@Op, I disagree with you on your choice of Northern State...I have been to the north and i can tell you categorically that Adamawa state has the most beautiful fulani women in Africa.

Thats what i have always heard too. Never lived there sha. Just lived very close in Taraba (less than 20 minutes to Adamawa state). But i admire more the northern girls i have seen in Kano.

Cost of building a house doesn't vary much between regions except where the soil type is bad. It is only cost of land that varies much. A bag of cement sells for almost same price everywhere and so does steel, roofing sheets and so on. Location has got little effect on cost of building the actual house except where you have to buy land.

My name is Richards. I am from Kogi state (north-central Nigeria). I am an Igala and a christian. I reside in Anyigba at the moment. The North has only one major problem-religious intolerance especially from my peace brothers. We can all blame leadership but other regions have the same problem too. Illiteracy of western knowledge is also a major challenge. Hopefully we will catch up with the rest of Nigeria soon.
