there was no house even at that time without toilet... Massive rural migration in the late 90s is what brought those nonsense as people were scrambling for places in Accra.

Yeah, Telcoms have not recovered fully from the investments they made into 4g yet. Though they've consistently made profits that exceeds the investment.
So I don't know much of any plans for 5g rollout here yet.

Nairobi city center does not even have trees and likewise most built up areas in Kenya.... Satellite imaging has already proven that Accra is more Green than Nairobi..and that is what the index represent

You don't need a pic index when the reality is there to live.

That is why you Kenyans have failed the reality test.

All good except in Nairobi you do not need any heating or cooling in your house or car - so that is why Nairobi great weather is one of reason pulling many foreigners to live and invest in it. Nairobi has plenty of water around it including many streams flowing in it. The name itself mean a place of cold waters.

Accra has two problems weather-wise - trophical heat with humidity - mean it's tend to get very sweaty and nasty - you need cooling systems, tonnes of water in those polythene bags and name it to survive- and secondly it's flat - meaning you have to deal with flooding occasionally.

The worst part - Accra like west africa cities - are devoid of trees to provide some cover from all that heat and sun.

As for Nairobi and Accra - development wise - dont even compare the two. It's not even comparable.

To allow hawkers or informal traders to basically colonize streets like in west africa, set up in fronts of shops, and basically overrun the city - will mean killing formal sector or stunting it - leading to situations you find in west africa - with almost no private sector worth talking about.

In Europe and elsewhere - hawkers or informal traders are allowed to set up on specific days or times - they are not accepted as way of life.

This model Nairobi need to adopt - instead of banning hawking - they should be allowed to set up says in the evening on some streets - and on weekends.

Did this Kenyan just lie to himself that Nairobi is more green than Accra?

Someone need to pull the green city index for him to clears his eyes.

Development wise, never lie to yourself again that Nairobi will even meet Accra ... We've already know that Accra is more developed than Nairobi.

Will you explain why the Private sector in Accra alone is larger than your entire country's private sector?

The private sector here is responsible for the general well being you see in Ghana. It is responsible for Ghana Higher Quality of life than Kenya, less unemployment rate than Kenya and less poverty than Kenya and less slum dwellers than Kenya.
