It is now Fayose will sit back and contemplate that "was I the only opposition governor in Nigeria, yet I was the only state chief executive that made Buhari his only topic of governance?".

The only state governor in all of Nigeria who is not from the SouthEast, yet came to identify with a terrorist Nnamdi Kanu in court.

The only state governor who broke diplomatic protocol and federal superiority and sovereignty, by writing to the Chinese government not to give loans to the constitutional government of Nigeria.

The only state governor who turned to the spokesman of PDP, when other PDP governors were busy developing their respective states and keeping a cordial working relationship with the federal government.

He did all of these despite knowing he has many corruption cases and audio recorded electoral fraud hanging on his neck.

Now his only hope of getting a ticket as a VP candidate of PDP, to use as his defence and protection against legal prosecution with the claims of political witch-hunt against a major opposition candidate in the president election, has now failed to workout as planned.


Sadly, those he was amusing like a clowning entertainer did not even wait a day's benefit of doubt before starting to call him the opposite of the names and accolades they once showered on him.

From time immemorial, draught/low water level as always been a recipe for ethnic war. It caused war in biblical times. Why else do you think a particular tribe would chase after other people's land since precolonial days uptill now ( using different excuse like jihad and farmer/herdsmen clash as excuse)
My simple solution; we need more dams to trap water release from Cameroon yearly to avert floods, provide electricity and irrigation for farmers/ herdsmen

Obasanjo doesn't need to endorse Atiku for him to win or lose. Obasanjo's endorsement can't guarantee Atiku victory in Ogun State let alone the Southwest as a whole.

We are no longer doubting Buhari's victory. What's still not clear to us however, is how wide the margin would be.

Atiku can't win any State in the Northwest which boasts of the highest voting strength in the country. He may be able to win two States of Adamawa and Taraba in the Northeast. Aside Plateau and Benue, Atiku isn't sure of winning any other State in the North Central including FCT.

Coming down South, Buhari is certain of winning all the States in the Southwest. If you think otherwise, you can prove it without being sentimental.

Buhari only needs 30% of the votes in the South South and Southeast and no doubt he would surely get it. Wike allocated votes to Jonathan in Rivers in 2015, that won't happen next year. Such won't happen in Delta and Akwa Ibom too.

To wrap it up, Atiku is late to the race so no need atikulating because doing that would yield no positive result.

I'm a yearly tenant, who is occupying a one bedroom apartment in my compound. My rent got expired on 31st July. I pleaded with my landlord to give me some little time since I'm yet to be paid salary.
I got my salary very late in august which I decided to pay half of the rent which is 35k, hoping to complete the full rent by the next month. My boss has been owing me last month salary.
I travelled over the weekend with our last born who stays here with me. On coming back yesterday I found my apartment locked, on enquiring from the tenants they told me the landlord came over the weekend and locked up my apartment. I headed straight to see the landlord.
On getting to his compound, I met him in front of his house. I tried pleading with him, giving him reasons why I'm yet to pay up the rent. He asked me to leave his house and come back whenever I have the rent.
As I'm typing this, I'm still confused and devastated on how to go about it. I have been crying at work since morning. I really don't know what to do and my salary is not coming anytime soon.
I believe the landlord is not treating me fairly but what do I do?? I need advice from you all please!
