Okay. Perhaps you should do what they are asking you to do then.

In my case, I submitted the BVL as I don't have any slip because I did my Biometrics many years ago. VFS called me a few days later that I have to pay the N9,410 transmission fee. So maybe that's the new rule if one can't find the Biometric slip.

3months ke!
I’m a Nov 21st applicant,I have finished 1st term online,had to take a break off the 2nd term,ordered notes since Feb 3rd I never see am.I just ordered another one through another source.
It’s becoming really draining,it would end in praise for us all IJN.
