then ideally,you make 5500-3000=2500

For me, new entrants could mean:
a, new comers in the biz
b, producers looking for new ways of doing things.
C, factories moving to a new area far from  their initial place.
D,factories facing stiff competition.
E,Those wanting to through in the towel
All factories in the above categories must do something new and accurate to make money.
