WebmastersMaking Money From Tragedy? Cybersquatter Is Selling Ebola.com Domain For $150k by joshbouy(op): 7:45pm On Oct 14, 2014
A cybersquatter/entrepreneur is hoping to
make money out of the tragedy of the
Ebola outbreak by selling a domain using
the virus' name for $150,000
Jon Schultz, bought Ebola.com for $13,500
in 2008 and now believes he can sell it for
$150,000.He also owns birdflu.com and
H1N1.com, terror.com,
PotassiumIodide.com ,fukushima.com,as
well a domain for the deadly mosquito-
borne disease Chikungunya and another
for the Ebola-like Marburg virus,He says
he has been waiting for the perfect
moment to sell it .He told CNBC via
email..
'Ebola.com would be a great domain for a
pharmaceutical company working on a
vaccine or cure, a company selling
pandemic or disaster-preparedness
supplies, or a medical company wishing
to provide information and advertise
services,..
There could be many other applications as
well. With so many people concerned
about the disease, any advertisement
referring people to Ebola.com should get
an excellent response.'
In an interview with the Washington Post,
Mr Schultz said he felt the money he is
demanding is more than reasonable for
Ebola.com.'
According to our site meter, we're
already doing 5,000 page views per day
just by people typing in Ebola.com to see
what's there,' We're getting inquiries
every day about the sale of it. I have a lot
of experience in this sort of domain
business, and my sense is that $150,000 is
reasonable.'
On why he choose to make money from a
human tragedy ,he said
'But you could say the same thing about
doctors,'. 'They can become very well-off
treating very sick patients.Besides we
have sacrificed a couple of thousands in
parking page income to put up links
about Ebola on the site. And people can
also donate to Doctors Without Borders at
the site.'

HealthFood For Thought For Africans by joshbouy(op): 9:36am On Oct 10, 2014
Firstly they sent a man to space, then a man to the
moon, they invented telephone lines and network,
they have a kid who invented Microsoft in his
university room, another invented Apple in his
parent's garage and many many technological
inventions subsequent. Most of this they did some
50 years ago, AND YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT
THEY CAN'T PRODUCE A CURE FOR HIV & AIDS IN
THE 21ST CENTURY?
Firstly, the West through its Pharmaceutical
companies makes over hundreds of billions per
year on sales of ARVs & related medicines to
Africa. Further, they make billions per year on skills
and resources that are sent to Africa to treat HIV &
AIDS.
Now tell me, do you think they would tell us when
they find the cure to HIV when this business is so
financially lucrative to them. If HIV can be curable
then over 1000s of their people would be
unemployed, businesses will close down. An article
I read in the black market some year ago said that
there was an Irish guy who invented a cure for HIV
but was paid off to destroy the chemicals by a
huge Swiss Pharmaceutical company that produces
ARVs.
Anyway, ma Africans I'm pleading you to wake up,
if you think the West will one day come up with a
cure for HIV & AIDS, then dream on, they aren't
stupid! Either we invent it ourselves or patiently
wait for our own death and salvation from God.
FamilyMust Read: Are You Sure You Want A Divorce? by joshbouy(op): 12:01am On Oct 10, 2014
Divorce is such a harsh and definitive end to a
marriage that once had life, that once held so
many dreams. People often throw the “D” word
around during arguments or when they are upset
and mad, as a means of getting back at their
partner. But when a partner threatens divorce, they
are doing so emotionally, and not logically. Before
you use this threat, you need to be very sure a
divorce is something you are really willing to go
through with…
1. If your marriage is having problems, the best
way to handle it is to figure out what those
problems are and learn how to overcome them.
Divorce does not allow you to do that. It abruptly
stops the relationship before there is a chance for
reconciliation. This gives an immediate halt to a
relationship before anything can be resolved. This
void will cause an endless list of “what if”
scenarios that will haunt both of you for the rest of
your lives.
2. When divorce is mentioned by a partner, it is
often a surprise to the other partner. Numerous
thoughts begin to race through the surprised
partner’s mind. “Did they find someone else?”
“How long have they been thinking about this?”
“Have they wanted this for awhile and were just
waiting for the right time to spring it on me?” None
of these negative perceptions might be true, but
once you introduce divorce into the conversation,
the damage begins…
3. Why would someone begin insinuating divorce
when they might not really want one? To hurt their
partner. Their partner has done something to them
and they now want to retaliate – pay them back so
to speak. What some partners don’t understand is
divorce is not a temporary pain.
This notion has to be used only under extreme
circumstances where there is absolutely no
possible chance for making any corrections in the
relationship. The relationship must have suffered
irreparable damage in order to consider such an
extreme action.
4. If you find yourself contemplating divorce, you
need to stop and think about what you are about to
do. Once this word is implied, you have opened up
a painful episode. Even if the two of you reconcile,
the idea you even suggested ending your marriage
might never be forgotten.
You have to make absolutely sure, without any
doubt whatsoever, you really do want a divorce, to
totally end the relationship you have with your
partner, before you make such a comment. If you
have even the slightest doubt in your mind, don’t
say it.
Are there destructive emotions at the heart of the
problems you are experiencing with your
relationship? If so, maybe you need to get control
of what you are really telling yourself. What are
your beliefs?

