Sir what of those that bought FIRSTBANK. UNIONBANK. SAVANNAH. GUINNESS. UACN .NB. CFAO MOTORS. PZ CADBURY. UNILEVER. shares in 1980?

This is why you should invest in value stocks rather than hope and euphoria (expensive school fees) grin grin grin

Your still have hope that its still in existence, what of those whose vehicles was delisted like Costain and others. Pray that your company will not be delisted one day before you bail out. Why you see sometimes this car park vehicles move to warm up their engine before returning to car park, is to inform the regulators that there is still live in them. Don't be greedy when boarded their vehicle during such opportunity, leave them while still on their way, before returning to car park will be more better, than to book paper profit, and still see it disappear while struggling to escape.

I still have Evancemedical in my portfolio.. that na school fees grin grin grin

Madam, you seem to like these kind of penny stocks alot. They are very risky stocks. It could do you serious damage.

How can a company have a revenue of around N750m and product a profit of N40b?

You are meant to be the one adding yourself these questions?

The next question you should ask if come next year or 2 years time, is this profit sustainable?

Most of you don't know that a stock at 20kobo can be more expensive than Dangote at N140.

It is not bad-mouthing. But you failed to have asked the relevant questions.

If you have been investing in such companies and escaping before a slide in share prices doesn't mean you are a smart investor. It simply means you had been lucky.

Japaul can go higher than current price or fall back to 20kobo but don't say people are bad-mouthing. Just be responsible for your action.

Thank you Rabi for those words.. Whenever we talk about school fees here, they think we are joking. He/she that has ears, let them HEAR lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

Hello Experienced Investors:

Some background -I have used 2 stockbrokers in the last 12 years, just realized I have 3 CHN numbers, I'm not receiving all my dividends and generally unhappy with poor service received so far. I tend to just save money with treasury bills/mutual funds since losing faith in my stockbrokers.

I want to see all my shares and transaction records in 1 location, have just 1 CSCS/CHN number, and eventually trade and reinvest dividends by myself (transaction value max of 150k per annum). What do I need to do? Can anyone recommend an online platform that is reliable, with reasonable/clear fee structure and is user friendly? Or am I being unrealistic? I have seen MorganCapital mentioned a lot on this platform, are there others that people can recommend?

Thanks!

Now u are talking my dear !!
...this shows u have an understanding of what the term "conditionality" actually means. However, ur past posts have mostly been seasoned with CERTAINTY, and any Jack should know that both 2 words can't be used to draw the same inference.
The part in bold began with the word "if", which clearly means an attached condition and connotes a probability.
...and if I have to help u interpret that statement, it means;
1) That ZENITH may sell for </=11.90 if it closes on a bearish posture next week after testing 18.08 this week.
OR
2) That ZENITH may NOT sell for </=11.90 if it fails to closes on a bearish posture next week after testing 18.08 this week.

The interpretation of this is that the statement has the power to validate(1st condition) or invalidate(2nd condition) ur assertion. ...and since both events are mutually exclusive, only 1 may happen.
The problem however, is that u seem to attach certainty to only the 1st condition while completely setting aside the 2nd.
No doubt, u are good in TA. ...but am of the view that u need to refine it better and try not to disjoint probabilities when making assertions. ...otherwise u'll be missing out on opportunities. This is what i've been telling u.
Take a clue from Fxuser and RabbiDoracle' way of interpretating things.

Btw, I do not see ur assertion coming to fruition.(at least in the short term)
...soon, certain things will become clearer to u. wink cheesy grin

For me, I don't need nobody's analytics or recommendation to identify value, I'd prefer trend analysis instead.

I'm sitting on over 53% price appreciation on certain stocks here without Nobody mentioning it or talking about it.. FBNH comes to mind.

The issue is, when one keep repeating false information or analysis without acknowledging that he/she is (has been) wrong, then it shows such persons have no dignity.

My recommendations are still very fine sir.

Allow time tell the whole story.

People have to be sucked in! If the market doesn't make 'em believe that the bulls are here, how then can they slaughter enough dumb money traders?

Remember @fxuser observation about volume traded? That is a very big indication of an impending volatile move.

I will try post a screenshot from a book shortly. Which you help you see how institutions play.

If you are like this, when will you make money from this market

As per my observations, some banks will experience pullbacks in the coming days after which they will make new highs, I am expecting FBNH to pullback to up to 14%, Guaranty to about 12% and FCMB to about 7%. After these retracements , new highs will be hit, my readings are based on Elliott waves analysis. I might be wrong sha, lets see. grin grin grin cheesy cool

Something isn't right with the ASI index calculation.

NBrew gained 10%. Stanbic, Guinness, Dangote Sugar gained almost/or 9%.

Dangote cement was amongst the gainers.

All banks gained well.

Yet the index increased by 0.07%.

The index needs to gain nothing less than 2% with all these heavyweights gaining.

Sir, I suspect the mark down of Dangcement before it gained thereafter.. it is calculated from the previous day close.

I just went to the official website of NASD. I could see Afrinvest, Investment-One, Greenwich and a few others as brokers. Apparently Morgan Capital is not on the list. You can send them an email to find out.

My only surprise is that Cash Craft is there grin

Its there bro, scroll to the next page and you'll find it there. I don't know if I need to ask them to open an account in that regard.

Tell your stock to open NASD account for you, provided your broker has the licence to trade on NASD stocks.

I did some studies with Fibonacci retracement on Zenith, I also found support between 18.03 and 18.29. I am afraid I am starting to understand these things and it is hairy o shocked shocked grin tongue

At that price, gtb should be selling at 25 resistance turned support I guess..

Abeg leave the matter bros. Zenith will not touch N11 again this year except there is another lockdown lasting 3 months. Charts cant be right 100% of the time. If i see Zenith at N15 ,i will buy more. At your N11 na to sell all i have to buy Zenith. No beef against you, i just dont want you to confuse people.

I might have keyed in to Bitcoin at around N7600 but for your prediction here that said Btc dey go N5000. I dont hold that against you though.

Free him, speak for yourself not for everyone like me. Everyone is entitled to his opinion. I personally enjoy his analytical predictions with Rabbi.

In this market, impossibility is nothing. I have seen Zenith come down to 10 naira twice in the last few years.. in fact it came down to 8.9 while gtbank was 13+ so what are you talking about?

Allow him to freely Express himself.. if you dont like some comments here, scroll to the next.. or park well.

Honestly I don't understand the huge expectations on FBNH, same stock has outperformed GTBANK, Dangcement, Zenith from year low.. at least in my portfolio returning over 40%, excluding about 11% dividend (already consumed at mama bisola's buka, with a glass of kunu).

Investing in stocks involves a lot of patience and careful planning. I am equally heavy on both gtbank and dangcement, bought from their lows..

Please Sir, what stock can someone invest in this period.

Investment plan is:

1). Short term: N1M
To be rolled over, let's say weekly or bi-weekly

2). Long term: N500k
Considering at least one year. Also, it has to be a dividend paying stock + capital appreciation.

You should have asked same question in March wink
