In Ghana, the only challenge is medical inspection for rape victims and people are already demanding that govt make it free of charge...

I didn't say it wasn't a capital offense....

I said that women are even afraid to go to the police station to report rape because of the treatment they receive from the police... So rape remains largely unreported...

Nigeria being the sh1thole it is cannot keep track of most of the crimes committed however I can assure you if we take total rape cases, murder cases and robbery cases are more in Nigeria compared to SA......however per capita it is lower I will admit

Rape remains largely unreported in Nigeria because almost everyone knows that the police can't don't anything about it... Also, family members like to handle it inhouse.

But for now, SA crime levels are scary and that doesn't mean, other places do not have as much crimes.
