Sad.

At least, the so called peaceful protesters have succeeded in taking him down.

I'm an advocate of peaceful protests but among the various problems this country is facing, police brutality shouldn't be one of them.

No one has the monopoly of violence. We all get angry and unable to control our emotions in certain scenarios. Not until you taste power, you won't realize the fact that power intoxicate.

Recently, the Nigerian police sent to every citizens a toll number (like 911) to dail in case of an emergency. Ask yourself, would they have done that if they didn't care for us?

This your stupidity made me log in to tell you that you're stupid. You deserve to know that

Awww grin lol.

About the solid regime, I think you should be doing a lot of protective styles, since you're still transitioning.

My transitioning regime had been

Braids as a protective style. I took them off at 6-8 weeks because they got frizzy very fast (usually I leave them up to 3 months grin. I'm lazy like that lmao grin)

When I took them down, I'd always leave rhem for 4-6 weeks, deep condition, moisturise etc

I know people always say protective styles are the best for those who are transitioning. Yes they are but I felt my hair grew the longest and fastest when I took the braids down and deep conditionined every week.

My hair also respond well when I deep condition and do all that stuff which is why I rocked my transitioning hair for like 5 months before getting braids. grin And yes, this braids will stay for 10-12 weeks on my hair. I am lazy too grin

It's like whoever organised the poll doesn't know Nigerians. They have short term memory because if they didn't , they would never have voted for him in the first place . Two months to that time if Buhari comes up with some money to share to most of them , they will vote for him again

Very true!
Give them next year, when they see bag of rice, oil and polo they will vote for him again and again. We never learn from our mistakes. They would prefer to have another four years of misery in exchange of petty things.
Nigeria is still sinking.

I have forgotten this thread oo. I saw your "small chop" pictures tongue and found myself here. shocked Your curls left me jealous sha.

Anyways, I'm still transitioning. 6 months in and I'm trying to build a solid regimen and listen to my hair.
grin Around the time you did your big chop, I went to get braids oo. The thing no gree me so I opted for something that will you know free me.
Crazy me, I actually chop a very very small part of hair to see what it will look like. cheesy I didn't want to be shocked after the big chop. And I think I have a 4a/3c hair, but predominantly 4a grin
I went natural because I was fed up of perms even though it was kinda long and I wanted to explore my hair in it's natural state.

Nice and lovely thread. Encouraging women to embrace their natural texture. I can't wait to big chop when the time is right.

EFCC are becoming tribalistic o. Why will they raid SW branch of yahoo boiz association and leave all the other known branches to continue business.

If SWners were like some people now they would have come out to defend there criminals and start a campaign #EndEFCC.

I hope those tribalists on NL will learn that crime and corruption knows no tribe and your tribal criminal can bring about your doom for example if a criminal from your state defrauds a bank and it collapses do you know how many of your kinsmen will loose there life savings and even die of BP.

Let's learn to let the law take its course no matter who is involved and stop trivializing issues.

How are they becoming tribalistic? Because they caught 13 fraudsters who are SWesterners? undecided EFCC deals with crimes in other regions and we've see news here on Nairaland about those a lot. And I'm quite sure you didn't get emotional or type "I hope tribalist on NL... Or if they were like some people... ”

Why will they raid SW branch?

Because they are criminals. The other branches will soon be invaded by EFCC too. Don't stress yourself wink

Thank you! She might not even be the only one he spends such time with. If she's ends up dating him and making him break up with his 'nice' girlfriend, who says he won't get attracted to another woman that will end up making him ditch her in return.

Aunty How much time does he spend with his own girlfriend if he is allover you like that? Ask yourself certain questions just so you know what's in stock for you when you eventually decide assume the position of his girlfriend.