i have a friend here in school, we both study the same course(pure and applied physics).
knew him from my 100level, we both currently in our 200level(second-semester). he is such a bright lad and
an intelligent friend. but the problem is no matter how much he reads and prepare for exams, he doesn't pass
them with flying colors, we both prepare for exams together but still his courses results are average.
low point was when he had an E in a 4 credit load course and somes D's and E's in some 3credit load courses, but
racked 6B's in all his 6 2credit load courses. Its kinda shocking cause he is very intelligent(teaches me some courses, which i pass with A's but he with C's )
but the problem Now is that his 100level GP IS 2.478 and
upon knowing him in school, we both desired for a first class in our early days in school. but now that goal looks like an
up-hill task for him. he is not himself anymore, i have tried talking to him about this issue but i just don't have any
experience, so i barely know what to tell him. so i decided to bring this issue to this great forum for advice from great minds
who have been in situations like this or know someone is/was in a situation as this. please what is your advice for my friend,
is there any hope of him still graduating with a first class or a 2.1? please i need your help.can't turn my back on him now. any credible advice on what to do. thanks

RomanceWhy Our Top Pastors Are Failing In Marriage! by joshbouy(op): 6:23pm On Sep 15, 2014
Relationship expert, Praise Fowowe, who is a self
confessed sex addict turned relationship and sex
counselor, in this incisive piece gave reasons why
the marriages of some top pastors are packing up.
Find his thought provoking piece below
1. A man of God is not God, he is a man:
Unfortunately, we treat our men of God as if
they are spirits who don't live in human body.
What do we expect when we saddle them with
our numerous issues. Unfortunately, many are
not wise to say no to church members whose
lives will continue if they drop dead. Church
members have academic, financial, and even
marital problems, they go to the pastor as if the
man is built to solve every problem and in our
quest to prove that we are superstars, we also
fail to embrace the use of professionals who are
trained in these things because of our hidden
fear of respect. What stops a man of God who
knows his marriage is in danger to take a back
seat and allow a church member whose
marriage is a model take a message on a
Sunday that marriage is meant to be
discussed? You are not built to solve every
problem.
2. Anointing does not give immunity to divorce:
The same way anointing doesn't give immunity
to sexual sins, it doesn't also give immunity to
divorce. It takes more than anointing to make a
marriage work. I have seen the people we refer
to as unbelievers build a fantastic marriage why
I have also seen loads of tongue-talking
believers make a shipwreck of theirs. The most
important ingredient to build a winning
marriage isn't prayers, it is knowledge and if
you don't have it, you can't pray it in. I tell
people that your anointing wouldn't stop you
from sleeping with church members if you have
a sex problem. If you position yourself around
babes consistently in the name of "My daughter
in the lord" and you don't draw a critical line, it
is only a matter of time. My story is everywhere
on how I was a sex addict in church after being
born again yet leading praise worship and
leading people to Christ until I became real to
myself and went to get help. Every counselor
needs a counselor and every pastor needs a
pastor who may not necessarily be title
carrying person because the problem with us is
that in this part of the world, we believe that a
laity isn't anointed as long as he doesn't pastor
a large church. If you are beating your wife,
don't pretend you don't have a problem, you
need to get help from a psychologist or
psychiatrist.
3. There is no relationship without
communication and relaxation: So many men of
God don't communicate with their spouses. You
can't expect an abandoned flower to blossom
without your attention. I think many of us
saddle our wives with church work that they are
not prepared for. I do not believe that because
a man is a pastor necessarily means that his
wife must be a Pastor Mrs. God's callings and
gifting aren't by marriage. I don't understand
the calling that will make a man of God remain
in Nigeria while he sends his wife to Germany
to pastor the branch of the church over there.
Excuse me, you are a human being who needs
emotional attention. Unfortunately, that is the
reality in many ministries. You are a man of
God on the pulpit but at home, you are a lover
and a father to your children. So you might
learn to drop the bible and Christianity on the
altar so that you can communicate with your
wife and your children in human language. I
was invited to a meeting years back and I
asked the Pastor's there the last time they had
a dance with their spouses? I was shocked
when they said it was during their wedding.
4. Isolation isn't spirituality: Jesus never
isolated himself. As a matter of fact, he was
found in everyday places like our present day
shopping malls and movie houses. I see a lot
of young pastors who have aged faster than
they should be because of Isolation. Something
tells us that we need to isolate ourselves to
receive a word for a people who are being
"pastored" only during the service because
many of them are being influenced more by
their favorite musician than their pastor. Don't
allow church members turn you into who you
are not because you don't want to hang out
with your babe. They would spread your story
when your marriage breaks down. When was
the last time you met your pastor in a bus,
mall, a restaurant or a cinema? As a matter of
fact, when was the last time he was stuck in
traffic and you saw him? If your answer is no,
then most likely your pastor is a spirit. If a man
wants to live in isolation, he should please not
get married so that we can save the body of
Christ all this embarrassment.
5. Wisdom is in the city square: If a man of God
is inadequate on a particular subject, It is not
shameful to get help. It is humility to look for
help from people that have studied that
particular subject. Something to learn from
someone we have categorized as sinner. So
when I hear someone make statements like
there is nothing an unbeliever can teach me, I
often ask who taught you how to speak English
and understand Mathematics. Age and longevity
in ministry is not the same as wisdom.
