He lacks such power. He can only have a discussion with the NJC to regulate/monitor the judges on how conflicting judgements/orders from courts of coordinate jurisdiction on the same issue is obtained arbitrarily.

Nothing like “illegal court order” but there can be a “fraudulently obtained order”. Any court order given by a competent court is legal unless and until it is reversed on appeal.
