Those ones wey say na glutton, we go to party for fun, yen yen yen, i will forgive you because una "come" Nigeria when things don spoil finish.

Party is for eating and drinking full stop. If you no get money to share better food, dont do party. Simple.

But if you decide say you wan do party, you are under obligation to have enough food and drinks on ground.

How can you justify inviting people for a party only for them to come and you give them food fit for small children? In-fact it has become so bad that many now eat very well at home before they go to party. That is an aberration. In times past, you leave your stomach empty when going for a party having in mind that you will eat rice to your full at the party. But today, you go reach party sometimes sef dem go tell you say food don finish, or say rice dey but no meat.

What rubbish.

I Got to the interview without my resume and when they asked me for it I just stared back blank faced, my throat was dry and when I wanted to explain that I assumed they should have it, as I started speaking, spit flew from my mouth onto the face of the HR staff. As she jerked backwards, her cup of coffee in her other hand spilled all over her white suit and she screamed because it was hot and she fell backwards onto the glass table which shattered.

A case of yawa from village--soft work...

I got up and left in a hurry and ended up crashing into the glass sliding door and it broke to pieces.

You don't expect a dick to lay low, when young ladies dress in sexually provocative ways revealing things that makes a nigga go crazy.

Dress nicely and respect yourself...then no one will harass you.

Blame the victim, not the rapist/sexaul oppressor for not controlling his/herself.
Blame the child victim, for dressing provocatively

You're a wiseman.

The sulphur I bought I not powder; it is solid and shaped like a candle, but more robust.

Is that how it's supposed to be? It is yellow-green as you said.

Where did you get it from?
If you bought it from those women that sell herbs and native soaps in the market then you're good... Just be careful it doesn't get into your eyes or you won't sleep peacefully. Regards.

We are not ready.

Many Nigerians love breeds not dogs.

Modified
For example, it's clear enough that many Nigerians love high rated breeds. Let me call it NSD as the op did.
Imagine someone saying "poo is their favorite food".
Some don't even believe that there are friendly/non "performing" Rottweilers. As resourceful as the internet is, they can't research but choose to hold their belief that every single rott is the real deal... And the NSD is as useless as they are available, good for nothing, weak, bla bla bla

I saw a picture of a boy carrying his dead dog (said to knocked down by a vehicle) and crying. I can't help but notice how many uncompassionate posts on that thread.

There's a dog lover who wants "dogs" donated but excludes the NSD. Meanwhile, one of the most popular threads (imo) in the pet section is that of a guy who owns a NSD and keeps updating the house on the progress of the dog.

You can imagine going through a "which breed is this dog" thread... See "dog lovers" spew trash about another person's pet.
Davido have a Chihuahua to his daughter and (if I recall correctly) no poster on the first page identified the dog (I'm not saying that they don't necessarily know the breed) but imagine if it was one of the popular demand dogs, or the fine long coat "designer" dogs...

What more can I say.
My opinion though.

You just said the unadulterated truth and its saddening.

Education / Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by K9blunt(f): 3:10am On Aug 16, 2019
Samisha500:

WHY SOME STUDENTS DONT GRADUATE

If you are among students who started NOUN in 2017. Its mandatory you register the newly introduced GST courses like GST204, to avoid delay in graduation. If its 1 course that is left for you to do and you decide to omit it, you would have to pay an extra 18000 naira compulsory extra semester fee just to register one course. That's how it works. So, learn from other students who have made such mistake.

No waiver for core courses like GST. The opportunity is now. Some students who ought to have seen thier names in the last graduation list, did not see thier names and could not graduate with others, because of omitted hidden courses. Now, they have paid 18000 naira compulsory portal fee just to register 1 course. And would have to wait till next year again to graduate formally. they complain of not seeing their name on the graduation list whenever it comes out.

That's why you hear some people accuse NOUN VC of not graduating students when they are due, some students even dump the programme totally and run to Lasu and university of Ibadan ODL. Therefore, run a check on your result every semester multiple times to be really sure.

If you have forgotten when you started, check your matric number

Nou15 is 2015, nou16 is 2016, Nou17 is 2017, nou18 is 2018 and so on. Backdated matric number is Nou14. They are excluded from new GST like 204.

MISHA CARES
Hi, my matric number begins with nou11, am I still going to register these new courses I am seeing like gst 302?

I would love to bring a company that specialises in this area but I don't really know how it will fare well in the business environment and the politics in state governments.

It will be a welcome development on your part.... I suggest you go to any lawma office(if you're in Lagos) or the ministry of environment (I hope I am right in this me) in your state , then make enquiries on how to go about it.

If you succeed in bringing that company into Nigeria , I can imagine the financial gains you will be benefiting and also hygienic benefits for all.

Please and please, if you are always buying N100 bottle yoghurt, I advise you to stop.i went to get raw materials yesterday, a man also came to get its own raw materials, I notice he didn't buy milk but got half back of starch, milk flavor and vanilla. Once he add lactic acid to it, you will think its yoghurt. And I must tell you, its detrimental to one's health. If you know you can't afford good yoghurt, pls just buy superyogo from babalaicream and take. It may be small but it's really yoghurt

See what fab fresh yoghurt looks like. Yoghurt like ice cream

That's terrible of him and others that does that nonsense

Portal Update

All student portal is showing the Negative(-) sign at the moment, seems the school is working on the Remita part of the portal

So I advice every students to be patient and hold on making payment on the portal for now...

I loaded my portal totaling 51k, then made compulsory semester registration of 18k so I had a balance of 33k, I have been unable to register courses due to portal issues and erratic network. I finally tried to login to register only to see my balance of 14k then in bracket -14k...

Should I start panicking, I am yet to register courses and exam?

I want to know my next step even though I know what I should score but the complaints I am hearing on bad results is scaring me.
