See as them dey rate their performance. For their mind they just delivered a blockbuster. I would be disappointed if big brother says they won their wager. |
Indiscipline is the major shortcoming of these set. |
This set of housemate seem to lack any iota of creativity. Na only fight them sabi. The play no get head or tail Mcheeeeeeeeeee |
Baba God abeg answer prayer ooh. Na wetin person dey find na him person throw inside dustbin. It is well. |
NwaAmaikpe:Was ur account hacked? What a very beautiful and intelligent opinion coming from u. May this spirit remain in you. Nice one |
armadeo:. My simple response is: “there is an automatic membership of the NBA upon being called to the Bar”. As long as one has elected to join and remain within the noble profession, he is a member and must comply with the regulations set by the body. In the light of the above, I would partially agree with u BUT u become a member of the NBA not when u decide but rather after u have met all the laid down requirements I.e passing the exams and observing certain ethics, customs and conventions. This lady has failed to comply with one of the traditions of the profession which from the induction ceremony was aware of. Whether the tradition is right or wrong is another argument but as it stands today that the norm. Why did she wait till the day of her call to bring up this issue? I would like to ask her how she appeared in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd term law dinners. Cos I'm sure she removed the hijab then. It's her choice to go in this direction but I'm very sure that if she like she should go to the Supreme Court, she would get no remedy because the Council of Legal education has the unfettered power to declare a person fit and proper to be called to the Nigerian Bar based on laid down rules. |
Pls Op how's this cited case related to the use of hijab? Pls get ur facts right and not mislead the public. The NBA is not a voluntary association but one that is compulsory for all lawyers called to Bar. It is the duty of the Counsel of Legal Education to certify an intending lawyer that he/she is fit and proper to be called to the Nigerian Bar. Passing the exams is not an automatic ticket that u would be called. Attitude and adherence to basic rule during ur stay in the law school is also key. Without sounding bais, this lady is very wrong in her stance. She may have a good course but the way she's going about it is very wrong. |
Being a criminal case, the options opened to your boss was to either settle out of court while u pay the debt as agreed or proceed with the charge (which was what he choose to do). Thus, proceeding with the charge impliedly means he has nullified the earlier agreement. As an ex-convict, u have served ur term by paying the fine ordered by the court. It is wrong for anyone to harass you again for the money u earlier "stole" or negligently misplaced. You are ending free man now bro. |
makydebbie:No mind them. Na for only naija poverty lines dey work and majority go come catch sentiments. Dem no know say it only work for a while. Make anybody try am next season, nothing for am. |
kYjelly2:Certainly u no be today pickin dem dey form voltron true true |
Why are people acting surprised that Atiku switched party? It was expected because it is certain that only PDP that can give him the ticket. I don't understand Nigerians sha...why can't we look for an alternative? Buhari is not performing, so this Atiku is now the messiah? We no dey ever learn. |
If there's a politician that has been confused and inconsistent then Atiko is the one. How does he even advise his kids about the word "consistency and faithfulness"? He should stay one place and fight for what he believes in. He should stop all these excuses. It is only his personal ambition that's propelling to become the president and not the love of any Nigerian. Immediately he lost the primary against Buhari, he became uninterested in anything concerning APC and this was evidenced in the whole campaign process and subsequent comments against the government. I just wish the electorates could be involved in the primaries of all these parties so we won't me stuck with any clown presented for us to vote from. Nothing concern me with apc or pdp all I don't want to see is the rotation of all these old stock including Buhari. |
Penalty82:Abeg no vex with our lawyers. Them think say na magistrate court for nigeria them dey. It's an unserious and uncoordinated lawyer that does like this. |
TheMainMan:I tire ooh. How come we keep record of bad things more than the good? We have quickly forgotten that at a point he was our best striker in Nigeria. Torres missed an open goal against man utd years back and everyone has forgotten. Take it or leave it that our team was not it at all. |
Some people no get work. Na poor people dey sabi price of everything. I choose to be among those that are living the good life and not among monitoring spirits. |
Because I'm in nigeria I would say this is nice sha sha . ..but if to say I dey Zimbabwe dey look am I would say nothing special. |
Oga management team, no be the public need this information na the police u suppose to direct this denial to. Hope say una don dey prepare one SAN for one corner sha...? |
If this is what the police are going after now, then it's evident that crime has greatly reduced in Enugu state. Otherwise if to say them they pursue thieves, armed robbers and kidnappers them no go see these girls talk less of to park and arrest them. Remember Police is always your friend. |
True talk Frank. Some of this butty go dey form thug. If he was real Street guy he would personally go and meet the Mr2kay and fight him man to man. Now the matter don pass just brushing and stealing, e don enter armed robbery matter. Solving Davido's puzzle would be far easier than this. Unless u can beg the boys to change their statements. Face ur business and career u no go hear now see ur life for 3rd mainland bridge. U better go and report urself to the police because if na them find u out by themselves, them go brush u so tey all ur tattoo go clean. |
