He is following the footsteps of his forebears. People in the north have known for decades that many southerners have been cheating at waec and now umte. Many of these profs you see around, if you probe their O'levels results you will be shocked, unless you're one of their offspring. All these improbable waec and umte scores they're announcing are wuru-wuru. Thank God a good muslim man is heading jamb now and exposing the criminals. If waec and jamb had been run by honest men, of whatever religion or unbelievers, this rot would have been stopped decades ago. Kudos to Professor Oloyede.

CrimeWadume: True Story Of Taraba Kidnap Kingpin Pic by Kagarko(op): 8:30am On Aug 14, 2019
Unmasking kidnap kingpin Wadume

THE suspected Taraba kidnap kingpin is a petty fish trader, painter, politician, polygamist with many children and a philanthropist. His wealth status might have been exergerated because of his generosity and profligate spending.
He was reclusive until the last two years. His wealth, allegedly through kidnapping shot him into ‘prominence’.

He is at the centre of a disagreement between the Army and the Police following soldiers killing of three policemen and a civilian who were on an anti-kidnapping mission in Taraba State.
The incident is under probe following public outcry.
Who is he? His name is Hamisu Bala. His nickname is “Why Do You Mean?”, which many mistake for “Wadume.” He is a Hausa man whose great grand father migrated from Katsina state.
He was born and brought up in Ibi local government area of Taraba State. His late father, Bala, was Hausa, while his mother was Tiv, from Ukum local government area of Benue state.

He holds a secondary school certificate, having attended the Government Secondary School (GSS) Ibi. It was gathered that he was “not a brilliant” Arts student.
“He completed secondary school in 2004 and did not proceed to any tertiary institution,” one of his classmates told The Nation.
Bala, 35, suddenly became so rich that many believe he made it through ‘ritual’. His posh residence in Ibi was built only last year. Before then, he was a petty trader who specialised in buying and selling fish in Ibi.
“He was not even a big trader; he could only afford to buy only one or most of the time, half a basket of fish to sell at retail prices,” a source, who knows him well, said.
Bala was a painter who had partnership with his brother.

During the 2019 polls, he aspired to become a House of Assembly member, representing Ibi Constituency, on the platform of the Young Democratic Party (YDP). But, he did not make it.
After making money Bala has been living the life of a philanthropist.
In the last two years, he reportedly built houses for his friends and donated hundreds of motorcycles and cars to young men and women. He is also believed to be generous to security agents.
“Sometimes he (alleged kidnapper) goes to tea sellers and settles the bills of tea drinkers. Then, he gives N10,000 each to the people,” a source in Ibi said.
Two of his wives have been under house arrest. His other two wives are in Mecca on pilgrimage, it was learnt.
So, how did police know Bala was a big time kidnapper to the extent of apprehending him? One of Bala’s accomplices, known as Kwarba, was apprehended by the police in Jalingo, over his alleged involvement in the kidnapping of a Permanent Secretary.
During interrogation, Kwarba revealed that Bala was their leader. The police then allowed Kwarba to be communicating with Bala on the phone for over three days, as though he was not in detention. Based on their communication, the police were able to gather useful information.

It was during one of their conversations on the phone that Bala disclosed that he was coming to Ibi for Eid el Kabir celebration. On arrival in Ibi, Bala phoned Kwarba to inform him.
Operatives of the Intelligence Response Team (IRT) embarked on the journey. They got to the police headquarters in Jalingo, before proceeding to Ibi, in a white Toyota Hummer Bus marked, LAGOS: MUS-564EU.
They were in mufti, and carried Kwarba along so that he could identify Bala. They met Bala at a coffee joint, at the junction to Government Lodge. Kwarba identified him.

To pull the wool over the kidnapper’s eyes, the policemen in disguise went out and told him they brought a bus for sale. Bala sought to know the cost of the vehicle so that he could buy it, but the policemen suggested they would step aside for bargaining.
It was when he (Bala) got into the bus that the policemen told him they were there to arrest him, after handcuffing and chaining his legs.
After arresting the suspect, the operatives drove into Ibi town briefly and began to drive carefully out of the town.
But while passing the coffee joint, (where Bala was picked) the suspected kidnapper forced his head out of the vehicle and shouted: “I have been kidnapped by these people.”
Soon, the news spread and some of Bala’s ‘boys’ began to chase the vehicle on motorbikes. The operatives had passed the first and second check points, with only one remaining to pass.

Bala’s accomplices then called the military checkpoint where the bus was ambushed. They opened fire on the bus conveying the operatives and suspected kidnapper. The bus somersaulted into the bush, following the barrage of gun fire, as the driver lost control of the wheel.
A source revealed that, after the killing of the three policemen and the civilian, Bala, who was handcuffed and chained in the legs, crawled and took refuge in the home of an old Jukun woman.
The following day, he called his army captain friend who came with three of his ‘boys’ in a red Tyoyota Corolla.
Our source alleged that the army captain cut the chains on the suspected kidnapper.
“It was around 7:30 am that he (Bala) was taken back to his home in Ibi in the red car,” an eyewitness said.
On getting back to Ibi, his neighbours and Ibi residents went into jubilation. It was gathered that while the jubilation was on, Bala sneaked out,he has not been seen since then

Christianity EtcRe: Jesus Is Not God – Reno Omokri by Kagarko(m): 6:23pm On Aug 13, 2019
Thank God.

