The bone of contention is Ghana of 2021 vs Nairobi of 1980 - development. Accra is the heart and brain of Ghana - once we finish tackling the brain of your precious city, it will now be enough to lay judgment about the entire Ghana country.

For starters, land in Accra (in the grand scheme of things) is cheaper as compared to Nairobi. That should answer your question about house units.

Secondly, Accra is not fit for Nairobi. If you want us to engage in any serious debate - tantrum-free, then you have to bring a city of Accra caliber- Talk of Eldoret, Kisumu, or Nakuru.

How will Nairobi of 1980 match Accra when even Nairobi of 2021 can't catch up? The entire Kenya can't even build the number of properties that Accra puts up in a year .... Let your country catch up to that first...


So basically while more and more Kenyan are left with nothing but slums to live in.... 2.2 million families join the middle class in Ghana per year... At least if we are being logical about it.

Your stupid leaders decided to sell all the lands in your country to foreigners to either grow tea or flowers hence you guys are left with very little which you can't afford to owned.


Accra alone consumes half as much electricity as the entire Kenya... If you want a worthy comparison... We must just as much start comparing the entire Kenya to Accra alone.
