popizaino:It is only stupidity that will drive anyone to compare Nairobi to Accra. Well then you have no case because from every aspect of development that you will pick, Accra will come top of Nairobi 90% of the time and those are just the facts and not just subjective preferences... And I'm not even surprised that with all your madness, you still can't mention 5 areas of development with proof, where Nairobi will come top. All vloggers and expats will only choose Nairobi because of climate and that is all. And yes, even thinking of comparing Nairobi to Accra is a none starter because Nairobi has failed in so many necessary areas that are very important in proper city development. |
popizaino:See your childish argument again... It's a simple question, in what areas of development can Nairobi outmatched Accra? If you can't answer this, you have no business even trying to compare Nairobi to Accra. |
popizaino:And no one here has said Accra does not have slums. If you take the national figure of 23% slum, you can naturally know that about 23% of most urban areas are slums. The question you ask yourself, can Nairobi succeed in dropping it slum population below 50% ? Since you want to compare Nairobi to Accra ..... Just mention 5 areas of development that Nairobi can even match Accra in and even surpass. Prove your points with facts |
popizaino:These are some of the desperate dumb comments I've been talking about. How old are you again, because even a KG kid will make this dumb analysis about the colour of the water being red, because the KG kid with a working mind will know why the water is red. What's the condition of the Achimota road? Does Achimota look shanty to you? Do you know the kind of Development in Achimota? Accra is not Nairobi where everywhere you pass you find shanties. Nairobi will remain a dustbin when Accra is mentioned... It is not strange when Ghana is above Kenya in infrastructure development indexes. |
This is GoblacktoAfrica talking about the super fast rate of development in Ghana and why he has decided to own several properties in Accra instead of Nairobi. The value of properties in Accra can double in just under a year. Same reason why he is back in Ghana after experience Nairobi. The level of Construction in Ghana is super crazy, no wonder we consume 10 million tonnes of cement. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjPTVWz1L60

Stupidity is when you can't argue with facts but useless side comments that you know is a lies... When you want to argue, do it with facts that you can easily verify. While NTSA is trying to argue on roads, he knows very well that his country builds far fewer roads than it should be doing. But he is happy that they are atleast doing something... Trying to compare that to Ghana will only be madness because Ghana built 11,800km (16 billion dollars of roads) over 6 years while Kenya is struggling with less than 2000km over the same period. |
NTSA:we all know that Kenya builds less than 400km of roads every year... Ghana does 2000km per year, so I am rest assured that anything that happens in your country will be less than what we accomplished and those are just facts |
NTSA:Still tiny compare to the Kumasi Outer Ring road project under construction which is 100km.. and the entire length is in Kumasi. The Kumasi Sountern bypass is also under construction, Kumasi Western bypass is also under construction and so is the Accra Outer Ring road... Kumasi to Suyani highway completed 2 month ago is 128km Should I talk about the Tema to Aflao 166km multi lanes highway expansion? The 208Km multi lanes highway Accra- Cape Coast- Dabuase PPP under going feasibility. These exclude so many other highways and streets. Ghanaians don't get excited by these things because we consider them to be normal govt duties that all govt do. |
NTSA:all of that does not add up to 11,800km You need to try harder cause as we speak, we have another 11,000 km of roads under construction |
NTSA:not tantrums but addressing stupidity devoid of facts but useless emotions and lies |
NTSA:I guess your superhighway does not pass through Nairobi but over it right? You guys just like to post without checking your facts... Nairobi at it widest point from end to end is just 41.6km and that's from Ngong to the northlands |
As usual .. stupid comments is all you can post. Just a correction for your stupidity, Accra built up area is almost twice that of Nairobi.. Meanwhile, Nairobi has twice the population of Accra. Now choke on your usual dumb comments and get used to facts. How will you be able to engage in a rational conversation when you post this lame stuff ? |
NTSA:this is less than 4km away |
NTSA:still not a reason why it should be that bad or sparsely populated |
NTSA:Nairobi is the mid point for Kenya but Accra is not for Ghana. Mind you, I'm not combining two different roads here but just the N1 alone that passes through Accra using only it widest point. |
NTSA:20km away from CMD and it's already sparsely developed and Thika looking all undeveloped |
NTSA:that's too tiny because from Tema to Broadcasting Hill is almost 60Km of superhighway |
NTSA:let me let you know something... Nairobi of today is not even a match for Accra of the 60s that's why I just laugh when you guys get do hyper over a few things that happen in Nairobi. |
NTSA:You don't need to recarpet already good roads every 2 years..... Accra just developed an area almost the size of the entire Nairobi built up are in just 6 to 7 years and they all came with roads, drains and beautiful residential areas.. done just in Eastern and Northern Accra alone... Nairobi is now building it roads because it mostly remained undeveloped. All the roads you see in that video was built some 60 years ago and every few 10 to 12, depending on the condition of the asphalt surface, it get resurfaced. What ever you're doing in Nairobi is child's play where Accra is concerned. Accra put up more residential properties in 6 years than the entire Kenya will do in 20 years. The rate at which Accra has developed, people are even concerned that this rate of growth will destroy farmlands in places that are not even part of Accra. |
GeneralDae:none of them but Ridge |
NTSA:he doesn't want a longer video hence he has to, that area is too big for one video and every part of it is beautiful... All of those city streets were recarpeted 8 to 10 years ago. |
gallivant:in order to push a positive narrative, you don't have to lie all the time to do it, cause the facts at know to everyone here... You can't push too much of a positive when the negatives are just too many to compare to other countries that are far above you. It makes you guys look like jokers Since you're interested in knowing my life, it's really comfortable and lively. |
gallivant:so far, Kenyans are the ones trying to impress all of us here, to change the view that Kenya is slummy and a poverty hell hole , hence all the pictures. Youve been on it for 6 years and not succeeded.. keep trying |
Someone is trying so hard to get attention What comment did the forest come with? Cheap talk nnkoa |
AfriqueDuZuid: this hurts |
gallivant:good you know Eastleigh could only be compared to a slum.. Also funny enough, the thumbnail pic is from Kenya.. ![]() Funny enough, all the places in the video are better off and more developed than most places in Kenya and in particular Nairobi. |
Views and not just a circulation of 2km area https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMHKwTa5mq8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mqOU5R3-TE |
Look at how shitty and filthy Eastleigh is compare to Circle both of which are market centers https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eztSZ-G0DCU |
Can any part of shitty Nairobi be this calm, clean, and beautiful? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xpni_WSAGqE |
