There is a law known as the Law of diminishing returns and in a nutshell it is used to refer to a point at which the level of profits or benefits gained is less than the amount of money or energy invested.

In Christianity as we go forward we experience an increase in self value, inner strength, Increase in Joy, peace, and every other morally beneficial aspect of life plus an increase in a desire to love and live to love.

However in atheism what we have is the effect of this law of diminishing returns in full swing.

The longer they are atheist the more withdrawn they become. The more meaningless life begins to look and I have seen a lot of atheists ask the ULTIMATE QUESTION which is :

WHAT IS THE VALUE OF BEING BORN?
WHAT IS THE ESSENCE OF LIFE?
WHY DO WE LIVE SO WE CAN DIE?

and I have seen a lot arrive at a profound conclusion that LIFE IS MEANINGLESS.

Now a lot of these atheists subscribe to evolution but not creation. They do not subscribe to THE FIRST CAUSE . However since a lot of them believe in evolution, they see plants show proof of their value and how they guard themselves from predators BECAUSE they see MEANING in their existence.

For example A ROSE is so beautiful but had to develop thorns to protect itself from being eaten by animals.

Cactus plants see reason for existence hence their spines which protect them from animals.

Foxgloves produce several deadly chemicals namely Cardiac and steroidal glycosides whose ingestion can cause nausea, hallucinations, vomiting, convulsions and death. This is simply a defence mechanism because they see VALUE in their existence.

How about lower animals like reptiles? They have a vast array of defences from biting to playing possum to camouflage to autotomy.

All because THEY SEE VALUE IN THEMSELVES.

Atheism would take you eventually beneath the reasoning of plants or reptiles and all you see about yourself is simply A CREATURE OF ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNIFICANCE. THIS IS A WICKED DOWNWARD SPIRAL!

This is all its hyped up to be. And it's at this point we have seen people get carried away in either straight jackets or body bags.

I saw someone with a very rare skin condition calls vitiligo where the pigment of your skin is messed up and it was quite bad. Unfortunately it doesn't have a cure yet but if it does you wont tell people with it to just "accept the way God made them" if they are feeling insecure about it it's thier right to do something about it and not you fucking christian- judging ass business to tell them what to do with their body. If you enjoy lyrics about hedonism and all that at least be good with the lyrics. Folks like the Weeknd and Travis Scott and concious rappers or singers or stuff like that but you see they put work in their songs and the lyrics and words are thought out. In 9ja just through a bunch of words together that sounds like it was written by a retard in 5 minutes and then voice it over a danceable beat and watch it die down after two three months. Remember I said I called the tow company and if they had trucks available at the time, I wouldn't even have found the need to go to the computer lab.

It's not very often in Dallas, that you call a tow truck company for assistance and they tell you that they don't have trucks.

Lastly, imagine a key in the middle of the street. Not in a closed classroom or a closed toilet, but a street were thousands of students/ordinary folks use. Then of all the people walking on that street, it's my professor who happened to pick it up. Same professor I wouldn't have called, if not for my friend. Same friend I wouldn't have met, if the tow company actually sent a truck as usual when I called.

Remember, the friend suggested I call the professor cause he thought I may have left it in class, which may be common. Meanwhile, the professor found the key on the street.

So back in my school days, I had lost the keys to my car and being a broke student at time, I did not have the money to spend on a tow ($100) + new keys. So I started praying.

Now you might be there thinking, why is this guy praying for ordinary car keys

The reason for me praying over my lost car keys, obviously besides not wanting to go lose like $200 and be left with like $50 for the semester, was that, at the time, I was deeply religious. Maybe religious is not the right word, I'd say I felt God's presence in my life. Almost close enough to touch at some points, maybe that was just my emotions, but, I digress...

So I pray to God, telling him that I really didnt want to use my last money for the semester on a tow and that I can't leave my car parked in a parking lot far away for months untill I got more money. Heck, my car might not even have survived a week before being stolen or broken into.

After about 2 days, panick set in so I decided to empty my bank account to use for tow fees and new car keys.

I call the tow company and the tell me that they are out of trucks, so I would have to wait for about an hour or two.

So I decided to head to the computer lab. Met up with a friend and was just lamenting about my key issue and how I'm going to be broke the rest of the semester.

Then he asked me if I've called the professor of the class, where I lost my keys.

It didn't make sense to me to call the professor though, cause I wasn't even sure where I had lost it, before class, during class, after class. Plus it was a Saturday, so I'm thinking why would I call my professor on Saturday

Anyways, I said, what the heck I pulled up his number and called him with not much hope at all.

I asked him if he had seen any car keys after class. He gave a depressing response, as he say "NO"

As expected, why would my professor see my keys

... But just as I was about to hang up the phone, he said, "I saw some keys though, on my way home on the street, I picked it up and put the on the traffic light base"

I rushed out of the lab straight to the street he mentioned, checked the traffic light Base and there they were, my keys :-)
