Health / Re: Nigerian University Professor Discovers Cure For Coronavirus, Lassa Fever by JusticeSeeker: 5:57am On Mar 01, 2020
Must all these people behave like Nnamdi Kanu who is well known for propaganda and lies that are unparalleled?
ebukajay184:
Professor Maduike Ezeibe, the dean of college of medicine of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, MOUAU, has announced that he has the formula that can cure the deadly coronavirus as well as Lassa fever, IgbereTV reports.

The university Don who once claimed to have discovered cure for HIV/AIDS gave the chemical equation for the cure as (AI4(SiO4)3+3Mg2SiO4-2AI2Mg3(SiO4)3)

The statement read:

"Covid-19 virus and Lassa fever virus (DNA viruses) are negatively charged. Small sizes of viruses enable them infect cells, inaccessible to big molecules. So, existing antiviral medicines need immunity to complement their effects but some viruses cause immune deficiency.

“Effective treatment of secondary infections would cure any viral /abnormal cell diseases including Covid -19 and Lassa fever."

Politics / Re: Emeka Ihedioha's Demands Before The Supreme Court by JusticeSeeker: 11:28am On Feb 26, 2020
I am not a lawyer but if truly this is what Ihedioha has to demand then, it's ridiculous. Considering some of those demands by the Supreme court will amount to a consideration of an election case outside the constitutional 180 days which seems to be impossible for the Supreme court to do. I thought Ihedioha has discovered a misrepresented fact like the result sheets of the 388 polling units he and INEC refused to present though they collaborated to cancel without cogent reasons.

NOT even INEC has the power cancel a polling unit result after been declared by a presiding officer.
Agboriotejoye:

Inec said elections did not hold or were cancelled due to over-voting. They also said those results are fake. So, it was already settled at trial that those results are documentary hearsay and inadmissible.
Politics / Re: How PDP Will Retrieve Imo Mandate In Supreme Court - Secondus Reveals by JusticeSeeker: 9:54pm On Feb 19, 2020
And Supreme Court will also get to know how Ihedioha scored 64000 votes from a total accredited votes of just above 20000 in Aboh Mbaise lga. They'll also get to know that Ihedioha scored over 31000 votes from a total accredited votes of 9340 in Enihite Mbaise lga. Last but not the least is a third lga. Where he again polled more votes than accredited yet INEC pdp card carrying members allowed it.
Politics / Re: Hope UZODINMA May Go To Jail For Fraudulent Poll Results by JusticeSeeker: 2:38pm On Feb 19, 2020
You should equally tell us how it was possible for Ihedioha to amass 64000 votes in when the accredited voters in Aboh Mbaise were 22000 +. In Einihite Mbaise, accredited voters were 11000 but he polled over 33000. Also in Ahiazu Mbaise, accredited voters were 9434 but he polled over 30000.
rolams:

You need to tell the whole world how it is lawful for police officer to keep custody of ballots and submit results to court.

Someone who can't secure up to 100k in over 2,600 polling units now telling us he has over 200k votes in just 300+ polling units.

Let him proof to the world that other parties did not secure any vote in the polling units.

Stop defending what is too clear to the world.
Politics / Re: Imo Judgement Review: Why Is PDP and Ihedioha's Lawyer Asking For More Time? by JusticeSeeker: 1:59pm On Feb 19, 2020
This is how pdp reason. Agabi called for adjournment so he can file more processes and not to study the written address by Uzodinma's lawyers. Correct your reasoning sir.
Phygo:
Ihedioha's team was served on eve of review by Hope's legal team, and u expected them not study the file?

Let's leave sentiments aside, it was a nice move to request for adjournment.

Check this thread https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.nairaland.com/5644241/billboard-exposing-accredited-votes-imo&ved=2ahUKEwiUzuuLstvnAhXEDuwKHXkhDXUQFjABegQIAxAB&usg=AOvVaw2myTQtplkczeoYm-Mjz_Ym. Are the excess votes not coming from Aboh Mbaise, Ezinihite Mbaise and Ahiazu Mbaise? quote author=rolams post=86755225]

Did you read through what he wrote? Have you make some findings?

Pls do more research on the case. Result shows total votes is 120k more than the total accredited voters after the addition of acclaimed 200,000+ votes accrued to UZODINMA. Proof to me how the lawyer, IHEDIOHA or PDP is stealing another person's mandate here.[/quote]
Politics / Re: Ihedioha Vs Uzodinma: Final Written Address By Kanu Agabi, San. by JusticeSeeker: 4:11pm On Feb 18, 2020
It's easy to know where the so called over voting is coming from. In three LGAs, INEC allotted more than 100,000 votes to Ihedioha. Those votes shall be reversed first.
Politics / Re: Hope UZODINMA May Go To Jail For Fraudulent Poll Results by JusticeSeeker: 4:05pm On Feb 18, 2020
Your reasoning is very infantile. Is INEC ready to produce the results from those polling units now? Hope defeated pdp and their INEC members because his results couldn't be counteracted by any original produced by PDP INEC officials, not because they didn't have but because they lacked power to cancel those results as they did. Some of you think a lawyer like Ikpeazu is stupid when he never cared to defend this? Let's see the magic Agabi will use to secure victory for PDP except he's not using the constitution again.

Should The Supreme Court Reverse Itself on The Imo Gubernatorial Ruling?

