So because Maurice Iwu committed a blunder 17 years ago, we should continue to have a repeat of such misfortune? So we should not move ahead from Iwu's error and make real progress in our democratic journey? Kai!! Your myopia is epic and of enormous proportion. And let me remind you, the Igbos did not approve of Iwu's disgraceful act. The Igbos clearly distanced themselves from that unfortunate incident. The Igbos are objective, logical and always on the right side of the divide. If you believe Iwu was right to have conducted a very bad election and that INEC should never move past their lapses and start conducting credible elections, then your brain needs psychiatric examination.
Show us where they did not approve of it.

Imagine sanity coming from people that has their brothers in prison worldwide for different drug related crimes.
Condemn your people destroying the country image first. I spit.

We will not rest! It is not your strength or energy that we are using to agitate against injustice. Your myopic perception of things is the reason your life has continued to be on the ground. You want us to rest when Nigeria has gone 200 miles backward from where it was when these crooks and rogues took power? You want us to rest when hunger lives and sleeps with poor Nigerians like yourself? The irony of this whole matter is that the people we are even fighting for do not realize that we are trying to save them from dying. The poorest people in Nigeria are the most opposed to the fight against injustice, and leaves you wondering why poor people are like this. They are the ones that are the worst victims of bad governance, yet they are the first to defend bad government. Suffer no dey taya una?

Abeg make una shift make we see road fight against injustice. Nigeria is ours, and we must reclaim it by the power of God!
Am a successful and hardworking person.

You choose to be lazy in life that why u stay online and wail.

Exactly! Mahmood ticks all the characteristics and attributes of a roguish character. It is only Nigerians who are not disposed to speaking the truth that will defend the sham election of 2023. Sometimes, it's better to ignore foolish people when they come with their gutter arguments. Some of them cannot brag of one meal a day, yet they can defend nonsense all their lives. If what Mahmood did to Nigerians is okay with you, then may you also partake in the curses rained on him!
This is pure hatred and tribalism at display.

Your tribesman Maurice Iwu conducted the worst election ever seen in this country.
Yet u people never seen anything wrong because he is ur brother.

If Mahmood deserve 10 curses Maurice Iwu deserve 1 million.

You people should purge urselves from hate.

A man that till today is not collecting shishi from Anambra as gratuity or pension as past Governor.
A man who worked freely for Nija under Jona as SEC CHAIRMAN,He told them to keep all His pay that He doesn't need it.

If You like do your propaganda from now till eternity, reality remains that Obi left Anambra in first position today Anambra can never miss out in the top 5 most Educated States in Nigeria.

Them go dey cry and wail Obi upandan thinking se We go dey distracted to the REALITY se TINUBU na COLLOSAL FAILURE.

Umuinyioku:
A sponsored write up from Emilokan Media Office.

Despite the media sponsorship to tarnish the image of Peter Obi, the man is far, far better than the Court/INEC induced presidency of Emilokan who has thrown the nation into abyss of hopelessness within 9 months of its presidency.

Never has the nation witnessed hunger and desperation since independence as we are witnessing today. And Obi would have made the difference if not forces of darkness that tends to stigmatize our match to progress and development.

People suffering Emilokan misrule is not Obidients movement only but avowed Emilokan supporters and other faithfuls.
Obi has no image, Nigerians recognize him as a lying and fraudulent being.
PoliticsRe: What Obi Could Have Done Differently From Tinubu by Judgementa1: 4:34pm On Feb 14, 2024
Tallesty1:
Your observation is incorrect. Why buy local when the price difference is barely noticeable? For instance, when a mudu of local rice was N500, the foreign one was N550 to N600 at most. So why buy local?

Imported tomatoes were cheaper than Dangote's locally made ones. Why?

That is the question people need to ask. If the government puts the right policies in place, stops multi-taxing producers, provides electricity, and other necessary resources, once there is ease of doing business, the local products will be too cheap to ignore.

People who will patronize Innoson are those who can afford new cars, which is like less than 5% of Nigerians.

If the price difference between the local and foreign is not significant, we will opt for foreign. But if it is too attractive to ignore, then we will have no option but to opt for local.

We know why the local products are too expensive.

I disagree with u. Some foreign used cars Nigerians buy are more expensive than Innoson brand new cars

EreluRoz I believe you can learn a few things about Obi here.

lets assume he is the president and all this is happening or even worst. Then i think nigeria would have been hell by now with ur lots doing protest upandan. But u won't see that happening because it ur brother sitting(tribal slave). And the other side with the relative peace in SE compaired to other region would have called it biafra theart and would have done up to three coup by now.
What have your people not done.

Call for military to take over even when the man has not been sworn in then.

Call for him to be killed.

Call him what is not, tell me what is that if it not tribalism.

nairalanda1:
Still I give him kudos for talking about producing more than consuming. That is a truth our economy needs to hear. If it is coming from an importer, yeah, hypocrisy, but at the end, we import too much and don't make things too much.

I mean we use phones in this country well well, so why haven't our money men and women got some cash and signed a deal to even assemble phones here in this country. Even if it is phone like Nokia torchlight?

Atiku and TInubu were quiet about producing more. If they had even just talked like Obi about it back then, maybe I might have had some small hope for this country then.
Everyone one way or the other contribute to these mess we find ourselves in.

And from what I observed Nigerian prefer foreign made goods over the local ones.

Reason why our local manufacturers e.g Innoson and co are struggling to break free.

How do we make gains if we continue in this path

Lets hope things get better.
