CeeKay17: I was just contacted by the embassy to provide my travel insurance certificate and intended travel date. I was also asked to submit a prepaid courier envelope which I already did during my visa appointment 2 weeks ago. Do I still need to submit another courier envelope? Yes, just do as requested. |

Bonn2007: Good Evening NL,
Please I wish to make an important inquiry from those who have gone to the embassy for their Interviews and from those who have travelled to Germany from Nigeria since this Corona pandemic.
Did you have sign documents compelling you to get Corona vaccination in order to enter Germany?
For those who flew into Germany in the last few months, were you all vaccinated and showed your vaccination cards at the German border?
Lastly has anyone who isn't vaccinated in Nigeria travelled to Germany with just a PCR Test?
What has been your experiences in this regard? Thanks. My first journey was in 2020 at the tick of Covid. Yes you require PCR test. You do not need vaccination card at POE, your pcr test result is sufficient. Ensure a valid PCR from a recognised lab or hospital Regards |

Ganesass: You could literally Google this instead dragging nonsense. 2 people I know got PR with A2. I have a PR with no German language certificate. Difference for me is that I hold a blue card and I waited 3 years instead of 2 because I did not write B1 exams. It depends on the applicant's job situation.
I will not say anything further on this. Everyone should believe what they like. Going through your past posts suggests that you are still there in Nigeria... Same time deceiving people that she knows more than people living in Germany.. go and get a visa.. I.. di..ot I hold a PR in Deutschland and i travel to Nigeria anytime I wish.. To all who cares to listen, acquiring german language skills is the koko in Deutschland.. try and get to B1.. After that, do whatever you want.. |

Ganesass: Ermm... No, you don't. It depends on the situation and type of job one has. What are you talking about? I live in Germany and a PR holder.. Don't come here and deceive people.. Your German language must be at least on B1 level... proven by studies (if you are attending high school) in Germany or studied BSc/MSc in German language... To study these courses in German requires minimum B2 level.. Don't say what you don't know.. |

Aminattah: Hello ma'am. 1. My husband will be applying for citizenship next year. We (kids and I), through family reunion, are joining him in Germany by the end of the year, hopefully. Will his status ( assuming he is granted citizenship) cover us? That is, can he include us in the application and we become citizens alongside him? Or we need to "hustle" our own citizenship? 2. A different scenario, please. To apply for PR in Germany, do I need to present proof of German language? If yes, what level? Thank you. As for the second question, Yes, you need B1 level to apply for PR in Germany |

Mpeace: My brother, that's not the way to compare or determine the value(which is more expensive) of stocks. Market capitalization is a whole different thing from what you are talking about. If we go by ur method then all we will be buying will be insurance sector cos they have some of the lowest market capitalization on NSE. Market capitalization is only a function of the total outstanding shares of a company multiplied by the unit price per share. Value looks at a company's profitability, fundamentals, sentiments*, dividend yield etc in relation to the price of the stock. Pls don't get them twisted. Bro I am not here to argue with anyone.. I am here to make money.. I have made money from both.. My advice or point was based on sector This is why at the moment Access bank is the best value in the entire sector in my opinion Emmanuel, I appreciate and respect your opinions here but you are stressing the wrong points by taking dividends into account.. My point was, don't compare companies based on solely stock's prevailing market price.. For your info I made over 100% from both.. Please be guided accordingly |

yMcy56: GTCO..............25.40 ZENITH.….......24.45 Difference:...0.95!!!!!
Zenith getting so close.........is overtaking going to take place here OR GTCo will still prove it's still the leader in the sector?? For the sake of newbies getting into the stock market.. It is actually not wise to compare stock prices but market capitalization of companies.. According to my personal watch list on bloomberg.com, you can see that, at current prices, Zenith is more expensive compared to gtbank.. Please invest wisely!

Nigerialabalaba: The way dis Oga make dis fallacy of generalization weak me. Una go dey write with authority on top wetin no correct. OLAM dey do fine o and dem plenty like dat.
Oga, no dey talk dis kain talk. Dis month alone, Nigerian businesses owned by Nigerians don bring new investors on board and you sef no know. You dey see person wey buy 400m units at once worth billions you still dey write turenchi. Pesin wey buy 400m units of one company come play for your eyes?
Oga, follow the money make you no be like me wey miss DF because of this your kain oversabi. Whoever dey mop HW no dey NSEMPA level o and the pesin don see wetin me and you no see. You dey see 7k dey complain when ordinary 1k sef, DF no pay for dividend and still cash out for N24!
Guinness nko, Guinness wey touch N30 no pay shishi las year and now come dey pay a paltry 46k yet Mr Market no punish Guinness , Unilever, Cadbury, PZ nko? Oga, follow de money. Na so someone don carry Eterna go finish before we come see result that H1 revenue of Eterna went up by 90%! The person wey buy Eterna don see dis value tey tey since the time Eterna dey N1 but we dey hia dey write turenchi.
Person wey move money into Eterna, HW, Capital Hotel, DF, M&B etc no be NSEMPA mate o. In this life, levels dey o, dem no be NSEMPA mate o. Let me burst your bubble small Some of these moves you see comes mostly from institutional investors bro. Due diligence is always key.. don't invest blindly.. My 2 kobo |

samguru: Paying interim dividend to me is like a bribe to shareholders to hold their stakes.
The result is nothing, but A VERY POOR ONE when you compare the company with the likes of Access,Zenith, FBN etc Atleast someone recognises value. NB. I am accumulating Access and slightly biased here |

moneymanager: Wait O If GTB is the industry leader (supposedly), how come stanbic is doing better than both GTB and Zenith from a market evaluations perspective Stanbic is not doing better.. or should I say, market valuation between companies is done based on market capitalization and not share prices of both companies.. see attached image. As Emmanuelewumi already pointed out, share price reflects the total market capitalization, divided by total outstanding shares of a company. In other words, the larger the outstanding shares of a company, the lower the price. Take Apple for example, Its is the most valuable company in the world at about 2 trillion dollars, however it share price is ranging between 120 - 125 USD... while Google is selling at over 2500 USD per share, but a total market capitalization of 1.66 trillion USD. Please invest wisely..

emmanuelewumi: A one off Investment of N10 million in United Capital fixed income fund in January 2013 is now worth about N30 million Sorry to burst your bubble, USD was worth N165 at the time.. please do the maths as at today Edited: didn't realise @Stnwaume has responded correctly. There are many other funds whose performance have been very bad let's be guided accordingly. |
