I think the charger are not the same voltage, kindly visit nearby engineer around yuu .

Yes, I've done so.. I was told the IC unit is bad and it's a 50-50 repair chance.. I can only use the system on desktop mode now as it isn't charging up any battery..

Any other solution will be appreciated!!

well the thing is they might have the same pin mouth but their power rating is different, not sure if you checked that tho the piano charger would have sent unwanted voltage to your charging port and your mother board too my advise is that you get a technician to help you check.

Okay, thanks for your response
Computers / Re: Post Your Computer (PC) Troubles Here. by June24th: 7:24am On May 03, 2019
Hello house!

I have this issue with my Toshiba laptop. I ran out of battery while using it yesterday. When power was restored, I tried charging it and it charged. I just noticed that my new Casio keyboard/piano uses the same pin mouth charger as my laptop, and I tried using it to know if it will charge my laptop (remember I said I ran out of battery using the laptop earlier, and I just plugged it when power was restored, not up to 5 minutes, I tried using the piano charger). Next thing, the laptop went off. I've tried using my laptop charger to charge it and all that but it's not turning on, neither is it showing any sign of charging.

Your opinion is well appreciated

Thank you.

Politics / Re: Pastor Chris Okafor Attacks El-Rufai. Gives him seven days to reverse bill. by June24th: 2:52pm On Mar 27, 2019
MyVILLAGEpeople:
The founder of Liberation City, Pastor Chris Okafor, has warned Kaduna State Governor to avoid persecuting Christians and preachers in the state or risk the wrath of God.

The preacher gave El-Rufai seven days to reverse bill at the state House of Assembly to license religious bodies or would be visited by God.

The bill proposes that any person found guilty of preaching without a valid licence and other offences under the law “shall be liable to two years in prison or pay a fine of N200, 000.”

Under this new edict, the government seeks to create an inter-faith Ministerial Committee to be appointed by the governor which will exercise control over Jama’atu Nasril Islam, JNI, and the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN.

The bill ensures that the ministerial committee shall issue licenses to religious bodies without which the body cannot preach.
It also stipulates that no external preacher can preach in Kaduna without a permit.

Speaking on the development, the cleric in a video shared on his wall on Monday night described El-Rufai as Herod, who cannot withstand the wrath of God.

In his words: “The God we serve is not a dead God, he is alive, and alive to fight for Himself. If El-Rufai refuses to reverse or change the law, let him start to prepare for the wrath of God.”
“Within two years of his re-election , God will visit him. So, it is better he listens to advise before it’s too late,” the Pastor also known as, “ The Oracle of God said.

Travel / Re: Herbert Macaulay Road, Yaba Has Pedestrian Bridges That Nobody Uses by June24th: 9:50pm On Mar 19, 2019
AutoJoshNG:

Herbert Macaulay Road is a prime road in Yaba, Lagos. It has a length of about 5.13 kilometers.

The road is gradually earning the status of Nigeria’s version of Silicon Valley. This is so because it is home to a growing number of tech companies.

Note that Herbert Macaulay Road, Yaba, was Facebook’s founder, Mark Zuckerberg, first port of call during his visit to Nigeria in August 2016.

Now that entire aside, Herbert Macaulay Road also has some very interesting landmarks.

For instance, the stretch of Herbert Macaulay road, starting from Adekunle Bus-stop to Jibowu, lies 8 very conspicuous pedestrian bridges. Arguably, this is the highest number of pedestrian bridges on a single road in Nigeria.

Interestingly, the 8 pedestrian bridges are relevant on that road only as landmarks. No one seem to be interested in putting them to the use that they were designed for.

Well, aside from the fact that Lagosians are legends for being in meaningless haste, the relatively narrow Herbert Macaulay roads, together with the light traffic on the road doesn’t exactly help matters.

Perhaps, the authorities should consider an alternative such as speed bumps, zebra crossing and mini-staircases over the elevated medians on the road.

Hopefully, if these are done, “Yabarians” would put them to use.

Most people in Nigeria don't go to school to follow
accomplishment, in the world, in their field of study, they want money. Their priorities are messed.

The others? I don't know.

You have a point, but I won't use the word "most". There are people that go to school for honest purposes, to accomplish things in life, but the bad thing is with the system.. Education system here in Nigeria is not encouraging compared to what we have in developed countries

I think one of the reasons is because people gain admission for courses they never applied for and after graduating they see nothing bad in working in a sector different from what they studied

I agree with you on this. Our education system here is so messed up

Why is it that most graduates in Nigeria end up getting a job in a field that is not related to what they studied in school?

You see someone who has a Bachelors in Engineering working in a bank as a funds transfer staff, someone who studied Accounting is out there working in an oil firm, someone who studied Anatomy is out there working as a CSR in a hotel, a Political Science graduate is out there seeking employment in multi-national companies, and all that.

Why is it so rampant in Nigeria Please share your story with us.
