If I want to be fair and go by the recommendations of those that antagonised my humble and honourable self when I was in support of RUGA,

I will clearly state that the Ultimatum is well deserved. Many quoted me on Nairaland saying "RUGA should be done up North ONLY". Fine! And now they are also telling you to go trade in your region. Anybody that needs your product would come and buy in your region.

Paris St-Germain forward Neymar wants to move back to Barcelona, the Spanish club's vice-president has claimed.

However, Jordi Cardoner insisted that no contact had been made with Neymar, who spent four years at the Nou Camp.

"What [I believe] is that Neymar wants to come back," Cardoner said. "[But] to say we are working on recruiting him, that is something I cannot agree with."

Chelsea are expected to complete the signing of Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovacic for £40m despite being under a two-window transfer ban.

Kovacic spent last season on loan at Stamford Bridge, so Chelsea have already registered him.

It means, providing the deal is done before the loan expires on 30 June, it would not require another registration.

Therefore, that would not contravene Fifa's transfer ban on Chelsea, which runs until the end of January 2020.

The suspension, which followed an investigation by world football's governing body into the Stamford Bridge club's signing of foreign under-18 players, is currently the subject of an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Chelsea have not asked for the ban to be lifted until the appeal is heard.
