Pure water biz was NECESSITATED by gross dilapidation of
(1)public infrastructure and (2)increasing water borne dieases.

interestingly
(2) has been checked by pure water.
(1)need strong political will to be provided and maintained.Infrastructure like power,waterworks,piping connections round the cities.

if you have read from the begining,you would have come across commission issues.
Personally speaking,i think lagos state has standard commission,however they will speak for themselves.

Now in addition to what i said before,factories with large customer base pay #3 to driver,#1.50 to motor boy.
Another pay #15,000 basic salary then account @#60
But commission that is gaining ground now is TAKE WATER @#50 CATER FOR ALL EXPENSES.

Your friend is wasting his hard earned money and risking his investment.
B/w pages 30-32 we have treated this issue.Tell him to check vertical and horizontal sealing surface.Obviously he has no good operator.Sometimes it could be from material.

To the best of my knowledge,ford diesel mechanics are not available but petrol mechanics are much more available.So go for petrol.

Your question is neither silly nor out of order instead INTELLIGENT.It's just that i have been away from the net.
For me,if you are to rephrase your question,it should look like this:- what is my cost of production per bag at the moment(over a particular period)

The soln or formular of equation you are asking me is :
(COST OF RAW MATERIAL(NYLON) + EXPENSES INCURRED)/Average bags produced perhaps per month.

mathematically,
let's represent cost of raw material with Cn
Expense incurred as E
Average bags as Av
Cost of production per bag as Cp
therefore,
Cp = (Cn + E)/Av
look at this equation very well.

INTERPRETATIONS
1,Cp ¤ Cn+ E,meaning Cp is directly proportional to Cn and E.
2, Cp ¤ 1/Av meaning Cp is inversely proportional to Av

INTERPRETATIONS (layman)
1, Cp increases as Cn and E increases
2,Cp decreases as Av increases

Finally it is your job as owner and responsibility of management to manipulate Cn,E and Av to increase or decrease Cp

you cant generalise those expenses.
Yes there are repairs and mtce but it depends on grade of vehicle and how careful ur drivers are.

This price is POOR, at the same time may not be that bad depending on situation(operating cost due to proximity).
Let me explain,
Understand this two scenario
a, A vehicle with capacity 220 bags that takes 15liter of petrol to sell around and

b,A similar vehicle with same capacity that takes 5liter of petrol to drop the product to a customer, are NOT THE SAME TRANSACTION.
Now your workers must have shortchanged in two ways:-

1,They must have sold higher and claimed to have sold lower.

2,Nobody may have bought bulk,they simply merged the bags and collected the money.

The EFFECT
The excess money you need for maintenance is being diverted and If you continue to operate like this they will run you down for this is a typical ''Monkey dey work baboo dey chop''.They will wretch the vehicle and there will be no money to repair it.

WHAT YOU MUST DO
It is unfortunate and obvious you have not read the ebook ''Pure Water Biz Demystified'' for then you would have stopped this mess from the begining.Get a copy :www.waterbusinessdemystified..com
However take the following actions
1,Identify the customers they claim buy bulk.Tell the customers to call you or a designated number each time they want to buy.
2,Before you decide to sell at that low rate you must consider the proximity(nearness) and rate of purchase(turnover).
Take these points
a, 110bags @5000 at close proximity for 3days is not bad but for a far place is bad biz.
b, 110bags @5000 for 1month is bad biz.

4,For me this question sounds VAGUE so allow me to rephrase your question this way :
How much is average cost of pure water nylon per kg? and how many bags of pure water will that 1kg produce?

#420 and #500 now to the best of my knowledge.The gap is
the reason why many companies operate at different profit margin.

Now as to how many bags/kg.
Some will give you 18,19,20,22,23,25 etc
