Stale and obsolete questions that make no sense to me. The idea that I have to create another human being from out of my womb for the sake of happiness or my old age has NEVER resonated with me. I don't do things that don't resonate with me in my heart and soul, because others are doing it.

I find joy, happiness and pleasure with other human beings who already exist as my family, friends, neighbours and coworkers. Then I live one day at a time and in the moment, making the most of my life because I am not guaranteed tomorrow or 2024 sef. My latter years and old age will take care of themselves, if or when I get there, I'm not going to stress over it but I will also plan towards it.

I hope to have a legacy like Oprah Winfrey's - simply touching lives and doing the good I can, where I can. Will children take me to heaven? If the answer is yes let me hurry now and have one or two, because heaven is an end goal for me as well.

There was a time in my life when I became so hungry for God. But, how could I even walk with Him with all these weaknesses that encapsulated my soul? I wondered.

My hunger to live a life that pleases Him led me to Romans chapter 6. I studied that verse prayerfully, and it shaped my life. In fact, it drew me closer to the Person of the Holy Spirit.

"Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourself servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?"(Romans 6:16)

" Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin." (Romans 6:6)

You will have to yield yourself DAILY to the discipline of the Great Spirit. As you consistently yield, you'll begin to grow to be more like Him.

It got to a point that I had to surrender all I am to Him. It was then I knew that "Surrender" is an experience. It's a supernatural exchange. You lay everything on the altar without looking back. Are you willing?

Spend quality time with God (Prayer, diligent study of the Word of God, deep sincere Worship) As you do, flesh begins to die and mortality begins to give way for immortality.

And don't forget to always be sincere with the Lord whilst praying to Him. Be willing to confess your daily flaws to Him.
