atere4ever: School fees on FCMB? I doubt that because it will likely be the same fees with DangCem, GTB and Zenith you cited. You think I'm paying fees on GTB@16.75, 17.60, 18.0, 19+, Zenith @11, 13, FBNH @ 3.7, 3.60, 3.75 Then you need to look again bro. Watch this space Peace! |

RabbiDoracle: If he bought high in 2018, till now he has not recovered.
Just like those who bought in January 2020. They are yet to recover as well.
That should be the school fees he is referring to. I was referring to FCMB I bought in 2015 @ 3.15 >> sold 1.70, eterna oil @ 4.0 average >> sold at 2.10 All the proceeds invested in blue chips and other dividend paying stocks. Due to commitments, not everyone can monitor / follow events happening on the floor. |

ukay2: Very true Sir.
I can't play with my little hard earned money anymore.
I only invest in good dividends stocks nowadays after paying lots of school fees in NSE.
Any stocks that I invest that gives me so much concerned is sold quikly.
I just love sleeping well at night
Hahahahaha Same here sir, that's why I feel for people investing with illiquid, non dividend penny stocks... right now, I buy only dividend paying stocks at value prices. Which explains why I bought DangCement @ 124, 116, 112 instead of buying into WAPCO @10 I'm not saying WAPCO is not a good stock. I prefer to sleep at night and not bother about daily closing prices Paid fees on Eterna oil, fcmb etc. Not anymore, only GTBs and Zees of this world.. |

Godisfaithful: AUDIO There is no Audio here, the bank and its group have been on recovery since the new management took office, FBNH is 24% green in my portfolio. Second only to UBA. Value is found when you buy a stock, I'm not selling anytime soon.. I intend to HOLD and accumulate if the price eventually drop below 4. FBNH is trying to recover its lost glory in my opinion and the present management is doing far better than the previous. Not a buy or sell recommendation but I'm happy with recent improvements in FBNH's Fundamentals.. |

ositadima1: Did you submit your forms by email through your broker? Yes, but not through my brokers, I did it myself. Firstregistras paid just a few days later. Received both Fidelity and FBNH " Kindly state your full names, address used, clearing house number, certificate or shares account number, name of company shares purchased. This will enable us check through our record".
That's an excerpt from Firstregistras, and after submitting the required information in addition to the e-dividend mandate form, they paid into my account. I hope it helps. |

Mcy56: 1. Click this link to download the various Registrar's forms here: https://sec.gov.ng/public-notice-the-e-dividend-mandate-activation-forms-of-various-registrars-are-now-available-for-download/
2. Current Account is not mandatory. Savings Acct is acceptable. Payments are made electronically. 3. No it doesnt take long process. Fill the form and submit to the registrar. It may somehow take some times where signature specimen is required but the registrar may not request for it. Contact your broker if you're asked for signature specimen. 3. One registrar may be in charge of more than one company, just tick all active coys active on each form. 4. If you are closer to the registrar, you may submit in person. You may also submit electronically via mail or thru your bank. 5. Note: Shareholder's number is not necessary, leave the columns blank. CHN is mandatory. Fill it on the forms.
** Answered to the best of my knowledge. Una go dey pay me for my time for Nsempa o. Lol. Based on point 3 Firstregistras are the best in my opinion. I had first hand experience with them. Africaprudential on the other hand demanded for specimen through my brokers and therefore made it difficult for me to get my dividends, since I live far away at the moment. |
