postmann: You confused the works of JESUS with the need for physical freedom. But let me tell you this;
Israel as a nation has one more major battle to fight. It's a physical battle. And CHRIST on HIS second coming will be part of that battle.
CHRIST is not against war. Then please enlighten me about the works of Jesus, make a believer outta me. Lol. And yea, if Jesus isn't against war, how come He told Barabas to "love thy enemies" eh? |

KissCODE: freedom is taken and not given. Go to the bible, look at moses & pharao. Check out israel and mobites, amorites & philistians.
Jesue took human freedom by dying a violent death even at that nobody gets that freedom without fighting his way out of sin. No freedom ever came without some level of blood splashing on the ground. I believe you missed the part where I said freedom usually come with a price. |

You never give up, do you? Well, freedom in its pure and undiluted form is only achieved through violent resistance.
No Tyrant in human history has ever surrendered his advantage and tyranny COMPLETELY without been violently resisted. LOL. I'm sure you know Jesus never threw a single punch, yet he defeated the greatest tyrant of all... And I'm sure you know who that is. But still, freedom always come with a price. |

You don't seem to get it do you? There're many ways to strike the soul of a fleeing, out-of-reach cold blooded mass muderer. You take anything that is dear to him. And it has always worked.
I dont want argue with you or subject myself to another merry go round aimless point trading.
The Hausa-Fulani man understands and respect people who are quick to give them a taste of their own medicine. Pure and simple.
Until every herdsman in this country get the chilling reality that his life will as will taken as quickly as he takes others, there will be no end to this madness and coldblooded killing of the innocent.
I have never seen a people who begged for peace from an aggressor without living under the dictatesof the aggressor.
Truly, everybody ends up blind. |

postmann: So much to say on this but I'll just respond to the highlighted. The law has failed miserably.
There is a language that is best understood by blood thirsty people. This language speaks clearer than law or round table talk. It is the language that says "my blood is just as precious as yours; if you take mine, I take yours".
#ScrewCowardice Yes! But in this case, the blood that was taken, whose blood is it? Is it the blood of those who perpetrated this act? Or the blood of the innocent? I tell you bro, instances like this always give way to the lost of a lot of innocent lives, and you'll be surprised that those who are at the fore front of this act will go unscathed. That's why we have to be careful when taking the law into our hands, because the effects of such a thing will make innocent hearts weep for years unending.... |

postmann: You are still making the same wrong assertions like the OP. The fact is, you should, like the OP, direct that remark to the Hausa-Fulanis. They're the ones to be told they don't have the monopoly of violence. On the contrary bro, there's a saying "two wrongs doesn't make a right" and I'm sure you've heard this saying "an eye for an eye makes everyone end up blind" right?. We have the law to check this excesses. If the Hausa Fulani decided to show all and sundry how unrefined they are, then I believe the igbos should show everybody how refine they are. The inadequacy of the law and the institution enforcing it, is what give rise to such occurrence like this. I'm in no way supporting the rampaging travails of this set of people, but still, when provoked, one must look to the law to take its course, but when the law proves ineffective, then one can then be forced to act outside the law. |

FreeGlobe: whether right move or wrong move, no tribe is allowed to come into igboland and kill our people. We will not take it and we will not pretend over it. Remember, nobody has monopoly of violence. |

Sometimes one have to ask himself if its worthwhile to steal. It might look enticing in a society with ineffective justice system like ours, but when caught, the ineffective justice system will show you how effective it is. |

timpaker: Nah! I didn't. It was just a one time experience.
Back then in school, one of my friend fell ill 1wk to exam and was admitted. And bn the closest to him I was tasked to help him write that paper, I was given some texts to read by his coursemates (which seem like Arabic to me at first), they were like I should try to get an 'E' or 'D' by any means. But I promised them I'd shock em and surprisingly, I got the shocker! I made a narrow escape 'C' . While one fail and 2 got 'E'.
Talk about the sins we commit for our dear friends.
That day remains my biggest motivation in anything I do till today. I see. I know about such sins as well. Lol. So, what did you study in school? |
