You are using your data to watch now (for those using their data) because they have not plugged in the user phone number database to Etisalat database to create data CUG, which is possible but when it comes to such, companies are very careful as it is a new product but I tell u it is possible. It's like creating a VPN from one office to another office using same internet company... It's cheap... Very cheap

The issue with Etisalat is that they will also look at how it can clog their network without impacting their normal users in same area who would want to access the internet
