The unearthing continues. She openly stated she would coerce an unwilling stranger to have sex with and impregnate her. both words makes this translate to rape. There ain't no two way about it. Never did I even for once thought Simi can be such a person. I've always defined her by her music. Can you just imagine. |

olubunmimary100: Good morning everyone
I don't know if this is the right section to post this thread.
An incident happened to me two weeks ago, on my way heading to church, I saw an infinix hot 8 phone, I took the phone to see if there is a way to locate the owner but the phone was off, that day happens to be on Wednesday, at last I was able to locate the owner on Friday, on the screen saver of the phone I saw the picture of the owner, the owner happens to be a welder, I had to locate him and give the phone back to him, he was very excited and he thanked me for returning the phone.
I was on my way coming from church on Sunday when the guy came with two policemen to arrest me that I stole the phone where he was charging it with 500,000 and power bank, and also borrowed 3k recharge card on the sim card, he was screaming very hard at the police station.
Instead of the police to investigate the matter, they said I was at fault that the phone has spent more than 24hours in my hand.
To cut the long story short,it was people In that area that came to my rescue that that was was always high on substance like weed and Colorado that the police should not mind him, after I was detained for over 24hours, i I was told to pay for the power bank, pay the 3k and bail fee....
Life is a lesson
The more we live the more we learn I have learnt a very big lesson. This is among the reason many Nigerians now find it hard to do good. |

Ishilove: This is alarming. How long has this been going on? I believe it is because of the way those who operate the machines, operate it. Many of them don't even care about hygiene, they're only focus on the money. Many don't even wash the machines, talkless of washing it properly. Their nonchalant attitude is the cause. They can use water they use in washing tomatoes, to wash another customer's tomatoes, over and over again, and use that same water to wash the machine. It's an eyesore. Try and complain and you'll marvel at how they will reign insult on you. SON, NOA and the likes aren't even doing anything to standardize this nonsense they do. |

Once upon a time, those under the protection of the umbrella, were bragging and making noise. Now, they're either fugitives or relic of the past. It's prudent for one to know: nothing last forever. Ishilove: The are making noise because they know who their godfathers are and are very confident in their protection. |

Ishilove: This... Add E-Money to the list. There are many like them, whose source of wealth reek of foul play. Yet, they refuse to mellow and keep a low profile, instead, they're making noise and disturbing the eyes and ears or sane Nigerians. I remember when that obese barman had an altercation with Burna Boy. I love how Burna Boy dealt with him. 👍 |

Ishilove: I don't know where this kind of outlook came from. Do you know that some of them now even expect the man to buy them the dress they will wear to their date. And from what I hear this practice has been going on for some time.
I mean, just imagine already billing somebody when relationship never start?? Why won't these men objectify women when they have turned themselves to commerical commodities. My dear, this is now the standard norm. If you don't indulge them, they block you or stop responding to you. Such females have very strong sense of entitlement. For me, I don't even give any of them that chance. Relationship is mutually beneficial. Many now use it to exploit and have even turned it into a business. |

folake4u: Okay then, fair enough. And of course, she'd describe it well for you.
The few times I sent my male neighbour to help me get when I was in pain, I had to send him pictures on Whatsapp.
Well, I just feel it's not a big deal at all. I mean, my dad, brother, friends, ex, neighbours don't mind buying for me when I'm indisposed.
Lol what if the female relatives aren't around to assist your partner, you still won't budge? Well I think it's kind of inappropriate asking a neighbor to help buy sanitary pad. My opinion though. All the same, if my partner is indisposed, then is not a big deal. Though I strongly feel things that relate to women, should be handled by women. You dig? |
Health › Re: Four Dead In A Studio In Ajah After 3-Day Birthday Praise Event (Pics) by joseph1832(m): 5:48am On Feb 08 |
Ishilove: So... There's a recording booth and there is the studio itself, so the death did not happen in the recording booth because people don't sleep inside booths.
The deceased men slept and died outside the booth, meaning anything could have happened in those few hours. The studio manager or the host needs to come out of hiding and answer questions Since the police have not issued any statement, it might be, they want to conduct an autopsy on the bodies to ascertain the cause of death. From there, they'll know how to progress with the investigation. Though the woman who invited them, shouldn't have bolted. It sends all kinds of wrong signal. Judging by our Nigerian mentality, she might have auctioned their lives to her coven members... |
Romance › Re: Can You Buy Sanitary Pads For Your Woman As A Guy?? (pics) by joseph1832(m): 5:42am On Feb 08 |
Ishilove: That's a leech mindset. I was brought up in a household where the women are self sufficient. My parents split the bills on household expenses and I have the same mindset. If you aren't handicapped, buy your shít yourself. Oh that's you though, wish I can say the same for many of them out there. You'd see a woman who works and is doing very well for herself, still expect her man to shoulder all the responsibility, including buying her panties. It's wild out there. They kind of make the relationship transactional, that is, you pay my bills, I give you the coochie. |
Romance › Re: Can You Buy Sanitary Pads For Your Woman As A Guy?? (pics) by joseph1832(m): 5:31am On Feb 08 |
folake4u: What I mean is that you can help her to buy when she can't go and buy it herself due to period pains? Oh that's a different issue, so I can, as long as she describe what I'm suppose to buy, so I don't end up wasting money and my time. Wait, you don't have sisters? Female cousins? Of course I do. It's why you wrote sisters in plural. So in essence, my girl/babe/woman should have sisters... She can send them when she's in that condition etc. |

Romance › Re: Can You Buy Sanitary Pads For Your Woman As A Guy?? (pics) by joseph1832(m): 9:53pm On Feb 07 |
Ishilove: She should be able to afford such things as sanitary pads herself. Maybe it's just the way I'm wired but I don't see why I have to depend on my partner for such basic things as pads. This is the 21st century. A woman should be able to have some level of self sufficiency, especially when she is not handicapped in any way. All these things apply under toiletries, including money for making hair, for many Nigerian girls/women. They see it as the sole duty of their boyfriend/man/husband. Any man who have the mindset you have concerning this, is basically seen as stingy or even greedy. |

Always is produced by Procter & Gamble and since they left Nigeria, the product has slowly disappeared from the market. Now you can hardly find it on any shelf. The common products are Molped, Softcare, Viva, Gloria, Simple, Ladycare, Princess and so many others I can't even remember because I barely give them a glance. Hmm. Oh well. Rather than buy for my 'chic' I'd rather give her money to buy herself. Don't really see the news of going through the stress of such, at the end, I might buy the wrong one or even one that has expired. (Na naija we dey). |

if you are a broke kid where is the money for protection? moreover - where in your community are you going to buy protection without getting busted? If I was a broke kid, I'd know not to even think of having unprotected sex, talkless of having any idea of sex at all. What should be on my mind, is how to make it in life, not have unprotected sex. |
