The next day 18/7/2015 was the first time I worn the slipper and to my greatest surprise the slipper started wearing off I was like I have not even wear this slipper for one week. I showed it to my brother who confirmed that Jumai has once delivered an inferior product to him. I called the jumia customer care and they told there is nothing they can do about it. so jumia is now a scam. They now delivered an inferior product and they wouldn't take it back despite promising return policy. God dey

I ordered for some items from the popular Nigeria online store"JUMIA", which were delivered on the 1st of this month(July).
I immediately returned the ordered Items as a result of defect, Of which I was told it will take 14 days for the refund to be made. The items was retrieved since 3rd of July, 2015, up till now there was no update, no refund, the customer care keep making fruitless promises. Please what can I do? Hope this is not duping?

I got a call from the MD of Fancie Corps, the man was just down to earth and quite superb, he spoke to me and tried to verified some missing info, at the end, I spoke my mind to him that I am not for any witch hunting of any such or any inflamation of any such.

If the HR of Jumia has spoken just as Fancie Corps MD has spoken, this issue would have been resolved long ago. Of a truth there are politics and games going on in Jumia, and until when we do the right thing and a total overhaul of some useless people in positions, the rights of some people will continue to be stepped on by some certain cabals.
