I'm sure buhari knows about this too,the Fulani herdsmen issue can make this country burn.
The sentiment of using "Fulani" behind the herdsmen is where Nigerians have a problem, it sticks better on the president, i wonder why we don't say "Kanuri" Boko haram or "Igbo" Kidnappers.

You know.....i was talking to an AFSF, was in the north east, then deployed to Kaduna, to counter the herdsmen....he actually told me the killer herdsmen are BHT, that things are just hush hush not to cause panic.
Boko haram is too broad a word to use, they are specifically FLN according to last year's US intel.

State governors don’t have as much power as it seems, especially when it comes to securing their states, they aren’t truly the chief security officers of their states unless we introduce state police.
Federal police can still provide oversight.
State police that failed you in the past you want to reintroduce again?

NIGERIAN AIR FORCE DEPLOYS SPECIAL FORCES TO GUSAU

Following the recent attack on Bawan Daji community in Anka Local Government Area of Zamfara State where some lives were lost, the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, directed that Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Special Forces be deployed to Gusau, as part of efforts to stop the incessant banditry attacks. Accordingly, the NAF Special Forces, who were trained in asymmetric warfare, were airlifted from Kaduna with the NAF C-130 Hercules aircraft to complement the efforts of other security forces on ground to prevent further attack on innocent citizens. The personnel and other supporting staff would operate from the recently established 207 Quick Response Group in Gusau, where they would reinforce the existing Regiment personnel in the Unit in support of the ongoing Operation SHARAN DAJI in the State.

In his address to the troops at Gusau shortly before their deployment earlier today, 3 April 2018, the Air Officer Commanding Special Operations Command, Air Vice Marshal Ismaila Kaita, announced that the Special Forces would be further deployed to remote areas of Zamfara State, where they would be engaged in Internal Security operations. He therefore further urged them to effectively utilize their experience and training to protect the lives and properties of the people of Zamfara State. He added that the NAF leadership expects the Special Forces to exhibit the highest standards of professionalism and respect for human rights in discharging their duties.

In recent times, the NAF has taken additional measures to enhance its contributions to tackling Internal Security challenges in the country, in fulfilment of its constitutional responsibility. In addition to earlier established Quick Response Groups and Wings and the deployment of NAF Special Forces to various states, the NAF recently established Quick Response Wings at Agatu, Doma and Nguroje in Benue, Nasarawa and Taraba States respectively to bring security closer to those in the relatively remote areas. Arrangements are also ongoing to establish a new Quick Response Group in Jalingo, Taraba State to superintend the activities of the 3 new Quick Response Wings.

I asked what the north is contributing you dey talk trash, the north is a parasite that needs to be cut off.

For this country to move forward, the whole north east, north west and some of the middle belt state like nassarawa,Niger,Benue, pleateau and some part of kogi needs to be expelled from this federation,or everyone should just go their ways.

Just imagine $1b that should be use for development will now be used for buying military equipment. Southern politicians are just so stupid.

Useless country.
You will understand better when you grow up.

To start with, the ECA is not really a legal account that lawmakers can start legislating on. Again, the funds in the ECA belongs to the federation and not the Federal government. Federal government by law can only spend from the consolidated revenue fund and not straight from an account that is at best illegal. What the national assembly is trying to do with this bill is nothing but sheer illegality.

The ECA is a special arrangement to save money for the rainy day. The national assembly should stop over reaching itself by trying to legislate away the savings of the country.

Oh! Preach, section 163 renders ECA illegal, it is only allowed to thrive on moral grounds, do they think the state governors wont give a fight?

No, I don't expect my employer to run a charity organization but those who will be hired and paid minimum wage, are they going to be robots? They'll be required to go on leave as well.

If a lady in a month takes 2 days off work, except the company means to tell me that she's a key man in the organization and her being away will affect work all together, then there's a problem.

I won't give any of my employees period leave with pay, I don't expect you to do that either, if female athletes can go through months of tournaments, let alone a sit in the office employee. I will gladly accept her resignation if she can't hold her arse together.
How did you know period affect productivity? Never heard it before.
She has her annual leave, she can period all she wants during her leave, if she will forfeit her annual leave for period leave, I may consider it so long as nobody is changing pads with my money.

Lol. Where then is equity?
You expect her to work extra hours and days because she went through sth completely natural, a cycle that is normal. As long as target is met at the end of the month, extending work duration for the female, I believe is wrong.
Period leave without pay is fine, her deductions and others like her will hire a lower cadre staff on minimum wage to fill the space (IT, corper) stuffs like that.
You don't expect your employer to run a charity organization do you?

