I also learnt that one can register for free, how true it that?

There is no provision for that anymore, free registration closed last year, and it has not been issue to anyone since then.
I will advise you to pay using CAC website, it take one to two weeks

I believe you can now see the other poster was just assuming out of frustration. Hope you can see last year people are still being approved, don't lose hope yet and keep checking your status if you really need the money.

Hope is very much alive my man, I need the money for my business bro, I am sure it will come.

It is an assumption. There were some June applicants who got approved last month and early this month, infact every now and then, some old applicants do get approved. There were many people also who got approved since last Nov only to eventually get paid this month. Nirsal can be frustrating, it is the frustration of NIRSAL that made him to arrive at that.

Just keep checking your status at least once a week if you so much need the money because so many have lost their approved loans for failing to accept on time after they had all given up and stopped checking.

All the best

I believe it will get to out turn very soon

[quote author=Ibadanboyy post=101250449]If you registered last year June and you've not been approved yet and you are getting "BVN does not exist" just take your mind off the whole thing. You're not getting the loan. [/quote

is this an assumption or is there any official announcement to this effect? because I registered last last year June and haven't receive approval till date.

I'm not sure Kabiyesi12 collected oo. I stand to be corrected though.

@Arewawife, @citizenjim, and @meetgaya, I am still very much around on this thread, I read most of the comments just didn't see this comment some days ago.
I am still looking into God for the loan I haven't benefit from any of it, I just decided to read and observe. I have registered again for Covid TCF, NYIF, not even invitation to zoom class let alone approval, but I never give up I know the opportunity will get to me too.
God no go shame us. Thanks for standing for me.

Computers / Solution To My VGA To AV by Kabiyesi12(m): 5:29pm On Apr 22, 2021
Hello Professionals, I bought this VGA to AV cable from China and it does not work, please what can I do to it? I really need it for my multimedia project. I had to order from China because I couldn't find it in Nigeria.

I bought one HDMI to AV cable from China sometime ago and that didn't work too, now I am not talking of refund or to Lodge dispute as that will not provide solution to my quest.

Please, I need your advice on what to do or you can suggest another reliable gadget for me to convert my video from VGA to AV.

COULD THIS BE THE END?

CBN suspends all loans to NIRSAL as corruption scandal rocks Anchor Borrowers, CEO Abdulhameed

The Central Bank of Nigeria has halted all further disbursements to the Nigeria Incentive-Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL), Peoples Gazette can report, amidst widespread allegations of corruption.

The agency’s flagship Anchor Borrowers’ Programme and its chief executive Aliyu Abdulhameed have been rocked by charges of endemic graft in recent months, with multiple officials plugged-in about the crisis telling The Gazette that Mr Abdulhameed has all but run down the flagship commercial agriculture scheme.

The CBN’s suspension of further loans to NIRSAL under Mr Abdulhameed was contained in a March 10 correspondence that referenced a February 24 meeting in which the decision was taken for an immediate pause on all loans. The memo said the decision would only be rescinded after all outstanding loans out of NIRSAL have been resolved.

NIRSAL was also asked to submit monthly reports on its activities to CBN, a decision that indicated a retraction of CBN’s confidence long enjoyed by the credit risk managers.

Officials said the action was a major blow to Mr Abdulhameed, although it would also leave some farmers stranded since NIRSAL would no longer have any loan to disburse or plunder.

“We know it is bad for the Anchor Borrowers’ Programme, but at least we know that there will be no money to steal further,” an official said under anonymity because of his current appointment under the Buhari administration. “The CBN’s action is a welcomed development because NIRSAL has been exposed to a lot of bad debts due to its focus on corruption rather than productivity and development of the agric value chain.”

I am not sure this does not really concern covid 19 and NYIF, specifically Anchor Borrower was mentioned. Let's wait and see how it goes

Each document should not exceed 200kb. Your passport photograph should not exceed 50kb.
Also pay attention to the error message on the screen, they are not the same every time.

Good luck.

dont give up. i remember that i reduced the size of my documents. though before the reduction it wasnt up to the 200kb they claimed is d maximum but some were very close to it. like 175kb, 160kb so i made sure to bring them down to below 100kb. after this i tried n it went through. check urs too n see what u can do

Pls, I am still confused about that document size, is it total number of the document that must not go beyond 200kb or each document must not be more than 200kb.

When I compressed each to around 25kb-30kb each because I have like 7 documents, some documents were not clear anymore.
please help

Not here to discourage you !

But I’d advise you to look for all those agents that can help you fast track the process

I’ve done all the necessary things since over a month

The process has been on pending approval and I’ve tried sending mail and calling them, all effort to reach them proof abortive

Somethings are not done online or via phone call, take all the document you scanned and visit the CAC office close to you, they will assist you in no time.