Court To Look Into The Miraculous Results In The Omitted 388 Polling Units.

The Imo State 2019 Governorship Election is just far from over, as the Supreme Court sets to hear the case brought before it f by Imeka Ihedioha of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for a review.

Ihedioha is asking the Supreme Court to reverse its decision sacking him as the Imo State governor on January 14, 2020.

Recall that the Supreme Court in a judgement still raising dusts in both the Nigerian Judiciary, among political parties and the international community, declared Hope Uzodinma of the APC, winner of the election after he presented a controversial results before it, and the panel horridly accepted without thoroughly looking into the matter.

After the declaration, Nigerians troop to the street to demand that the Supreme Court reverse itself, and therefore, Ihedioha went back to the court to ask for the Supreme Court to correct itself and give him back his mandate.

Uzodinma and controversies

Before the Imo State Governorship election, Hope Uzodinma was indicted by the Presidential Task Force for diverting $11 million (N3,960,000000 billion) meant for sea dredging and currently has a bench warrant for his arrest issued by an Abuja Magistrate Court.

Uzodinma is also facing a criminal charges for issuing a dud cheaque of N200 million.

The results in 3,135 polling units.

Ihedioha - 273,404

Uche Nwosu - 190,364

Ifeanyi Ararume - 114,676

Hope Uzodima - 96,458

The Miraculous Results In The Omitted 388 Polling Units.

Ihedioha - 0

Uche Nwosu - 0

Ifeanyi Ararume - 0

Hope Uzodima - 213,615

Where did Hope get 213,615 in just 388 PUs and other candidates scored 0?

The Supreme Court will have to tell Nigerians.

Should The Supreme Court Reverse Itself on The Imo Gubernatorial Ruling?

The first question that should be asked is, "can the Supreme Court reverse itself?

Nigerian legal system gives room for a reversal in a certain circumstances including where the judgement was obtained fraudulent representations in the case herein.

And it is on this base stakeholders and Nigerians are asking that the Supreme Court review the judgement and reverse itself

Nigerians are also calling on the National Judiciary Council (NJC) to sanction the justices involved in the matter, alongside the CJN

Nigerians are waiting patiently.

What do you think about the issue?

You can't roundly reject a judgment without adducing reasons. When PDP in collaboration with Igbo INEC officials canceled votes from 388 polling units which they had no power to cancel you didn't protest. When the vengeful Ihedioha didn't meet the constitutional 25% requirement in 2/3
of Imo state LGAs, you didn't protest. Go and protest in Imo state nah, if them born una well.

PDP and their blind supporters don't want to see it this way. They believe in the infallibility of their freemasonry lawyer. They are also hate filled that they can't reason anymore. In fact God doesn't want Ihedioha to be Governor of Imo state. He's too vengeful and vengeance belongs to God.

How those judges managed to declare Hope the winner still baffles me considering the fact that the Senator came a distant fourth in the election.

The total votes cast is now greater than the number of registered voters.

The judges are mathematical gurus...Naija I hail thee!!!!! cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy
Too lazy to read? Hope came 4th because some people from INEC, Imo state collected money and canceled election from 388 polling units even when they were not authorised to do so. Hope took this case of his cancelled votes as far as to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court said, Hei INEC, in our previous judgements, we have warned you not to temper with polling units results provided they are duly signed by presiding officers. Only the courts have the right to cancel any presiding officer declared result. Hope raised this, Ihedioha's lawyers didn't object and today, you are wondering how a 4th person whose stronghold polling unit results were excluded has won an election.

What are your reasons for spewing this balderdash? You don't speak vaguely like this in public. Were votes canceled or not? Who canceled them? Was he authorised to do that? Did Ihedioha meet the 25% constitutional requirement in 2/3 of Imo state local governments? Why so embittered? One of the beneficiary of Ihedioha's administration?

doctokwus:
You don't even need to analyze deep or long to know that that judgement is the most ridiculous and most fraudulent in Nigeria's judicial history.
I am sure when they give the reasons for their judgement,as with many fraudulent judgements given by the Nigeria Supremely corrupt court, they would say it shouldn't be cited as a precedent by other judges.
Erudite Nigerian justices of the supreme Court would have been bowing their heads in shame at that charade of a judgement.

Sure you've been paid to write this but it makes no sense. The fact that all the 7 Justices unanimously accepted that 388 PUs were unlawfully excluded defies your logic. It simply means, what you are alleging never happened. It is impossible to BUY all the Justices in a swoop. There could have been a dissident voice.

It would have been a disaster to announce such game plan without first preparing people's minds. Knowing fully well the role Religion, Christianity, Catholic, priests and Fr Mbaka play in the life of the south eastners and Imolites, Fr Mbaka was chosen and briefed of the game plan. His role is just to prepare the poor people's minds for the big game. Now to the people's minds, it is prophecy comes true. And then the jackpot!!!! Fr Mbaka, the people using you today, making you a super human will definitely attack and try to disgrace you before the year runs out. Pls save this post. Nigeria's political game has become very predictable. Imo state is being flooded with military like we are in a war zone, just to intimidate the people.
Copied.
If votes from 388 polling units are restored then, the number of accredited voters can't be what Imo state INEC leadership collected to post as number of accredited voters. the new number must also include the excluded votes.
