Please unless it has been specifically prescribed for you, avoid using the systemic steroids (prednisolone, dexamethasone etc). You are doing far more damage to your body than any possible benefit. Exactly!! it has alot of side effects |

safarigirl: I think it's ameliophylin injection. It works faster cuz it enters the vein and is transported to the heart faster than the tablet can dissolve. I've only been to the hospital on account of asthma 4 times. Once in 2005 and then in 2009, 2011 and this year. Other than that it's the inhaler I use as well. wow!! you are lucky. then your asthma isn't probably that chronic. i cant count how many times i have taken the injection when younger. mine is really bad but i haven't taken an injection for a while now like since 2012. though i try has much to not to eat some particular foods and not to get cold or cough. which im very prone to, try to treat it on time. |

If modern medicine can cure all sicknesses, then YarAdua wudnt hv died, Dora Akunyili wudnt hv died either. [/s]

The only minor p i see is the footwear and i'm guessing its her pose or camera angle. Maybe court pumps would fit better. That aside, I'm loving her look. lol! abi oh. same here. i saw the comments and was like pose and footwear bad. she went for a simple look. which was okay by me,the skirt doesn't look so bad per se. like the colour combo |

TheWisest: Dear Mizchef and Joy, abeg let's try to educate my homeboys more, anywhere u can. In the Guycode community, I ll be lynched but the guy-girl f/ships to me have been the sweetests more than any romantic flings I've had. In the name of being a guy, guys form a lot. Many of them are secretly looking for just a friend, someone they can confide in rather than just sleep with. But this thing called ego ehn... Anyways, guys lets just stop forming. And Joywendy, didn't know women also get friendzoned too! Might explain one or two incidents in my life. lolz!! they do oh. probably even worse than some males. at least some of the guys might tell at the end. but some if not most of the ladies will rather die in silence. pride is the cause of all this and no one wants to get hurt or used. so i don't blame them, human beings are such weird creatures. You can never tell who is who. |

Most of my close friends are male and I really don't get the sense they are hanging around for sex They are more like brothers
I'm all for the honest-to-goodness, totally platonic cross-gender friendship Thank you!! it just doesn't work that way in real life situations. we are a few out of many who thinks in this direction. |

TheWisest: See Joy, I know what you're talking about and I have a philosophy: NO MATTER WHAT goes wrong in a f/ship or rl/ship, THE GUY CAUSED IT. You girls have no blame. I dont even believe in the friendzone thing sef. I fell in it once in my rookie days, then I found out it was MY fault. A guy is supposed to say how he wants things to go. If he wants f/ship, he directs it there. If he wants sth else, it s in his hands. Ladies ARE NOT GUILTY. Point! i get your point, but lets be objectivity here and look at different views. i wont completely blame it on the guys even some ladies do such nonsense. it goes both ways for the guys and the ladies. most ladies like to bottle up their emotions and just pretend to be friends even when they want something more out of the friendship. but would rather just keep shut and wait for the guy to show his intention first. i believe friendship or relationships should be a mutual agreement between the two parties not just one person either male or female. |

TheWisest: Called "The Friendzone". I always tell guys to state what they want from the beginning so as not to feel victimized. A guy and a girl can be friends. It s just easier for some than others. it doesn't work oh. some guys will say they just want to be friends in the long run start saying things like they have feelings and want to date even after saying it from the beginning that u don't want such. later they will open mouth and say friend zoning. smh. so my dear it is better to be alone than follow those kinda peeps. but just a few guys like yourself and others that are the exception. different things for different folks though. myopinion |

TheWisest: I swear, some guys find it painful to be "just friends" with ladies. I understand though. yeah seriously. something must always be involved. if you have a male friend that u are close too. someone will automatically think you guys are dating or one person actually has feelings and just leaving in denial. TheWisest: Thanks Joy... My heart's clean on this one. Expecting calls instead. What's wrong with risk? you are welcome! I wish you the best. no problem. risks are good to take but u must trend carefully. |

really this guy should just shut up for once!!!
blasting trash about stats we aren't completely sure of.
with all the funding we get from international bodies we don't have a reliable data.
we know that educated women and those in the urban areas will obviously go to an hospital to give birth and register their children compared to the uneducated and the ones in the rural areas who still believe in the traditional methods of giving birth.
whose fault is it? the government esp the state and local government have a big hand to play in this.
lack of health cares facilities even the ones available are very poor. high rate of poverty high rate of illiteracy. millions of people still die yearly due to malaria and other diseases.
what has the chairman done to enlighten people in the rural area about this? has he written any appeal to the government? does he truly care??
na just to open mouth and speak poo. smh
even the so called federal government are they even concerned?
just giving stats with no solution or way forward is just stupîdity!!
nonsense and ingredient!!! |

macof: white wedding is purely useless.
A wedding should be done the african as independent Africans...the English man would not do his wedding the African way We are not slavesbut if u choose to be a slave, don't come here deceiving people about certificate because you can get marriage certificates from traditional weddings did u read my post? correct me if am wrong. do you get a certificate from a traditional marriage? thanks for the correction and you too alexchoce Why would the English man do his wedding in the African way when he isn't African? Aren't we the ones who want do it their way? if you choose to do a traditional wedding and then get a certificate, fine! it's better than coming here to rant that the white wedding is useless, no one is forcing you people to do one. We has Africans are not yet independent, we still depend a lot on the west than ourselves. I'm not saying because of this we should abandon our culture. We are the roots of our own problem. We place too much emphasis on things that are not necessary, instead of solving and facing the real problems at hand. I'm not a slave neither am i deceiving anyone here. i just gave my own personal opinion. You are entitled to yours. Have a lovely night. |