Jesus is not God But Servant of God. I urge Christians to read the Bible with better understanding.

From Genesis To Revelation there is no word like Bible and Christianity.

Please I want to know the name of the original Religion been practice by the followers of Jesus (Isah Alaihis Salam).

The words Bible and Christianity were invented much later. Prophet Isah (Jesus AS) never called His Religion Christianity or His Book Bible.

Reno's position isn't any different from the position of Islamic Faith. We're therefore calling on him and his cohorts to convert to Islam because that's the only to heaven.

Islam is the only true religion on Earth Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.

PoliticsOsinbajo Should Retrace His Steps. Corruption In SIP by Kagarko(op): 11:07am On Aug 10, 2019
Any government programme or scheme that is planned without adequate and practical checks against corruption by the implementing official is a delibrate failure!

When they gave Osinbajo SIP money to share without providing adequate corruption control, he fraudulently sipped most of the money and also become nepotistic by employing his tribesmen solely as consultants and distributors. Osinbajo should have been ordered to provide list of beneficiaries and display same in each ward of every state before commencement of sharing the money. He should have been ordered to respect federal character in engaging consultants and distributors!

When Local Government and State Government Joint Account was stopped and money was given directly to LG there was no practical corruption checks. Money was transfered from one thief to another. Registered civil societies on quarterly rotation should have been involved in the finances of the LG. They shall be made to be involved in all contract awards and payments. Rotattion here means two members shall be elected quarterly from different civil organizations! The ratotion is to break the possiblity of collaboration due to long time familiarity.

EFCC and ICPC were made to catch thieves, but they end up being partners in crime most of the time. They should not have been allowed to engage in secret plea bargaining. They should have been give period of time within which to finish every investigation. They should be sanctioned for two consecutive court failures. They must make the result of their investigation public! Name of all those being investigated must be published and distributed to all Government Agencies!

Etc
Etc

But we are not practical people. We accept impractical plans accompanied by too much propaganda.

In the wake of the New Year's subsidy removal in 2012, Nigerians flooded the whole country in the monikers of “Occupy Nigeria” Revolution Now” etc., because everyone knew they had a democrat in Aso Rock whom they could stone, spit on and slander without consequences.

Today, the people are either afraid to protest or threatened if they attempt to because we have a president under whose watch protesters get shot at en masse, critics get arrested kidnapped en masse, without any atom of remorse or statement condemning the act.

Below is a picture from 2012 Nationwide protest with the exact phrase “Revolution Now”, the very thing Omoyele Sowore is being held up for treason for.

This what a difference of 7 years has had on Nigeria.

In 2012, this man below confidently held this placard up high demanding change, in 2019 this man could get arrested whisked away by midnight, or possibly shot at if in an ongoing protest for treason.

Welcome to the new Nigeria folks.

Aziwe is 19 years old and lives with her mother, Phatiswa, in an informal settlement called Umlazi, near Durban, South Africa. Both women are living with HIV and both are full of energy, love, hope and optimism for the future.

Aziwe didn’t find out she was HIV positive until she was about 14 years old. She had already been on treatment for five years but her mother had decided not to tell her that she was HIV positive, even while making sure that her daughter stayed healthy by taking her medication every day.

When the doctor asked her if she wanted to know why she had to take medicines so regularly, Aziwe did not hesitate. As she had grown older, so had her curiosity. When the doctor told her that she was living with HIV she broke down. Her mother too.

Aziwe is 19 years old and lives with her mother, Phatiswa, in an informal settlement called Umlazi, near Durban, South Africa.

Now, five years later, Aziwe is a happy, confident teenager who is highly articulate as she tells the family story to the UNAIDS Executive Director a.i. Gunilla Carlsson ahead of the launch of UNAIDS global report on the state of the AIDS epidemic.

Phatiswa lived in the Eastern Cape in 1999 but, like many women, left to find work as a domestic worker in Durban. She’s good at her job and has been working for the same family for 19 years.

The children stayed behind in the Eastern Cape at first. But Aziwe was a sickly child and came to live with her mother a few years later. In 2009, she became very ill and was rushed to hospital where she would remain for 2 weeks. It was there that she was tested for HIV and found to be positive. Phatiswa also tested positive for the virus.

Today, the women take their treatment and encourage others at community support groups to keep taking their medicines so that they stay well. Aziwe also challenges the stigma and discrimination that still surround HIV and has spoken about living with HIV at a church group. She says there is still too much ignorance about the virus and it sometimes upsets her. But she and Phatiswa support each other.

“I have days where I just want to cry but she speaks to me as a mother. I have good family and friends who are always there for me.”

Aziwe explains that she values life so much more because she has lost loved ones to AIDS.

“I want to live because there are so many things that I want to achieve in life—for my mother and for myself.”

Like many young people, she wants to travel and later to work as a talk-show host on television. In the future, she wants to have a family of her own.

“I’m just a normal teenager living with HIV,” she explains.

The petitioners – Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) – are challenging Buhari’s election at the last presidential election on among other grounds, qualification.

He confirmed the copy of the University of Cambridge school certificate tendered by Buhari on Tuesday was what he certified.

The witness, who said he has been with WAEC for 30 years, confirmed that by the result, Buhari sat for eight subjects and scored five credits.

He gave details as English C5, History C3, Geography C6, Hausa C5, Health Science C6.

The witness said a person with such certificate cannot be said not to have attended secondary school.
