A pipe dream
a very realistic dream and easy to implement only if you have the balls as president. The real pipe dream is 100k minimum wage. Just how do you intend to do that when you've never talked about how to improve revenue and even dodged the subsidy removal? How just how? When your track record showed you improved 400million to 600 million in 8years, na so you wan handle Nigeria?

I always tell people, avoid people that complain alot, avoid them with ease. The cashless policy has its own benefits which outweighs the loss.
Some of the benefits are.
Improvement in digital spending and services.
Budget discipline
Varieties at discount price
More competitors in the digital market
No more fake prices of comodity
Easy to track spending
More personal financial mangers to Big men
Lower risks
More discount.e.t,c

Don't be like those individuals who complain about the bad effect of every policy, rather look for the opportunities coming with those policies.
When POS came, people were scared and criticised it that theyll steal their money while the intelligent ones saw it as an opportunity to make money, there's multiple opportunitis attached to every policies..

Very intelligent move. How can we subsidize in Nigeria, that’s richer while Cameroon, Niger rep, Benin rep are the ones enjoying the oil. Independent marketers ship the subsidized products to those countries to sell at the expense of the country.

Let them remove it and use the money for other things. Tinubu is a truthful man. He said we could protest if we want but he’s going to remove it. How many candidates can boldly say this?

Vote for Tinubu for a better Nigeria and let the country’s hope be renewed.
exactly my point. Remove subsidy and increase salary. That way we can start working properly towards the regulation of the petrol products. There's light at the end of the tunnel as more refinery project would soon kickstand across the country.

many people won't leave their business for a rally afterall. those ones there are mainly students, mothers are not there because, they only come out with their asebi when there's money to collect.
That's the picture of the event at its peak. If you think otherwise, show us the real picture that doesn't exist.

Tinubu never opposed subsidy removal rather he encouraged that it shouldn't be removed at a go so as the Nigerian masses be able to adjust gradually to it.

If your unintelligent, you'll criticize this move.
A crook headed politician would dodge this part. He knows alot of social media nigerians are unintelligent and sad people so they'll criticize the move and never look out for the benefit of such move.
Asiwaju is brave and he'll tell you to your face the harsh truth and reality.

In nigeria price of petrol is about 280 per litre as at now, in benin Republic it's over 500naira, imagine the level of smuggling going on, more than 30% of our products is being moved to neighbouring States at a much cheaper price despite them having a much cheaper economy. I grew up in badagry lagos and I can tell you to your face, no amount of security can permanently stop the smugling of fuel products.

“How can we be subsidising fuel consumption of Cameroon, Niger and Benin Republic. No matter how long you protest, we are going to remove subsidy.”

Republic. No matter how long you protest, we are going to remove subsidy.”

Presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, stated this, yesterday, at the ‘Business Lunch with Asiwaju’ in Lagos with young business stakeholders organised by Business Forward to analyse his contribution in the business sector.

There, Tinubu unfolded his plans on restructuring, insecurity, economy, power, healthcare, education, women and youth empowerment.

He said that when he was Lagos governor, his team developed institutions and policies that changed the face of the state in terms of economy and security.

“We shall train and give economic opportunity to the poorest and most vulnerable among us. We seek a Nigeria where no parent is compelled to send a child to bed hungry, worried whether tomorrow shall bring food.

“We shall generate, transmit and distribute sufficient, affordable electricity to give our people the requisite power to live their dreams,” he said.

On insecurity, Tinubu stated: “We will mobilise the totality of our national security, military and law enforcement assets to protect all Nigerians from danger and from the fear, expand and improve the use of technology, enhance recruitment of personnel, as well as bolster existing agencies and systems to achieve the fundamental national security goal.”

The APC standard-bearer further said military doctrine and practice would be redefined by Anti-terrorist Battalions (ABATTS), upgrading tactical communications and transportation, upgrade weapons system, exploit aerial and technological superiority, improve salaries and welfare, win hearts and minds using targeted economic programmes, in collaboration with state governments.

He pledged continuous assistance to farmers through enlightened agricultural policy that promotes productivity and assures decent income to support the family and feed the nation.

Describing himself as a thinker and doer, who is committed to breaking the shackles of poverty, ignorance and failure, the Jagaban of Borgu Kingdom noted that democracy is not easy but the best system of governance available to humanity.

“By all means necessary, there must be electricity, and you will no longer pay estimated bills,” he added.

Co-Convener, Business Forward, Oluwaseun Faleye, said the platform is setting the stage of a successful collaboration between the public and private sectors for the benefit of the country’s economy

LET'S TALK ABOUT SOLUTIONS

How can we solve the problem of insecurity towards the 2023 polls? It's clear that some desperate people are trying to use violence to influence the outcome of the elections.

For instance, recently, Simon Ekpa was talking about Biafra Referendum but he mistakenly showed the picture of Tinubu in the room.

So, this is my little idea about how we can stop these people who want to stop us: If you are a STRONG Obidient, get in contact with other strong Obidients in your ward. Form a security group.

From now, if any terrorist tries any nonsense in your area, beat the person to stupor. If you see any suspicious fellow in the neighbourhood, demand an explanation and search him/her.

This is to start sending the signal. On election days, scatter yourselves across the polling units and be alert. Any terrorist ATTEMPT should be taken as if it has happened.

Don’t allow people to identify the group. You shouldn't be noisy. You should be underground, having your meetings in secret.

If you have any other idea, please give us. We can't afford to fail next year.
Una stewpid no b today, when you guys where cooking this monster sheba na we e dey pain, today una wan rope Tinubu, tomorrow if una loose, una return to biafra
Who u dey deceive?

No need worry, Tinubu was just trying to be a good muslim who gives without publicising, but since nonentities like reno still exist, it's better for the asiwaju camp to give pictorial evidence of what really transpired.
An act of geniuity is being politicised by a greedy man of God.
Asiwaju was holding a session with the needy and one was fortunate enough to make his way to Asiwaju and he was bless.
Asiwaju is not greedy, we dey give who need.

But these Brettonwoods institutions are the same imperialists that will ask the same third world/poor countries to devalue their currencies with the crushing economic effects or loan them monies with constricting conditions attached without mercy.
u sabi them, the moment Nigeria become fully imbibed in the cashless policy, the CBN and the govt becomes the ones fully in control of our financial policy. With that they can have a stronger say in the negotiation table. Should other African countries adopt such policy, then it becomes more difficult for the dollar to dictate our economy.
