Judging from Batman and Superman,
Superhero comics are getty real crappy sadsadsadsad
LOL. I'll say DC comics adaptation into movies is crappy. Marvel seems to be doing pretty well.

Have you seen, Justice League Vs Teen Titans? Its a cartoon adaptation.

keep quiet & stop embarrassing yourself.
only an indocible pillock would refuse to accept that i purposely used "uncle" to address Sirius Black because "Uncle" is open to a universe of meaning. even the author of the book would not dismiss the usage of the word because of its figurative connotations & because it also means a male friend to the parents of a child(in your daft head you claim the author is British - so British writers don't make use of US idioms ("Uncle" that means a guider and adviser is not even a US definition but British)
Uncle my ass! Lmao. You're just too thick to even know you reek of bullshit boy!. Even with a 180 IQ you still suck. tongue

Now I ask you, show me where J.K Rowlings M.B.E, referred to Sirius Black as Harry Potter's uncle.

Mind you, in your last post, you added a screenshot of the meaning of the word 'uncle' please do so with 'godfather' let's compare and contrast.

are you really this möronic or is this what obtuse ignorance and adamance does to people? even after screenshots were posted you still refuse to LEARN.
even Ron referred to him in Goblet of Fire as "Harry's Uncle".
I believe you're the one who is thorough breed slowpoke here!. So just cos Ron referred to Sirius as Harry's uncle, makes him his uncle in the novel? Never forgetting that everyone who knows good ol' Ronald Weasley knows his undying penchant for mixing things up!.

same way you could not take to corrections when someone was telling you the correct spelling of the word "Caspice".
the 21st century illiterate is not one who cannot read & write but one who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn.
Cycles and cycles and more cycles.

you're really dümb and unteachable, Mister & I have zero tolerance for such . .check, that's why i unfollowed you weeks ago. so get the message straight - stick to your ilk & quit bovvering me! I've tried to be civil with you so totter off!.
Look who's talking, here in this forum, I believe my post/threads will show any discerning mind who's dumb and who's not, betwEen me and you.

Its easy to cram wikipedia aint it? Lol.

MODIFIED: Kindly point out the scene where Ron referred to Sirius as Harry's uncle in Goblet of Fire.

Nigeria's education system is really in ruins.

f'rinstance when Omotola Jolade is interviewed her answers are not marked or graded after the completion of the exercise neither does the interviewer question her answers or claim that her replies are wrong midway through the interview.

there's a difference betwixt an Interview and a Q & A session. damn niggas. . .damn!
Was Omotola interviewed while she was contesting for an online or whatever pageant?

Its as if Chicago education system just had a mishap. Lol.

how is Harry Potter related to anything? so you still don't wanna accept that the word "Uncle" means ''godfather'' as well? haven't you heard of phrases like - Mr Richard has always been my "uncle Sam".
the same way someone was trying to correct you on the spelling of "Caspice". learn to take to corrections, dude.
Albert Einstein couldn't even determine his bus stop if he misplaced his bus ticket. that doesn't make him a möron. you are not making any sense.

i won't bother addressing the rest of the post, it's bunkum. and this conversation is over!. bye!
LMFAO! Dude you are fucking_ hilarious! Really you are. It took me this much time to know this.

If you fail to know that in the context of which Harry Potter is concerned, that uncle doesn't mean godfather, then I'll say your ego is your kryptonite.

Dis guy funny sha. Uncle means godfather. This is a new one. And he said he has 180 IQ?

DarkforLANICKY:
most not all? what made you conclude in just a span of a few heartbeats that LANICKY falls into the category of most? you have always been biased towards her & everyone knows that. . . . .it's not fair or mature.
I said most nigerian students, did I single out lanicky? I'm now starting to believe you just want to believe I harbor bias towards lanicky.

And if truly I did single out lanicky, and put her in the 'most', did she not prove that she doesn't have an inkling about how to write a cover letter?

I mark exam script for my friends who lecture in universities, I've seen and I know first hand what most nigerian students are capable of.

yeah, the candidate is suppose to upchuck a well laid-out cover letter whilst simultaneously concocting the CONTENT and is meant to accomplish that in a period of 15 minutes? what makes you think the candidate is not helping her mother in the kitchen at the same time? or that she isn't also preoccupied with some other offline affairs?
where's the logos in your argument?
This is lame, the only answer I have to this point is: "there's time for everything".

it's not even as if she could foreshadow the questions or had a ready-made reply. the answers were thought of on the spot!!.
any thinking and considerate man/woman would know the CONTENT was the main thing required. what separates geniuses from ordinary people is that ordinary people are too petulant about tiny details that are irrelevant - the geniuses on the other hand tackle the most relevant task at hand(content) ignoring the irrelevant ones(cover letter format).
When I was still an applicant bro, I was made to write a cover letter on the spot as part of my interview, even when asking for my bank statement, I still write formal letter. Like I said, anyone who is conversant with a cover letter, will know its format, the question said cover letter, not whatever was in the content.

i tested 180 in the last online Stanford IQ test I took and wasn't even trying. this is no blustery. all I'm trying to say is you don't come close, brov.
Oh clap for yourself, your so called 180 IQ couldn't tell you that Sirius Black wasn't Harry Potter's Uncle in J.K Rowlings novels.

Bloody Marvelous!.

Lol, Joe, I'm answering this because it's you o, aside that, I owe none these things any explanation..

I just got another ban... two actually... they summoned their oga @ the top, lala...that's by the way though..

earlier today, while I was diplomatically replying TSOB...I got two bans on my main moniker, which was supposed to expire on the 6th...knowing fully well that I did no wrong, I neither insulted nor caused any trouble, I decided to send a message of complain to the mods in charge of the section.....

I got busy with work until this night..
check my threads, I created a thread today with my main moniker that thread got to the FP, because of the ban, I couldn't reply any of the comments..now check my posts, if I made any post until this night, come back and tell me..

I got off work, checked in with my main moniker to check my mentions, then I saw that the reply button already appeared, which means my case was looked into and nothing was found..that's it oo..

I do not seem to understand those friends of your's though.. do they actually think that everyone takes what happens here as seriously as they do? niqqas, I have a life outside Nairaland, dunno why I would wanna lie on a faceless forum...please ehhh, if you do not have a life outside Nairaland, try and get one...damn it!

people who are old enough to be someone's great grand fathers be behaving like a bunch of retards... dudes, get a life please! Mtcheeeewwww

All this is just borne out of hatred, even if this interview was handled by the organizers they will still read the same meaning to it. It's hard to make a good judgment about someone if you hate such person.
Well at least you could have hit the nail on the head. That's all what I'm saying.

if it were higher you wouldn't conclude that most 100 level students don't know how to write a Cover Letter. and yet you're always preaching about the fallacy of hasty generalization.
LMFAO! I said most, not all bruv, now where is the fallacy there? If I had said all, then you could have accused me of making hasty generalizations.

Please know what you speak of bruv.

if it were higher you also wouldn't expect a candidate answering questions on the fly to necessarily draft out a Cover Letter(a task which takes nothing less than one hour if you want a perfect job). for real? the most important thing was the CONTENT.

your IQ is low!. . . .very low
If that candidate is very familiar with the format of a cover letter, he or she will do it within the time allotted for it. Plain and simple.

This is why I said my IQ is way higher than yours. Now chill till the next episode bruv. tongue
