It is a senseless and unnecessary war. America's divisiveness is why they are at war. Dismantle NATO, settle the border issues with Ukraine and incorporate Russia into the EU. Once the distrust and fear is gone, there will be no need for NATO again. A united Europe is far better and more powerful than a divided Europe that is a puppet of America.

Donald Trump has no iota of shame. This dude just signed a law imposing further sanctions on Russian oil and gas last month. Today, he's rushing to buy diesel from the same Russia. I pity Europe in all of this. They should quickly settle their issues with Russia and build a united Europe with them. America is not and will never be a trusted ally. I wrote here a few days back that crude prices are not reflecting the removal of over 20% of global supplies due to the closure of the straits because of cutting Russia distillates from the global market.

US and Western Refineries are operating at 100% capacity owning largely to the blockade of the straits preventing Gulf refined products from being lifted.

Add the terrorist bombing by Zekensky on Russian refineries , the world has seen a major drop in distillates.

Refineries that would have placed order for crude are not able to do so due to the fact that they are operating at full capacity.

I stated that Dangote refinery is moving to expand its production out put at its Lagos refinery from 600k bpd to over a million bps and is moving to construct refineries in Kenya and Tanzania.

The reason for Dangote expanding production comes down to Russian refineries being bombed and Gulf refineries being blockaded from selling their refined products.

Trump getting Russia to supply US refined distillates (diesel) is towards crashing diesel prices in the US ahead of the midterms.

Trump left the priority of governance to be involving in some meaningless wars.

The same Russia USA provoked to start the Ukraine war. Without the USA army training the Ukrainian forces near Russia Border, Russia wouldn't have invaded Russia.

USA like to do things they will never tolerate from others. Would Usa have allowed Cuba to be training their military forces near their borders?

There's no need to apologise for using "hate" to describe what i feel for suicides because that's exactly how i feel i hate them. It is better to be honest than to be "good" or to appear good to people.

I have ADHD and slight dyslexia since I was a kid, and I realized it's not the worse thing to live with. I still have the forgetfulness and disorganisation, but I've tried to set systems to work around them. Reminders, schedules, goals. The discipline is hard, but in the long run it's worth it. As per self-esteem and introversion, I think it comes with the territory, but I'm learning to talk to people looking them straight in the eyes and going to social events instead of self-isolating. One of the thing I think that follows ADHD is self-loathing, but I've learnt to love myself, even when I make mistakes or forget. So my advice to you is, quit the self-loathing. Work on your strengths, build systems around your weaknesses. Love yourself, love other people genuinely, so that you have something bigger than yourself to look up to. Above all, love God. You'll pull through. There are people living with worse things out there.

In actual sense my curses same as my blessings has no effect on the dead but i just want those contemplating suicide to stop if they think everyone will feel sorry for them afterwards well they should see some of us don't have RIP to give to someone who took his own life because of what he thinks anout himself or life in it self....let God who created you take your life besides if you're tired of life why care about taking your life so it is just selfishness and self-centeredness that's craving for attention thinking the world revolve atound you and everything must go your way.....if you commit suicide you just die for nothing and you're the biggest fool to ever live.
