Protect your kidney. Check your blood pressure regularly. Drink lot of water daily. Dont use too much salt. Alcohol consumption is also harmful to the kidney. Check other ways to make you have healthy kidney. |

This old man president is too weak. EFCC wanted to arrest him, while dss protected him from any arrest. Buhari himself is corruption. Why as a president he allowed that kind of nonsense. Why they brought him in the first place. |
