MizMyColi:
 Good Morning.
I'm going to speak unhinged here.
When I had a fight with you on here, someone on here told me something which resonated. She told me to thank you for the attitudes about me which you were bringing to light. She told me not to be angry about the experience but instead try to see the reason behind all that I was experiencing at the time.
So, I took it on myself to forgive you, myself, and everyone else. I didn't want to see your moniker and feel any animosity.
I took yours personal because I felt betrayal. All the same, through you, I learned compassion like I never have. I had lots of folks who decried my political journey, I wasn't sure of myself at a point, but I'm here today, and I have no regrets whatsoever. None whatsoever. I may have stopped NL politics, but I still have flair for politics, and when I return, it'll be as a minister of reconciliation, as one who is passionate about the people, and not sycophantingly opposing or supporting an individual. Nigeria is way bigger. Today, when anyone insults me on here, and I remember how I have been with you, and how I see you now, it's easy to let go.
Omenka, it is possible to bless and pray for a person who wishes you untimely death and evil.
I am not telling you what I have never practiced my darling
But the big question is... What do you want to become? Why do you want to become what you want to become?
Do you desire to be better? Do you feel that there is really no gain in replying insults etc? Do you feel that there is really no gain in insulting others?
If you are convinced from a depth within you, then please let nothing deter you. If you spend the first five minutes of your morning in meditation and connecting to your higherself through silencing your mind, you will reap untold benefits.
Take my darling friend's modus of relating with you on here as an avenue to grow; to ascend. You will have truly overcome when you can look at his comments and smile, and wish him well.
Pain only feeds on more pain. It cannot feed on joy and love because it is indigestible. Take this as an opportunity to rise above human induced pain. Let go of negative energies. Breathe them out. Be at peace
Awww ohhhh midolian, midolian, where are you? Please hand me a handkerchief I'm gonna cry... |

dearpreye: Once again Nigerian youths have proved that they're not ready for leadership. I wonder what all these so called epic replies will add to their lives.
Ben Bruce organised an event, sent out invitation to over 5000 persons, comprising some 54 uni lag students. For some reasons he couldn't give the students the attention they deserved. Realising his mistake, he did the right thing by rendering an apology; and it's all an issue because someone gave a so called epic reply.
Nigerian youths are really not ready for governance. Their appetite for the immediate, extreme political division, immaturity, playfulness and mindless criticism will never allow them reason like serious minded youths.
I can't recall the last time a Nigerian leader apologised for such a mistake.
Senator Ben Bruce is successful business man, paying salaries to some 1200 or more people. He's a success.
You can continue to mock and abuse him whilst he remains a huge inspiration and source of hope to many intelligent Nigerian youths. There's something called 'biting more than what you can chew' So, why invite them when you know you wouldn't give them the attention they deserve? Isn't it best to invite 100 people, and everybody goes home smiling, than invite 5000 people and 4000 go and angry? Yes, nigerian youths aren't ready for leadership, we never could see the big picture or even focus on what is. ZYZZA: when some people comment you just can't help but wonder if they have brains . I watched the program on hip tv there was no way he could have noticed he was so occupied . SMH so mumu are now comparing it with presidency Of course Ben Bruce can't be everywhere. That's why there's something called delegation of authority. Its something I believe you won't understand. |

I honestly hope Ben Bruce isn't nursing any agenda to contest for the presidency in 2019. All this publicity is getting way too just.
He should just focus on his senatorial district for now. At least those are the people who voted him into office. |

midolian: How did Jonathan Presidency even happen?
Maybe its God's own way of making us know Abacha was a good man. This was how it happened: "he is from a minority tribe", "he is a christian", "he was born poor", "ijaw have never ruled this country before", "must it always be hausa and yoruba who rule Nigeria?" Etc. Sentiment brought him there, thank goodness facts sent him packing. Bro, how you dey? Longest time? |
