Malls are private property. If the owner tells you no pictures that is the law. The police or security just enforce the law. Come to Nairobi, take pictures of malls, banks etc and find out for yourself how it works just like Wode Maya did.

She didnt serve other people that came to meet me.

You come to Ghana and you find no photos zone areas.

You find these things everywhere, so why don't you guys do same?

If you dont want anyone taking photos of that place, you designate it a no-photo zone.

You cant go around arresting everybody just because they are taking pictures.

The only way you can d0 that is if the place is designated as a no pictures zone.