This has got nothing to do with sahara reporters abeg. As a sane rational dude, the same kidnapper cannot return my abducted child and then expect me to jubilate and felicitate with him like he's doing me some favour after causing the whole trouble in the first place. He's even giving me advice that I shouldn't send my kid to school again..ooh how lovely, he really cares more about my kid than me undecided. If you cannot see the demented psyche expressed there then we will just be going round in circles. Villagers taking selfies with the terrorists and you are here talking SaharaReporters smh
The demented psyche here are Sahara reporters and their believers, Sahara saw a picture and gave his interpretation, here is how Al jazeera described the frenzy;

Bashir Manzo, whose 16-year-old daughter was among those kidnapped, confirmed his daughter was among those freed.

"As I speak to you there is jubilation in Dapchi," he said.

Residents in Dapchi fled on Wednesday morning upon hearing that Boko Haram vehicles were headed towards the town.

"We fled but from our hiding we could see them and surprisingly, we saw our girls getting out of the vehicles," Umar Hassan told the Associated Press news agency.......Al Jazeera.
you are free to believe whatever sh!t you got from Sahara reporters!! Intelligence wasn't shared equally.

Having your child back brings the Joy, the only thing i'm not sure of is having the wild jubilation in the presence of the kidnappers as they drop off my kid. If the children were returned by 3rd parties(Police or Army or even strangers), I can understand that behavior.

The villagers have expressed their joy, common sense have solved where the joy is directed to.
Other intelligent news sources have confirmed that. Sahara reporters is free to throw around their assumptions, sane people careless.

For how long will nigerians continued to be fooled by this people. It was staged. During a live programe in one station in jos (101.9fm), a uniform man called and confessed that there was no such thing as adduction of dapchi girls. He narrated what happened on that faithful day. He said, 'on the 18th of feb. 2017, they were brought to dapchi to pick the girls to an undisclosed area. They picked those girls from there school on the 21st, and that security were withdrawn along that routh. After taking the girls to that place, some of them were deployed to adamawa, some to bauchi and others to borno. He emphatically stressed that there was no such thing as kidnap of dapchi girls, unless the people in power are trying to cash on it'
Some !diots probably safe in their homes said the same on Chibok and Boko haram despite countless intelligence sources that proved otherwise, the result was a Boko haram otherwise would have been crushed like the Shia, IPOB and Avengers insurrection in its insipient grew into a monster today consuming a huge chunk of our national budget to combat, needless to mention sacrifices of men and women in Uniform.

Unfortunately, such spurious insinuations have no place in Buhari's administration that is poised to do what needs to be done.
Buhari has left a clear message for history, no group will succeed under his watch, a promise he intends to keep.
Take my advise for what it is worth, stop wasting your time.

The bone of contention is not even the so call ceasefires agreement. I dont even think there was anything call ceasefire agreement. I'm not a child to believe such lie.
The real issue here is the pathological lies and inconsistent statements of your buhari govt.
Let's play your govt's game, If there was ceasefire agreement before the kidnap, how come DSS are revealing that boko-Haram's conditions for return of Dapchi girls was ceasefire agreement?
If you don't know what a cease fire agreement is nor believe in it, what exactly qualifies you to comment on this thread?

At first, the government through Liar Mohammed claimed that boko-Haram's abduction of Dapchi girls was a breach of ceasefire agreement. A ceasefire they claimed was already in place well before Dapchi kidnap, hence the negotiation for their release. Now the same govt is singing another song that the core demand of boko-Haram before they return Dapchi girls is the cessation of hostilities (ceasefire) for free movement to deliver Dapchi girls? sad
Once again, Buhari's destructive govt keeps shooting themselves on the foot. Is lying the only thing this rudderless govt can do?

It is becoming very clear there was a secret deal (ceasefire agreement) between boko-Haram terrorist and buhari's destructive govt. This secret agreement gave boko haram the freedom to move around and kidnap school girls as was confirmed by the withrawal of troops nearby barely one week to the kidnap. Secret pact - Withdrawal of Troops = Kidnap School girls. A situation that makes Dapchi abduction saga, a STAGED MANAGED ABDUCTION PROGRAM!
A cease fire or truce agreement is only temporary primarily used to guarantee the safety of hostages. It normally comes with a time frame, what should bother you in this revelation is the fact that such agreements oppourtunes the insurgents to regroup and rearm for future hostilities. Reason Russia has negated all cease fire deals in Syria.
Your analysis shows a very poor understanding of the reality of counter insurgency.

still the fact that there doesn't seem to be some kind of indignation towards the terrorists shows the kind of demented psyche that prevails in that place. This is like a kidnapper releasing your child and you celebrating(offcourse you're happy to get your kid back) but it should be a kind of bittersweet emotion esp when the same kidnapper that took him/her away is also the one that delivers him/her.
In the scenario you just painted, if you are in a frenzy mood, would your joy/happiness be directed to your child's captors or to the fact
your child whose situation you thought hopeless just returned? which would be your source of joy?
