The population stat is unimaginable and ridiculous.

There is no way we would reach that population by 2050 with our low life expectancy and high mortality rate.
Ogami do you know how many children are being born in Nigeria not to talk of the north?
Check the beggers around you, you go bow o.

This conscience you are talking about, has already been modified from infancy. Naturally, without bias......without religion, If you train a child without the concept of God did you know that at a point the child/teen might start wishing for somethings? He will start searching for answers even without any previous knowledge? According to philosophy there is something in every man that wants to make it believe in something. We were created in the image of God. We will search for Him. You choose to become an atheist by conditioning your mind. Therefore conscience can be conditioned. I can condition my conscience to seek pleasure in people's pain. And it will be just before me. Personal belief doesn't hold...... Dearest believe in jesus....He cares and he saves.....He doesn't live in the sky He is everywhere. God loves you
Whatever rocks your boat.
Take care

It is good to search for answers but be careful. I am a curious person to the marrow. I have believed so much in evolution that I couldn't help reading on anything about "Origin of Species". I have searched several journals up to the point that I even keep abreast of latest evolutionary trend. Sitting on the fence (Conscience and morality) is the greatest deception you can ever align yourself with. The Devil knows this. You can never be resolute with only conscience and morality the you will drift, The devil have existed before aeons we can't tackle him with morality and conscience ordinary laws modified by man. Let me ask you do you think you have conscience and you are morally upright? ....Laughs...remember your knowledge of good and evil was conditioned by society. What you think is good is what society has taught you. American society and Europe once believed gayism and lesbianism were morally wrong. In the US today only a handful believes so. The rest now believes it is just. Morality and conscience have been distorted. If you were a babarian you won't see any wrong in indiscriminate killings. If Hitler was able to brainwash Germans "the most knowledge people in the twentieth century" then your stand in morality is shaky .I do not wish to bore you I am sorry if I am already doing so or perhaps intruding into your personal Space. Please just do me one last favour, think about it again.....my apologies if you feel I have trespassed. God loves you
My dear my belief is what..... Mine alone.
If I feel the need to search more on believing in a skydaddy or about life , then I will do it, but I don't so I won't .
I don't claim to be morrally upright but as a thinking human I know that its wrong to hurt others when you don't want to feel hurt.
I like to laugh so logic tells me not to be a sadist. (Its called cause and effect)

Believe me life is very simple, but the people making it difficult is humans. Not all barbarians are barbaric , my conscience guides me, if you say its because of society, who are the society and how did they get their idea of morallism?
I really don't have time and spark to break down how I think and to answer your questions as you've asked but I will put it simply, though the bible to some point is good for guidance not all what it depicts is right and it's just plain fiction like the fairy tales I watched as a child.

If you are a thinking human you should know what's right and what's wrong.

Thanks, for your idea and response.
Still do you think my MEDITATING can solve the MYSTERIES around me? There are things around us that people around us no matter how learned they claim to be are still unable to explain. No amount of meditation i mean no amount of meditation would solve worries I and everyone else have about the world today. I once met a catholic priest who said news channels like BBC, CNN and the rest are all Sadist, that they wait for bad news to happen before reporting them, I asked does it mean there are good news happening around us today? Funny enough the grown man said, THE POPE GETTING MARRIED IS A GOOD NEWS, THE DUKES AND THEIR WIVES GIVING BIRTH IS A GOOD NEWS, i smiled, does the things he just mentioned stop my MUM and DAD from growing old and dying eventually? Even when i long to see them over and over again?
My meditation doesn't stop my family from getting sick, doesn't stop boko-haram from detonating the next bomb, doesn't stop ISIS from killing their next victims, didn't stop the bombing that took place in Indonesia this morning, my brother, please my meditation doesn't stop me from falling sick tomorrow, doesn't stop me from growing old and eventually dying.... There should be answers to all my worries somewhere, but according to your reply about atheism, it doesn't provide it..
Hold on it seems your issue is about old age and death right?

sister whether you are responsible for your life or not predicament or no predicament, responsibility or no responsibility.....please accept Jesus. Atheism is just an illusion. I am quite sure you are exposed perhaps you have left the shores of Nigeria; you might have seen real "magicians".....are you saying the magician power is not real? How do you explain some one putting a candy bar in a handkerchief says one or thing and it turns into a bird; how do you explain that? If you know the Nigerian terrain especially osun, ogun, ogbomosho; you see calabashes on T-junctions, those sacrifices were offered to supposed gods how do you explain it? How do you explain magical rings and enchantment that they use on people and they become useless? How about people talking about their one chance experience? How do you explain people killed for ritual purposes? Which power accepts the blood offerings? Have you seen ifa festivals, osun festival etc? What powers are behind those festivities? Have you been to olumo rock and see the inscriptions and mark of their gods and sacrifices placed on those rocks? Now atheism!....I was once an atheist. I don't know how sound you are but I believe atheist are philosophers and great thinkers therefore you might have read certain books so I want to ask you; How do you explain the powers behind soul travelling? How do you explain astral travelling? How do you explain astrology and zodiac? Have you read ancient Egyptian? A-z of the devils alphabet? black concious? Angels and demons? Soul travelling? Let me leave the books of moses aside. If you have read any of the these books and if you have answered all my questions and you are still an atheist then you are lying to yourself because you know these powers exist! And if they exist why don't you believe there is a greater power that these smaller powers can comprehend the mighty power in the name of Jesus? Are you an atheist because you prayed about something in your life and God didn't answer (that was how I started doubting God) and you were disappointed? Or perhaps you looked at the sufferings of this world and you see how people are being maltreated and you wonder if there is truly God? Dearest God exist, his presence can be felt, his voice can be heard and he loves you..............................Go back to God. Atheism is an ideology that even the protagonists know that is wrong but they are swift to back if up with events and happenings. Don't hide under morality, ethics or self-disciplined. Don't harden your heart. Turn back your heart to your maker, He is waiting.
Let me put it simply

Am not well travelled in fact its only twice av ever been out of Lagos in my life.
I live my life as I see fit for myself
By sight,
Smell and
Touch.
You have been an atheist before then became a Jesus follower good for you.
I don't have the answer that may satisfy you on magicians but so far what I can decipher on the magic of the likes of osun, Ogun and etc abroad, is the more you look, the less you see.
Everything is explainable it just takes time , leprosy was considered as punishment for sins in the ancient days until science solved the cause and worked on the cure.

