PDP will see but will not have it. Mark my words. They had no required spread in the election so how can they be declared winners? The Supreme Court wasn't ambiguous when it said 'runner up with required spread' should be declared winner.

This is Saraki's usual way of defending corruption allegation. When CCB leveled allegations against him, he kept moving from one court to another seeking injunctions to stop his trial until he finally found an ally, the then CJN Justice Onnoghen who cleared him of any wrong doing anticipating a pay back when it's his(cjn's) turn.

Justice Onnoghen was one of the 3 Justices who called for the cancellation of the 2007 election and asked INEC to conduct a new election within 90 days due to non-compliance with the 2006 electoral act and other irregularities.

Buhari knows that Justice Onnoghen is not corrupt and he might give a fair judgement.

with all his honesty he was still selling judgments as can be justified by the weight of evidence EFCC tabled against him where NJC, majorly constituted by him couldn't do anything other than recommending for his compulsory retirement.