Pls people should not get too sentimental about the issue at hand. The matter before this Court has nothing for to do with Ipob being a terrorist group. This Court is blind to that declaration. What's before this Court is Kanu & others being charged with treason and not Kanu the leader of a "proscribed terrorist group". So Abaribe is asked to produce the Kanu sending trial for treason. Secondly, the judge is to stand as an unbiased umpire meaning that it's left for the more convincing party to direct the Judge's decision to his side. Now the Army says Kanu isn't with them, and on the other hand, the counsel to Kanu says that the army took Kanu away after the invasion. He who alleges must prove. So the onus is on Kanu's counsel to prove with concrete evidence that he was actually taken away by the Army. And this wouldn't be achieved by just showing pics of bullet holes and destroyed houses. At least there should be one or two people that would have seen him been taken away. (At least the shittes saw their leader been taken away and the army where put in a position where they couldn't denial). Sen. Abaribe your application for withdrawal can't scale through unless and until Kanu comes to court in person. And ur reason for doing so would be purely based on the fact that the accused breached all the bail conditions given to him. Remember what u signed up for was that u would produce the accused any day and anywhere. If the army invasion makes it impossible for u to produce him then u need to come with more facts than just making an application for withdrawal. It's a complex issue and I really wish u can see this through. And to the Nigerian Army, it's pathetic that the use of force is encouraged in a democratic dispensation. This act only project the institution in a bad light to the international communities |
Nice one. May God bless them richly. |
They are all looking nice and classy. |
Baba go and sit down somewhere jare...u never stood a chase. Rather than telling the citizens of anambra the plans u have for them at the debate, u were busy attacking the person of Obiano and condemning the work he has done. Come to think of it maybe he is just angry that he came second. |
I don't blame him. I blame his mother, sister, brother, gateman, girl friend, wife (if any), house maid, Neighbour, flat mate etc...at least one or all of these people would have seen him leave the house like this. Maybe they even told that "bros u fine die". I reject fake companions or psycophants in my life. Even Jacob won't come out of his Oga/madam house looking like this. ![]() |
IHEJIRIKAisBOKO:Can u imagine? I was thinking apc would be far behind pdp. I wonder how Peter Obi would be feeling now after playing useless politics against the Obiano he "installed" as governor. Moral Lesson: Never overrate yourself because u may not be at the level that u believe u are. Congratulations Obiano. |
Haba na...this is too much. The interpretation of a yoruba adage says and I qoute "if u use right hand bow to correct a child, u should also use left hand slap to bring him back." He is still our own. Make we call am to village square and discipline him. |
teresafaith:Your Opinion Of Me Doesn't Define Me, So Whatever I Do Or Say Is By Choice Not By Force. Swerve mood activated. |
teresafaith:Your Opinion Of Her Doesn't Define Her, So Whatever She Does Or Says Is By Choice Not By Force. Does this ring a bell? |
Chanchit:Mt brother the painful thing is that he has a very responsible mum. I no know where she pick this guy. |
Benita27:Guess some people haven't not heard of a civil wrong termed "breach of promise to marry". It occurs when a partner after getting engaged, unilaterally breaks such promise after the other party had made certain decisions and taken steps in order to ensure that such promise comes to fulfillment. The aggrieved party must show losses suffered and opportunities lost due to the breach by the other party. The law however is not saying a party can not rescind from such promise but he or she must give reasons why he/she cannot go on with such promise. So my sister i agree that no one should be a slave to a guy just because he paid her way through school. Also, i dont believe a guy is bound to get married to a girl just because they have dated for donkey years. Love is a choice BUT when and where u are engaged, then u must expain and give reasons why u wan waka. Such desolution ought to be backed up with good reasons such as false representation by the other party, bad character, physical or mental incapacity, incurable disease or infirmity etc. "I no just feel like again" isn't an excuse unless u are ready to pay for the other persons loss. But the "good" thing around here is that we just release small curse, leave the rest for God and move on. So guys think before u propose and dont think love can be bought by paying shool fees or paying house rent; ladies don't give ur life to a guy just because u have stayed long with him or because he knelt down in the middle of shoprite, airport or idumota market to propose. Love isn't that bad like most people are portraying it, it just that deceit, greed and selfishness are prevalent now a days. |
So? |
HungerBAD:Baba u lost and as a result it was normal u vacant the office. It's because in Africa we do every things just to remain in power thats why it appeared like you did us a favour. Thanks all the same but there's no guarantee that u would be a free man now if u decided not to relinquish power because u for still comot last last. Abeg help me greet Mama Peace. |
