday! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [06-06-2023] Focus: Every blessing of God The word for today Every blessing of God in the life of a man is made up of both consumables and seeds. There is no other way to prepare for the future than to sow your seed! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "CAST YOUR bread upon the waters, for you will find it after many days." (Ecclesiastes 11:1 AMP). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Every river has a source. A river can never be fresh without flowing unto others. You are not fulfilled until your life through its virtue flows into other lives. God in His principle gave man the important task of creating other things after the ones He created. The instruction He gave is that man should "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it. However, it takes a seed to be fruitful. If you must fulfill a purpose in life you must not eat your seed. Similarly, when the Lord put a man in the Garden of Eden, He did not allow him to eat everything in it. He told him not to eat the fruit at the center of the garden if he wants to live; that he will die whenever he eats it. He did this to teach him obedience by principle so that he may learn that he is not expected to eat everything that comes his way. The reason why we have varieties of food today is that the people that came in contact with them for the very first time were disciplined enough not to eat everything but planted some portion in preparation for the coming days. Most of the ideas we have today were borne out of the ones transferred to us by those who have gone ahead of us. There is nothing you have that is not given to you. We are created to be a blessing to our world and to provide lasting legacies that will be a source of Joy to many generations. The best way to pray for God for a blessing is to say "Bless me that I may bless my world", and "Speak to me that I may speak". What are you doing with God's blessing in your life? Lord! Make me a blessing to my generation in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis: The blessing of the Lord is meant to flow from you to others! Have a Blessed Tuesday! |
~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [04-06-2023] Focus: It will Come to Pass The word for today There is an end to every situation of a man in the land of the living. Everything on earth is meant to come to pass! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "And it came to pass, on that very same day, that the LORD brought the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt according to their armies." (Exodus 12:51 NKJV). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Every man no matter how great cannot live forever in the land of the living. Nothing is actually permanent. However, change is constant in every domain. Whatever the situation of your life might have appeared to be it is meant to come to pass. As a living soul you must not forget the words of the preacher about various times and seasons (Eccl 3:1-11) and the fact that God makes everything beautiful at His own time. Before now you have been faced with several life's challenges which is now a testimony. This is an important signal to you that the present issues of your life will eventually pass away. No matter how tough it may appear to be it has an expiring date. The Israelites couldn't believe it when they saw the deliverance of the Lord in the land of their slavery. It happened just like a dream. This is how the Lord will also put an end to your problems, misery, sickness, trouble. After every weeping of the night there is always joy in the morning. Don't give up on God whatever the situation may be but keep your faith alive in Him to bring to pass His promises over your life and turning your sorrow into Joy, weeping into laughter, mourning into jubilation and poverty into prosperity. Do you believe God to bring to pass His word? Lord! Let the new season of refreshing begin in my life in Jesus name. Amen! ~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [30-05-2023] Focus: Judgement by Appearance The word for today There is more to a man's life than what you see in him. You must always seek to know what God is saying about a man before you commit yourself to him! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "The LORD doesn't make decisions the way you do! People judge by outward appearance, but the LORD looks at a person's thoughts and intentions." (1Samuel 16:7b NLT) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ No man goes out without packaging and making a good presentation of himself. Hence, what we see in people is mostly what they want people to see about them. We must be mindful of the fact that all men no matter how anointed and spiritual they appear to be can be deceived by the appearance of men. Men who seek to divorce their wives, people who robbed others, and men who killed and do evil to others, don't usually wear such an appearance at the beginning. It is only God who knows the heart of men. You must seek God adequately whenever there is a need to have dealings with men on critical issues of life. Do you seek God's involvement in your dealings with men? Lord! You that know the heart of men lead me right in Jesus' name. Amen!!! Emphasis: The best a man can see about people is their appearance; only God sees the heart! Have a beautiful Tuesday! |
It is through His guidance and sovereignty that our lives find purpose and meaning! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths." (Proverb. 3:6 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When God commands our health, we experience a state of well-being and wholeness. In His divine utterance, He infuses our lives with joy, peace, progress, and love. Each breath we take, each step we embark upon, is sustained by the life He graciously bestows upon us. ~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [27-05-2023] Focus: The Arrows of God The word for today Children are God's inheritance given to men to be an effective force in the battle of life. The legacy of both God and man can only be projected into the future through arrows (Children) that are trimmed, sharpened, and kept in the quiver for Godly use! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth." (Psalm 127:4 KJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The world is beautiful today because there are children who are making the prophecy of greatness in the days to come. We don't worry much about wonderful men who are leaving various stages of life because there are children who are getting set to take over from them. The word of God likened Children to arrows; a weapon of war. There is a limit to what a mighty man can do if he has no weapon to fight on the battlefront. The height a mighty man cannot reach his arrow can and the battle he cannot win by his hands his arrow can help him. Nevertheless, he has the responsibility to prepare and shoot the arrow at the appropriate time and on the right target. When the Lord promised to make Abraham a mighty nation; He gave him a child. The child given to you is God's inheritance meant to help you win various battles of life and make you great. Therefore, they must be trained spiritually, academically, morally, socially, and maritally. Your arrow will not depart from the direction you send it (Prov.22.6). + How are you handling God's heritage at your disposal? What type of arrow are you in God's hand? Lord! Make our Children battle axes trimmed, sharpened, and kept in thy quiver for great exploit in Jesus' name. Amen! Emphasis When the Lord looks upon a nation to make it great a child is given! ~~~Daily Spiritual Digest~~~ ________________________________ [22-05-2023] Focus: I will Help You The word for today Each time the Lord focuses on a man He sees him as one without a backbone and a man who needs help. In every situation of life be ever mindful of the fact that the Lord is willing to help you! ************************************ Scriptural Reference "Fear not, you worm Jacob, You men of Israel! I will help you," says the LORD And your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel." (Isaiah 41:14 NKJV) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Lord called the men of Israel worms because He saw them as people who do not have enough strength to defend themselves and can be easily trampled upon by other nations. If the Lord does not stand by them they are good as dead because they have no backbone. However, the Lord offered to help them hence they need not fear. If you make a critical analysis of your life, you will discover that you are incapacitated in various aspects of life; signifying that you need help. Each time you find yourself in any situation of life don't forget that God is not ignorant of your weakness and He is ever ready to help. Hence, in the face of various limitations of life and uncertainties associated with all issues of this life; remember God said I will help you. You need not fear but to present yourself to God the true source of help. + Is the Lord having your back? Lord!
