I am a First time user of Klasha, tried creating pink card this morning, i was debited 16k and wasn't issued the card. in-app chat i am not getting any response, mail no response, whatsapp contact no response, call their line no agent available to pick the call. This whole thing is beginning to look fraudulent. I for just dey use my chippercash at the high rate and excellent service.

Klasha is a fraud. I registered with them over a month ago but have been unable to create a virtual dollar card up till now.
I give myself a week. If I am unable to create a card, I delete the app straight.
I won't advice anyone to register for Klasha now.

Run away from Klasha. They are behaving like a fraudulent company.

I am using the RM note 10. I have upgraded and haven't had any issues. So it's not applicable to everyone. Just upgrade and enjoy

Same here, finding it difficult to download automatically just wouldn't download.

Without strong network, it won't download. Happened to me. I was in an area where network was slow, tried downloading but it never moved beyond 0%. As soon as I left the area to an area with strong network, the download started making progress. Remember the file is over 6gig

Anker products are ok but there are some of their products that has factory defects. I have the Anker soundcore mini, the sound core select and the soundcore pro+. The first two are working fine but the pro+ stopped charging less than a week after I bought it. I heard it's a factory default. So for now my pro+ brand new is useless because it cannot be charged.
Anyone here with idea on what to do

Anker seems to give some cool feature and quality at affordable price, that is why.

Unless you wanna go for Bose Soundlink II which is a very cool BT speaker first manufactured about 4 years ago but still competing well with this year models of other manufacturers, Anker included.

It goes for 60k on AE though. Anker equivalent goes for around 40k.

Please don't be patient. Look for a solution as fast as possible. Someone I know bled for 6 months and later on developed heart problem with kidney and liver complications. Don't take it lightly. I am talking from a case I know.

1) I cancelled an order shortly after I made payment and the order was closed by aliexpress and my refund has been reading processing for over a week now. I am worried, what can I do to fast track my refund as I feel it is taking too long.

2) Any time I make an order I discover extra money (usually less than N,1000) is deducted from my bank account that I cannot explain. Even when I have fully paid for the shipping, this money will still be removed.

I use GTB Naira mastercard for my transactions.

AliExpress computes using a different exchange rate with the bank usually lower. The bank uses a different rate to convert which is slightly higher

Yes. I updated my Redmi note 10 4g to 12.5.2 stable two days ago. So far so good. My phone more fluid. No problem at all.

I just updated my Redmi note 10 4g to MIUI 12.5.2 stable 2 days ago. That is the current update been rolled out. So far I have had no issues. My phone is more fluid compared to before the update.
Those having issues should be patient. This is my first Xiaomi phone and I am really impressed with Xiaomi. My last 2 phones were Samsung A series. I read so much hype about Xiaomi and decided to give it a trial. No regrets what so ever.

I am using A12, I use meter to measure the charge using the original 15 Watts charger. Most time, it uses just 13-13.5 Watts (9v×1.5a) and it charges for less than 2 hours from from 10 to 100%.

Aliexpress doesn't take likely shops selling fake expecially for brands.
I have bought over 300 items from Aliexpress. My only snag is the 100 dollar limit and slow shipping due to covid 19

Sure, it's the original but I doubt if u will be able to pay for it giving the fact that monthly spending on Mastercard is 100 dollars. The phone is above that so ur order will most likely be rejected by your bank unless u are using dollar Mastercard

I am using the A12 at the moment. Bought it 2 months ago when I lost my A30. The phone is cool and does not lag. Battery life is great. My only complain is the screen resolution. Not too great expecially for someone like me coming from the A30 Amoled to LCD.
I upgraded to android 11 and UI 3.1 yesterday via OTA upgrade

You can talk to the seller to reduce the price of the order on the parcel. I have done that severally for items I bought above 40K. This will eliminate you paying any custom money
