Sign up on Luno and download the app. You may also use the web version. Go to "wallets once you're done with the registration and verification and create a BTC wallet, you may also give the wallet a name as requested. Copy the the BTC address (always alpha-numeric) and send to DAN in the chat box telling them you prefer BTC payment.

Once you're paid, you'll receive a mail from Luno and also when you click on wallets, you'll see 0 of 3 confirmations, this means it will take 3 block confirmations for the BTC to land in your wallet. After three block confirmations, you have the BTC in your wallet.

To sell, if you're using the app, all you need do is click on the home key, swipe left and the markets will display. Click on the plus sign(see pic attached), then "sell", it will display what you see in the 2nd pic. Click on figures in blue, it will input in that box the amount of BTC you intend to sell and the prevailing market price will be automatically imputed. At the market price, the sale will be immediate once you click place sell order.

Once sale is complete, return to your wallet and click on your naira account (see pic) and proceed your hard-earned money to withdraw to the bank account you've imputed already. Once you approve it, payment will hit your account before you know it

All of these shouldn't take you more than 2 minutes sha. Once you've mastered it, it's just a minute something.

Not a single one of those reps could proffer a solution, they all tried but couldn't. Just request to speak to a supervisor, they'll oblige you, that way it gets escalated

So guys I've finally been able to reset my password on Netsol after a month and half of persistent disturbing of their customer service agents and technical crew

They sent a link this afternoon that actually worked. Thought to update the house

From my little experience, if you happened to be using VPN, registering your account, if any need arise that you need to reset your account again you will be denied access to the account untill you return to the previous network you use to register your account.
I once experience that with dynadot.

I've never used any VPN on my accounts, neither did I use one to register, so I really don't know what the problem is

Imagine not being able to log in to my account at NetSol for over a month now, I've spent money calling them, several email correspondences, countless chats with their agents, they're not able to come up with a solution up till now. I'm so frustrated and full of regrets for ever buying domains with them.

I didn't ask to reset my password o, they prompted it after a so called security breach they experienced. They've gone as far requesting my IP address and ISP in a bid to resolve the issue, yet the problem has persisted. I keep getting this error message each time I attempt to change the password

They've tried to blame it on a program blocking their site on my computer, but I told them it makes no sense because I access my bro's account with the same sets of computers I use at work and at home, heck, I even changed the password for my bro's account successfully, so why's my own different?

I've used different ISP's (used mtn & glo) like they've suggested apart from my spectranet wifi on different machines, no luck still. Don't know what else to do, worse still, I have a sale little sale I was hoping to use for some renewals hanging now as I'm not able to login and request for an auth code . I'm really drained and stressed out because of this issue
