investment was over 65k plus chemical for grasses inclusive.
sold yams worth 45k. there's still enough we can sell for over 30k that we kept for home consumption, we kept another set of seedlings that should me more than 50k worth should farming season start again.
it's our first year In the business.
I hope you understand we would yield more in coming years..
no need to buy seedlings next time.
only paying farmers that would be our cost.

kk I showed pictures of large chunk to be consumed for family use and also seedlings kept for next season farming. the seedlings were having is even more than the ones we bought last year for 40k. I think that's a lot of profit if you ask me. if we decide to seel those seedlings+ the ones for family consumption I'm certain if we go by last year policies, we would sell for over 100k when the demand for seedlings come to place. I'm sure you know the price of things are up already..

over 130 big yams and 120 average. they are sold already..
we sold it much ealier, we were told if we could wait till February we would sell then for about 60k.

we actually used chemical, the chemical as at when we bought it was about 4k. workmanship for spraying chemical should be less than 2k and the chemical still remains.

There is so much agitation about marginalizatiin in the country. The appointment of someone from the south east would have helped to douse the tention in the country. The south south and south west have gotten their fair share of apoointment from the south, it would have been better to apoint someone from the south east in the spirit of one Nigeria.

the same reason we didn't have anybody from the north east amongst the new service chiefs. there are 6 geopolitical regions in Nigeria and only 4 appointments available. make he create extra position just to impress the unsatisfied Southerners nah.

if you people can criticize the new appointments of service chiefs despite all things being equal and neutral, there's no point ever trying to impress you guys.