Have being wanting to say this to someone all week, sorry you became the target, but it was inevitable anyway.
We are all brought up to believe whatever we want, there is no denying it, our thinking are shaped by what we Listen to, Read, and Watch, but ultimately we make DECISIONS ourselves, out of what is called FREE-WILL. So someone can load me with stream of violent images and expect me to be violent in the long run but the DECISION to be violent or to kill someone comes from deep within me, there is no MIND CONTROL. Your decision to be an atheist is not bad at all, i was more than willing to be more one, but some things don't add up in life that even atheist, scientist, some Christians, Muslims, Buddhist or whatever group you belong to are failing to find answer to.
Think for a second about your ancestors, great grand parents, grand parents and soon parents who you would see no more, does it leave a hole in your heart or you simply feel that's how thing are and that's how it will continue?
The cruel but undeniable truth that we all get sick, grow old and eventually die even against our wish is really bitter and yet up till this generation, no one i mean NO ONE has nothing to do about it, sometimes i wonder why we are plagued with things like this and wonder: If I(and everyone else) feel bad when these things happen that means we are all facing some sort of INJUSTICE from somewhere, I remember how i felt when my younger brother died, unless you are an alien you won't tell me you don't know that feeling.

Till now am waiting for anyone, i mean anyone to explain to me, why beyond our best wishes for good things to happen around us, we keep being plagued with sadness, suffering and the inevitable death.... atheism couldn't give me the answer i seek and am still searching....
Being an atheist doesn't mean you have the absolute answer to everything about life. Atheism means there is no deity, its a belief.
Everybody is looking for something , searching for answers to life mysteries and all that, you only have to think about what makes you happy, what your conscience tells you is right or wrong .
In short meditate, and if you can travel and explore lives around you. You might find your answer or you might not.

I have locks for hair and I have been locked for 4years plus. There has been people thinking I spend too much money on my hair as I was always experimenting in one way or the other but I usually disclaimed them wrong.
But in a way they were right. So now I have come up with a routine that helps my hair and doesn't break my bank account (which is still 0.79k......lol)

I got these items
Emily millionaire hair cream (medium) - 200
Black soap (ose dudu) - 100
Shea butter - 100
Olive oil - 250
Glycerine - 100
Honey - 500
Hair booster herbal - 200

Total - 1,450.

Here's how I use them
1- pre-condition: i first apply emily millionair to my hair for 30minutes to 1hour for it to precondition my hair.
Emily is a nice natural hair cream that consist of Shea butter, coconut oil, herbs, and other oils. But because of the smell which can be annoying to the nose and the fact that it detangles my hair making it look unkept prefer using it as a preconditioner, and it works nicely for me

2 -for washing:
I use black soap as my shampoo. After rinsing off the pre-conditioner off my hair I apply black soap (in liquid form) then I lather my hair scrubbing vigorously (beauty of ose dudu) then I rinse my hair thoroughly. Remember black soap is a natural soap that has not been chemically processed and it is harsh on dirt but it won't strip your hair of its natural oils.

3 - additional conditioning:
Next I apply my ijebu homemade conditioner mixed with olive oil, glycerine, honey, water and black soap. (I had mixed them before entering bathroom o) I apply these mixtures on my hair and massage for 20 seconds then I leave the hair for 10minutes then I rinse off. I had to put black soap (very little quantity) so that it washes off excess oils after conditioning.

4 - my home made hair cream:
now after the orishi rishi washing and conditioning and towel drying, my hair cream is made up of a couple of mixtures (as per double benefits for a broke ass chick. lol)
I mix the herbal hair booster cream and some quantity of Shea butter together mixing them thoroughly then I apply to my hair massaging it properly to my scalp and down the to the tip of my hair. I make sure I apply my hair cream twice a week.

now am good to go.

NOTE:
* No am not a hair expert.
* yes am a naturalister in dreadlocks.
* no I don't bother washing more than twice a month and as a natural clean babe my hair doesn't stink.
* yes I get compliments than my fragile head can squeeze in.
* no I don't let false criticism get to me, its not my fault your girlfriend prefers to run your bank red on Peruvian hair, neither is it my fault that you feel jealous that you can't give up your Brazilian hair to go natural because of the long time.

What do you think?[/color]
Babe typing from experience (somewhat) its not OK at all to be leaning on your mother at your age. You need to get something doing or that's how you'll keep being humiliated by your mom.

Your mother may not know she is humiliating you but deep down she feels hurt that you are not financially stable and she must have envisioned her life that at this stage, she should be enjoying her hard labour , but seeing that its the contrary she's getting, she's frustrated.

Finally check your attitude at this age of yours you should be like a guest of burden, you shouldn't be comfortable at all, you're an individual, your mom has limited control over you, therefore you will be behaving in ways she cant stand.

Try to understand and do something about it.
